Check your orders. My mistake I didn't. $11.50 for a bannana split because they forgot the sundae. Was surprising someone. Not a great surprise when 1 person got something. Called and called.no answer no reply. I live 20 min away.so I guess I'm out

We bought a cake for my daughters birthday and staff tried saying they had no knives to cut the cake so instead of enjoying it on the patio~ we had to bike with it home in the heat?

Order was messed up pretty bad but the mannager offered to remake the whole meal for us was really kind and amazing experience thank you agian!

Got two blizzards, don't think they got mixed AT ALL. Had toppings all over the bottom of the cup but the first 3/4 was just soft serve. I'll go to Dari-DeLite

We ordered our food from skip the dishes it cost $180 for 10 ppl when it arrived we were short a ton of stuff 3 blizzards, 3 burgers, 2 dilly bars, 3 drinks so I thought I would call and see about picking up the order and no one will answer the phone. Why is there no accountability for sending orders out and If there was another bag at the store why didn't they call skip to tell them and how can you run a business without answering the phone I tried calling five times
The food was cold and one Pepsi was only filled half full? The onion rings were not filled up I would suggest you stay away from this location.

The ice cream is good and the quality is there. The service inside is not fast as the drive-through is clearly a priority and there is a giant garbage barricade so your are awkwardly mushed in a small area with multiple guests while you wait. I have been to other DQ's where you get the watch the orders process while you wait. Also, your order may be served in the wrong dish which may be smaller because they are out of the dishes. **Multiple visit review** Bring your own sanitizer if you are staying and using the patio etc. All that said I like it there and return.

Food was hot, but our burgers were extremely dry.
I also bought a box of onion rings for a extra 2 dollars and we counted them and the regular size and I got 4 extra rings for 2 dollars.
I Kinda feel ripped off.
Also when we ordered off of skip the dishes awhile ago they completely missed packing half our order.

If you are looking for rewards find another DQ, the owner opted out of the DQ rewards program.

Fine print is its up to participating locations - if they say their scanners don’t work that’s an easy way to say they don’t participate, technically it’s not a lie. Still same great menu offering regardless.

Blizzards are the best. They give weird looks when I ask them not to tip it upside down. It's wasted time.

We ordered an ice cream cake online with great detail & personal preferences. It was perfect, vibrant, beautiful, and delicious, just as we asked for! Will definitely be ordering more cakes from DQ again!

Worst costumer service ever.one of the employees Told us feel free to leave because we wanted to sit in the table next to our kids they were 5 of them and we were 3 so we wouldn’t fit in one table.and he refuce to give his name or the managers name

Externally disappointed. Got here 10mins before closing and there was a line of about 10 cars. So it was busy but I figured whatever I’ll wait. Waited for 25mins they only served 4 cars then just turned off the intercom and wouldn’t answer anyone. No customer service Saying sorry we’re closed. Very unprofessional.

So my girlfriend gets a birthday offer for BOGO free Blizzards, but you go to the store and they say "we have no scanners". What kind of business has an app with scan offers but nothing to scan them with.
No attempt to make it right or fulfill offer without scanning.

Queso dip for pretzels is amazing.
So are the pretzels.
And top it off with a strawberry shake.
Whipped topping - not a fan.

Worst customer service attitude! I would vote no stars if it was possible!
I walked in with 5 kids (the youngest being 5 years old) and 3 adults. Our children sat at a table and we were not able to sit with them because there was no room. We wanted to sit on the table next to them but the staff did not allow it! He told us to leave because we were causing “trouble” for telling them know that currently in Ontario there is no capacity limit!
They need to learn the current laws in Ontario and get trained to speak to customers!
Never coming back again!

Just ordered 2 Blizzards. They were pretty much like soup. The ice cream was liquid. Also I didn't realize this at the time, but the cashier didn't give me a total. She took the 20 and handed me back a $5 bill. Seemed kind of odd. I hope she didn't pocket the money.

Disappointing and quite annoying that a place that has posters up advertising the DQ app, doesn't have the technology available to even use the app. Stupid to advertise it and then I try and use it and they tell me, oh sorry we don't have a scanner needed to use the app.

Never disappointed with the Blizzards! DQ's machines have never been " not working" or " down for cleaning " like other franchises!

Always courteous and who can complain about a blizzard? Ordered lots of cakes from here. Great customer service.

It was a busy busy day on May 18. The drive thru had a huge line up of cars while consumers also lined up for in store purchase. The workers were so busy yet the service was amazing. Friendly customer service and delicious blizzards.

I'm not one to complain but the staff this afternoon was in lala land. I had ordered 5 combos and 5 desserts. They gave me 4 desserts, I had to remind them I had five. They gave me 4 drinks, I had to remind them I had 5 drinks and when my bag of food was given, I asked if it was all in there, please check. She looked in the bag and my order and said yes it is. Well no it wasn't, sure enough, my meal was the one missing. After spending $90 this is what I get? This isn't the first time either.

This is the third time I've go throught the 30minute line and paid a fortune for my meal and recieved absolutely nothing like what I ordered. Firstly you order the the 6 price chicken get charged for the 6peice chicken but only receive 4 prices. They almost never get the blizzards right either. They constantly forget the the same stuff.

Dropping star rating after last visit. 5 to 3
Order incorrect & wasn't going to wait in line to correct it. If I did, the balance of the order would have gotten cold.
Be a while before I give them a try again. Not cheap to eat out as it is.

Usually always super busy! Usually dealt with in a timely manner though. Large menu of ice cream treats and restaurant food. Of course pricey, but yummy!

Always busy! Be prepared to wait, friendly service and the kids enjoy the treats. When in line try to stay to one side so you don't block exiting traffic!

I had my first Banana Split in my life the other day. I really enjoyed it. It's been an experience of a lifetime.

However this Dairy Queen and the Tecumseh Rd branch are worryingly slow at their drive through Service.

Had a big order, and there were 2 items missing.
I called the store, and spoke to Stu, and he was very understanding, and replaced the entire order of the missing items.
Very satisfied, as are the kids.

Bought my wife a blizzard May 3rd. It was full of large ice and sugar lumps and was very hollow in the cup. She took it in for a replacement and clerk told her that is how they are and walked away. So my wife tossed it in garbage and we will never return. Terrible milkshake for me but not as bad as my wife's blizzard

I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger. They don't seem to care what they put out or listen to order. There is only one small slice of mushroom on my $14 order. Can't believe they charged me for this.

This Dairy Queen always comes through! A great staff, that is friendly, and helpful. This particular location is our favorite - its the cleanest, and the food is always consistently amazing!

Extremely long wait, I spent 20 minutes in the drive through and there was only 2 cars infront of me. And this was at 5 pm.

I usually visit the one on Huron Church Rd in Windsor. Good service and great food & ice cream.

Had nothing for any blizzard I wanted no reese's no oreo no peanut butter no brownie no smarties it was a sad sad trip: (

Order extre chocolate fugde on my Sunday never got it and no spoon either just sloppy work and when I went inside to company the employees gave me a hard time very dissatisfied with the service

Ordered the banana splits, asked for changing chocolate to strawberry jam. Gave me two strawberry and CHOCOLATE. Went back and told them. They gave me right jam but didn't have banana…Wwwwhat? Banana splits without banana? I didn't ask for this. Seriously, you should pay more attention on your work, buddy.

Took a long time to order but food was hot and perfectly prepared. Restaurant was clean, supplies all filled. Best part as the sundae to finish. Thanks for a great experience.

Who doesn't like ice cream cake? ! They do it the best! Bought an ice cream cake for a family member's birthday. They loved it! Will likely buy another next year.

Great service. I bought a last minute birthday cake and I asked if I could do anything to make the cake look more festive. They have a variety of nice candles and they have prepackaged decorations. The gentleman asked the manager who was really helpful. Almost aways open whenever you need a treat.

I had to go back & ask for another shot of reese's Peanut butter. I stirred it and found nothing. It was soft ice cream with minimal crumbs. For the price, I expect chunks like in the past.

The Dairy Queen on huron church is a good place to go if you want a nice ice creme based dessert. The food i would not to try and am curious as to why they still serve burgers and chicken at their restarants.
The physical restaurant has recently been updated and is nice cozy and most important a very clean place. I have never seen any garbage or food on the ground and tables when i have been there.
The staff seems nice and professional at their jobs. Not the quickest service but not the slowest.
Only three stars because the only reson i would go there is for Icecream.
