There is a reason why this central Parkway branch has the worst rating in Mississauga. Predominantly, the staff behavior and then the cleanliness of this place is in worst possible condition. The staff and specially the lady with glasses has zero respect towards the customers. Not a nice place to go anymore. Used to go a lot but no not anymore. Go to square one. They have a nice staff and clean sitting as well.

My daughter went to get a take home order. The order attendant was so rude. Kept on interrupting her when she was ordering. Also, the fries are not fresh.

The girl at the register was polite and working hard but the standards at which they serve their food and clean their location is disgusting. I couldn’t never stand to be in the bathroom for more than 10 seconds before I want to puke and my food is always disgusting. They never change their oil in their deep frier and their buns are hard as rocks…

Ordered hot food and ice cream "to go". They made the ice cream first and left it sitting on the counter to melt for more than 5 minutes before having the hot food ready. When I asked them to fix the issue the counter employee tried to blame me for "not specifying" that I wanted the hot food first. I told her I ordered the food "to go" which means everything ready at the same time. Very rude and no common sense. And we were the only group in the restaurant so it's not like they were busy and overwhelmed.

The employee serving us on the Wednesday afternoon we visited was so kind! Probably some of the best service I’ve received at any Diary Queen location. Though I usually come here to get their chocolate dipped cones, they also have many other menu items that are worth a try. The churro dipped cone and soda floats are other amazing desert options. The poutine and chicken fingers from here are also lovely.

The worst just ask the xtra cup for kids they asked to pay for cup they will give u the to counted tissue very worst service i ever visited in Canada i told them i just spend a good money she said so what need extra cup u need to pay just talking about the central parkway and confredation branch

They always mess up their blizzard, syrupy and not enough flavor. Staff may not be properly trained to prep blizzard. We tried to come again for a blizzard but they failed again

The new churro ice cream dip cone is really good. My 9 year old had the cotton candy blizzard and liked my cone better. Unfortunately they did not add the cinnamon sprinkle. They also forgot part of my order.

Don’t go to this location. Little bacon on edge of burger cut with scissors. Bacon is under the beef patty hidden. Took over 10 minutes to prepare my burger small poutine and small blizzard and I was the only customer in the line.

This DQ location is so poorly managed that it is pathetic. Head office should be eating there and putting the hammer down on this franchisee. I have vowed to never go back again. Always ordered the same thing, cheeseburger, fries and a drink. Price is always different and food quality varies on every visit. Last several visits have served up nothing but luke warm food. DQ public relations team have nothing but cookie cutter responses to customer concerns telling us that they strive to serve nothing but the best. STRIVE MUCH HARDER BECAUSE YOU ARE FAILING MISERABLY.

Horrible customer service. Their cheap with their napkins and ketchup. Get better workers that speak English.

When I saw my order, I asked to change and the cashier refused with a get a away attitude on central parkway
It was thrown in the garbage because I couldn’t eat it, worst customer service ever

Extremely appalling service! Very rude and disrespectful staff. Lady called Rupinder not sure whether she was manager as she did not had a name tag so I asked her name and she shrugged her shoulders while talking to me which I found bizarre.
I ordered a strawberry cheesecake blizzard which turned out to be absolutely plain so I went and asked kindly if she can mix it or grab me one that tastes more like strawberry cheesecake! She clearly without looking said no and this is how it is as its strawberry cheesecake. I told her that I order it regularly and I know how it tastes like.
Rupinder was just pathetic because afterwards she said something in Punjabi to her colleague which I found disrespectful.
Your staff needs to be trained mainly when it comes to communication skills and how to patiently deal with customers and LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMERS.
I WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE THIS DAIRY QUEEN 1 STAR.

Highly recommend you come here in order very fresh food and very hot you may have to wait a little bit but your food's not cold

The interior is nice. There seems to always be less workers, and the wait time for meals takes 10+ minute, even just for a burger. I recently ordered a strawberry sundae and as the lady at the front is bringing it to me, she accidentally drops it in the counter sideways. As I take the top cup off, the strawberry sauce leaks all over my shirt. This isn’t the first time, either. Same thing happened about a year ago, but it was even worse. It got all over my pants and clothes.

Food was very good here, didn't taste fresh at all. It also took forever to just get a hamburger and it wasn't even busy

Food was good service was excellent. However a group of high school kids came in very boisterous and swearing. Very disappointed that no one from DQ came out to address the situation.

Store timings are a mess. Fryer closes at one time, grill closes at another, all because the manager says so! Cashier refused to give me her manager's name, working hours or number. Sucks to only have 1 DQ nearby.

Placed an order for food and all 3 team members disappeared into the back, no guest interaction at all. At least the food was hot.

Went back today and I cant review it. But same blah experience with zero staff interaction. And the chili cheese dog is off the menu!

Nice, clean, and good location place. Fast service and good staff.
Prices are acceptable and quality of ice cream and cake is good.

We have tried the ice cream and cake only. We have not tried the food so I can’t comment in the food.
I think the plastic spoons should be covered from health prospective manner. The spoon have been kept outside without any kind of protection from direct touch with pollution or dirty hands of staff or customers

Asked if they had chocolate icecream, cashier said yes so I asked for a peanut buster parfait with chocolate icecream. As she went to go make it some other worker said something to her and they exchanged words. The cashier came back to me and said they couldn't make it with chocolate icecream. If I wanted chocolate icecream, I could only get it in a cone. I asked the cashier to make chocolate cone, then put it into a cup and add peanuts and chocolate sauce and they refused.

The ice cream is delicious. The only reason this isn’t a 5 star is because it’s not REAL organic ice cream

Always get good service although at times it seems a bit busy. Their ice cream cake cup cakes are a new selection that I am very fond of!

Purchased $7 Ultimate Meal which the picture shows 2 big strips of bacon. I received half a bacon cut into 2. Service was good but portion seems very lacking

Very "clean" location service was good.remember they are cooking/grilling your food after you order so be patient it's worth it

Good location.not directly in the core of Mississauga but not out of the way either. I've never had a problem here and it is my go-to place for ice cream and cakes. I am always impressed by places that accomodate allergies and if you let them know about any nut allergy, they will use a seperate machine in the back to avoid cross-contamination. Careful in the summer as the lines can get long but always worth it.
