This is one of the best Dairy Queen locations I have ever been to! I would like to give a special shoutout to Michelle. Her kindness, hospitality, and laughter brightened our day!

Witnessed first hand the owners of this location serving multiple older teens visiting for a basketball tournament. They are kind, generous and wonderful people.

Dine in, Take out and Delivery.have tried all three. Every time I had an exceptional experience at DQ. I particularly love this location as I can earn DQ’s reward points and place an order on app. They also offer curbside pick up. Their interior is always clean and have variety of options available from menu. Staff is always friendly. Love their treats and fries.

Cake decorating at this location is incredible! They went above and beyond to create a beautiful cake for my daughter's mermaid themed party. Have had friendly service here every time we visit as well. Thanks for making a 6 year old's day!

Always have a good experience at DQ Boardwalk. Great selection. Friendly staff. Very well run and ALWAYS a pleasant and personal experience. I have been to every DQ in this Region and NONE compares to DQ Boardwalk.

I recently organized a charity event for a young girl who was hit by a car. Our team approached several businesses looking for donations for raffle prizes. Rob, your generosity was exceptional. You were beyond kind in donating food for our event, a large $ value in DQ gift certificates, as well as meals for the family impacted by the accident.
I have to say you were the kindest business owner I encountered throughout this process.

When I told the family of your kindness, they said that their daughter loves Dairy Queen. There are many pics of her in the hospital with blizzards that visitors brought to her. One of the gifts you provided was two blizzard of the month cards. I have given those to the family for their two daughters and the girls are thrilled.

I ordered online through DoorDash from this location (fries and gravy as side) and I got the gravy but no fries.

Just had lunch and the restaurant was very clean and the workers were so kind! The owner was in as well working alongside the employees and visiting with the customers what a amazing run restaurant! Made my day! Thanks

We ordered Skip the Dishes last night but the buster bars didn’t get delivered with our order. I called the store this morning and spoke to the manager, which was very professional. He was very sincere with the mishap, we picked up the buster bars with two complimentary blizzards.

Great customer service. Food is yummy. Been coming here for years; always a treat taking the kids here after their orthodontist appointments!

Stomach issues after blizzard. Bad work, bad people, bad.

Again going through reviews is suspect looking at usernames. Not as bad as lifelabs but when you guys work together in this town they should have negative numbers

Walk in order. Cashier was quick taking order, brought it to me when food was ready. Quality and quantity was value for price paid

Ordered 2 cakes. There was a miscommunication on the day I was to pick up the cakes so they weren't ready. The cake decorator came in to finish off the cakes so they would be ready for the day I needed them. Great customer service.

Gentleman at the counter is super polite and nice. Good sense of humour. He was also going around checking on his regulars "hey I havent seen you in ages, how are you guys? Its so nice to see you all after months". Food was good as far as fast food goes.

I have a medical exemption for wearing a mask. I explained this to some young snobby employee behind the desk but she just kept rolling her eyes and coming back at me asking me to go outside. How rude and unprofessional.

My kids and I had been out and last minute decided to go for icecream. I was verbally harassed by a fellow customer who thought it was her business that my boys were not wearing masks. The employees at this location were incredibly gracious and kind and stood up for us. They told me that we were welcome and served us - not making us wait outside like the other customer was demanding. Thank you DQ for treating us fairly and like humans and not discriminating as this other customer was expecting.

This restaurant is always so friendly when we come in the store. My daughters and I visited here last week the gentleman made my daughters day. He made it so fun for her by wandering around the empty restaurant. Asking who's cone this was, even though we were the only ones in there. She thought it was so funny. Thank you for being awesome! Keep up the good work:)

Came in this last weekend on Sunday afternoon, the 2 girls working were rude and laughing at the customers, I couldn’t tell what was funny.

These girls deserve a raise! The exhaustion was evident (with the 3 mobiles orders that came in within 30 seconds of me standing in line) but I was still greeted with the biggest of smiles - obvious even under the mask. My order was handed to me quickly and with a laugh. I know from working food service right now that's is NOT easy. Much love and praise to you guys and whoever is the owner please know you have absolute treasures working there who need to be rewarded as such!

The service is always very friendly, though the food preparation was quite slow. I don't expect very short wait times for hot food at DQ (especilly in summer!), but it did get to be around 10-13 minutes that I waited for one meal. The two boys preparing food did seem to be quite overwhelmed and confused. Orders seemed to pick up when another girl (who I assume was their supervisor) clocked in for her shift and was able to sort out the orders and communicate with the cashier in the front. I did notice that all of the employees were quite young and doing their best, I imagine it is very hot and busy especially in masks. Both the cashier and girl who entered the grill seemed to be excellent leaders and depite their young age represent the company very well. The restaurant takes covid seriously and measures are in place to keep everyone safe. Despite the long wait, my food was fresh and hot, I will be returning and recommend this store if you have some time to wait and want the best DQ in the area.

Very poor service, food was ready still I waited 15mins. When I asked 2nd time then someone looked into it and gave me my order.
There were 5 girls working and no other customer than me. Still NoOne try to attend me.
DQ really have good food but not service.

I would just like to say, the angel who made my Blizzard today is an absolute GENIUS. Possibly the best thing I've every tasted. I've never felt so understood by a stranger!

Food is always fresh and the restaurant is very clean. They have an outdoor patio for warm days. Service is fast and (unlike some places) they always get my order right.

So it's a fast food chain, but it's one of those places run by and staffed by owners that reall seem to care. I stopped in for a treat mid day, nothing huge just 2 value meals with blizzards and cones. While there I witness the most kind and gracious customer service. The worker in question was patient, efficient and personable while taking an ice creamcake order for a lady well past her 80th birthday. This is not my first time here, though I won't call myself a regular, and I've never been disappointed.

Too busy with online orders to deal with the actual customers. The staff are visibly stressed. Hopefully they assign one person to the till and dealing with real customers

I was very disappointed when I went a couple of weeks ago. I was served by someone that was wearing a mask. However, when they were making the Bluzzard they took their mask off. This was the same for most who were preparing the ice cream treats. Only one person kept their mask on when they were preparing the food. Wearing masks should be about protecting everyone. So unless they change their policies I will not be returning to this location.

Terrible service today. Lost the order then gave food half hour old out. At least there was a refund. Next time hopefully they come into the dining room to call order numbers rather than calling out from the kitchen window.

Worst Dairy Queen. Very untidy, employees don’t seem to be properly trained and the small portioned food is overpriced for its quality.
