My queso was watery and separated, and smelled like it had gone bad, and when I called to complain the man told me that "whatever happens to your food once it leaves my store isn't my problem". Rude. 0/10.
I highly suggest avoiding this DQ for cakes. Not only is the quality of the cakes poor compared to other locations but their service is absolutely horrendous. Multiple bad experiences and bad quality cakes from here. I’ve given chances and I’m definitely never returning here. Will make a further trip to avoid this terrible business.
Disgusting! Every table was filthy and 4 staff standing around looking for a lost cake order that was supposed to be ready for pick-up. Ignoring me standing there for nearly 10 minutes before I actually asked if someone could take my order. I won't even begin to describe how utterly filthy the washroom was.please don't go to this establishment. There are other Dairy Queens much nicer than this one. Head office and the health department need a phone call.
I went with a few kids and they were very patient and considerate. One child had an allergy and the associate wrote it on her order and they were very careful. I'd recommend this store.
I have found this location to have slow service, to be under staffed, and their staff can be seen talking to each other during busy hours instead of tending to customers. They also forget to give condiments, utensils, and napkins unless you ask for it. Their fries tend to be soggy as well. It seems better during 9-5 hours during the week, but business should not be this inconsistent or poor, especially on weekends in the summer!

Not the best and I’ve been here a couple times just to see if it was just a bad day or not. I got a flamethrower burger that had pickles and onions on it, but it shouldn’t come with that, and the pop machine had no ice and the pop was warm. The fries were also cold when I got them.
The workers were pretty nice and understanding but the food and drink quality overall was not great. Not planning on a revisit.

Strange experience tonight.arrived to discover the debit/credit terminals were down and the staff were only able to accept cash. No problem, went to the convenience store to withdraw cash. Came back and was told they were closed at 7: 09pm because they were all going on break and there was noone to watch the store. Confused as to how staff would be allowed to make that kind of decision considering this is a franchise.
Pop from their despenser is always Luke warm. Blizzards are often under filled Condiments are never included in my bags There's always an issue here like no burgers no blizzards. One staff member is always looks unhappy and ruins the mood.
On a positive note The ice cream is always great quality, it just sucks when a chunk of it is missing
Worst DQ in town! Staff is rude, place is disgusting and they couldn’t get your order right if they tried! I stood at the cash for about 5 minutes before someone could be bothered to take my order! My boyfriend got a banana split, it had literally more than a cup of liquid where ice cream should have been and the pineapple had giant chunks of what looked like dog food in it! Avoid this place at all costs!
The ice cream from here is always great, but the food is sometimes questionable.the wait times aren’t too bad and the workers seem friendly enough.there isn’t all that much room inside the building itself so it can get crowded quite easily, but that’s not too much of an issue
Came to this location around 9 and it was closed but says it’s open till 10 online.not a big deal, just wanted to make a review so they can hopefully update the hours:)
WORST DAIRY QUEEN EVER! Don't answer the phone and take FOREVER to get the simplest order out. Staff is smoking pot.you can tell. Seriously. Go elsewhere.
Other than the parking lot being extremely full, I had a positive experience at this Dairy Queen location. There was a large line of customers but the staff had no problem handling everyone's order in a reasonable amount of time.
Took the kids here for a slushy and mini blizzard. The service was fast and the staff was very friendly and quick with getting my order together, store was also very clean!
They do have a one way road closure in front of them at the moment but all in all, great experience!
I made a second order a little after my first and they thought to ask if I'd like to keep my first order warm while I waited for the second. Very thoughtful.
Hadn't been to Dairy Queen in years. Decided to grab a burger while we were out. This was the most disgusting, filthy facility I have ever stepped foot in. Coolers, windows, doors, tables, floors haven't been cleaned in weeks. It was that dirty that patrons were opening doors with elbows. Will never return to the Ottawa St location in Kitchener ever again.
The people working the counter were very nice and friendly. The place itself isn't the cleanest. Everything is sticky to touch. I was afraid to touch anything in the bathroom. The frozen treats are tasty.
Worst customer service three teenagers standing around chatting. It’s JULY and they have no slushie mix ready. Does that make sense to anybody? Last time I got fries they weren’t even cooked definitely not returning to this location ever again and telling others to do the same. Support small local ice cream shops instead.
This isn't just a one time thing but when I order a medium or large blizzard my cup is a 1/4 empty. This isn't a bag of chips. We complain and nothing is done. I'll go to a different ice cream place next time.
Most times this place is good but don't go there Friday night a few hours before they close. They turned of the hot fudge early and I go a cold gluppy chocolate blob on top of soft ice.
