I had a coupon for a bacon double cheeseburger delux they gave me a plain double cheeseburger. Nothing on it and no bacon. The fries were burned. And they gave me an extra small coke.
Took my son to this location this week June 2023. He ordered a chicken wrap and a drink, bill was 6.79. Waited 10 minutes to get a drink, no customers were even there. 10 minutes to get the chicken wrap. My son opened the wrap and inside was a piece of chicken just over one inch long, 1/2 a piece of processed cheese, half melted and two small pieces of lettuce 1 inch each. The owner or manager was there with one employee. I went up and asked him if he's kidding me. He stated that that is the size of the chicken we give. A bread wrap is usually 8 inch and the chicken just over 1 inch. We just left, but not before i said, he robbed us of our money. Do not go to this location or they will rob you of your money. From all the negative comments on here, it's obvious that they don't care about the customer, just getting your money and ripping you off, and brushing off negative comments like who cares.
Daniel was working alone Sunday April 30 2023. He did an amazing job. Place had line up and he was calm and working fast to satisfy customers. Well done.
I am completely appalled and disgusted by the treatment of an employee there today. My daughter was trying to use the debit machine while I waited in the car, and was spoken rudely to and asked to step aside when she needed to try to use it again. When I went inside to ask why she had been treated that way, the man accused her of loitering and telling me she wasn't allowed to use my card, even though I was there and acting like she was a miscreant. He refused to give me his name, and was extremely rude and condescending when I tried to explain I was trying to teach her how to use the card and said maybe he should have a bit of patience with people. I have been coming to this location since I was a child, and I am so beyond disappointed with the service and treatment. We will never be going to this location again.
We have visited this locations a couple of times and everytime our blizzards are super watery and soupy. We thought the first few times it might be a machine error that needed to fixed but we have gone over the course of 2 years and nothing has changed. Just a little frustrating that I have to bring my ice cream home to put in the freezer to firm it up before eating.
When I'm visiting my nephew in Keswick I bring DQ. Unfortunately this time was a let down. Waited 20 minutes for the kid on duty to tell me the grill wasn't on and it would be another 30 minutes. I understand a 10-15min wait for grill to order, but I don't understand why the grill wasn't on. Gonna stick with ice cream from now on from DQ and leave the burgers to A&W.
Dashed in for a couple of Blizzards. My wife and I were surprised at the variety of choice. And all are good. We had two different flavors - strawberry cheesecake, Reese's peanut butter cups. Delicious. Only complaint is that the Medium was way too much, should have gone with small. But, gee, they are Blizzards!
Place smells overwhelmingly like bleach when you walk in but the service is efficient & the food is pretty decent They don't take $100 bills or Amex but other than that you're golden
Wish they had fresh dq cakes in the freezers, especially since they charge 40 to 50 for a small cake, except they dont have any fresh ones.they are freezer burnt and yellow on the outside/inside (the ice cream is supposed tobe white. The chocolate inside is like sludge because it is badly freeze burnt.the whole store is very badly overpriced.
Dude was on his personal phone while taking my order and making a personal call and took 3 minutes before he realized he had to make it for me then was on the phone while making the rest of my food, I understand if it's an emergency but he seemed quite lax about the call food was good tho so I'll give it that
2 stars are for the ice cream and lovely ladies, -2 stars for the food, the worst dairy queen location for food, not only is the wait usually atleast 10 minutes but the burgers you could use for a frisbee, dry and hard barely chewable. -1 star for the man (I believe it's the manager) who can be very impolite to customers for seemingly no reason at all. 3 times in a row now with unbearable food, definitely my last time
Absolutely horrible service tonight, June 12,2022.3 employees working, 1 I believe was the manager. Ordered a simple cheeseburger and a slushie. I was advised that it would take roughly 10 minutes to make as they make it to order. That's awesome! Always hot and fresh food! BUT I was given the 2 cheese cheese burger, which came with a dual patty instead of the single that I asked for and they didn't even put the cheese on the patties. Instead they put both pieces of cheese on the top bun. Completely disgusting, drenched in grease and NOT what I ordered at all. Tried calling the store as soon as we got home and realized, 5 times I have called this location TONIGHT. Not a single time did anyone pick up and they don't have an answering machine. I'm completely disgusted by this level of service.
Very bad customer service and the men working there is very rude and they don’t know how to talk with customer and he as well doesn’t know how to behave with the customer.
This place has always been just ok for as long as I can remember. But I was very shocked last week when I ordered 2 small blizzards and the bill was 16 and change. I questioned the guy and he said ya they are $7 each. I thought wow prices have really gone up. But then we happened to go to one on the city the other day and it was 5.69 for a small. That is really disappointing they are trying to take advantage of ppl like that.
Slowest service ever I ordered only two cheese Burgers and I'm currently sitting in the parking lot waiting 15 mins later no one else is in the restaurant but yet here I wait don't recommend this location at all go to the Popeyes down the street
This owner seems to add a few extra dollars to your order and is not very pleasant. He tried to charge me $7 for a Dilly Bar. Probably why you cannot order ahead for pick-up. I would go to Macdonald's instead.
Place looked unclean and staff was unprofessional. I order two meals and a banana split, obviously to go since there is no patio or dining inside. The banana split was overflowing. I had to ask for a lid to travel with it. And they used a dirty rag to wipe the spill over on the container. Placed my spoon on the counter and dragged my child's come across the country to pass it to me. Hoping I don't get sick
I was shocked when I asked how much would it be for a chocolate vanilla large milkshake. It was over $9! Then I asked how much it would be for just a vanilla large milkshake which turned out to be almost $9! They won't be getting my business again!
There was a short girl with dark brown hair pulled back in her hat with no hair tie holding it back and a blue reusable mask serving my self and my boyfriends mom; she was incredibly rude taking our order.when asking if she had a kids see for the shakes she told me to stop talking because the blender was running. After taking the order and making the 2 Blizzards we ordered she almost through them at us and they where watery not thick. After she made the shake she put it at the corner of the counter and slid it with such force it almost went over the other side of the counter. The other girl she was working with looked absolutely terrified to the point that if she was standing behind the miserable one she looked scared something was going to happen to her.with a full store this was disgusting to see. Dairy Queen needs better behaved employees.
I went when it wasn't busy. The gentleman who served me was very non talkative. My blizzard's were made weirdly. Made half full then more ice cream added and a spoon being used to mash it in. Was basically vanilla ice cream. Very disappointed visit.
Did not enjoy my experience. Cleanliness was not very good. There was mold in the mustard on my table. Did not know that mustard molds like that. Lol. Employees have no idea what they're doing and don't have customer service skills. They don't even have proper drinks for kids meals. Pretty sure not every parent feeds the small one pop. I could go on for days and write a novel I don't want to spend any more time on a place like this. Spent $60 there should have just walked in and donated it. My first time at dairy Queen in my last.
This visit was a disaster from the start. When we ordered we were told it would take 10 minutes for chicken fingers, fries and a grilled chicken sandwich. The fries were undercooked and the grilled chicken was burnt. When I went to get my drink the pop was flat, when I told the worker he said there was nothing he could do. I got a refund for the grilled chicken sandwich meal and I had to correct the worker about how much to return to me. I was less than expressed with the customer service and the overall store cleanliness.
Disappointing visit, poor customer service Ordered 3 meals asked to upgrade the one to include a blizzard as opposed to the sunday and was told that wasn't possible, showed the cashier the upgrade details on their website that states its a $1 upgrade then was told that they don't participate Food was also disappointing, had to keep swatting flys away well we ate
This has to be the worst business in keswick. I was verbally abused by the owner for asking a question. The level of disrespect shown is clear that he has no customer service skills at all. I feel bad for the employees who have to work under him.
Owner served us he was miserable. Dont want to go back. Felt like we were disturbing him. It wasn't busy. Going to McDonalds next time. Same ice cream but better prices and way nicer staff at McDonald's
Has gone down hill, remebrem coming here as a kid. Went there on a sturday at 1pm had to wait 20 min for food, we werewthe only people in there when we ordered. The order was wrong and burger over cooked (burnt). No straws or napkins. The blizzard tasted like old stale peanut butter cups and crystalized milk.
