Disgusting, never go here. The staff are very rude. Their food is absolutely disgusting, tastes like burnt oil. The owner. Very unprofessional and highly disrespectful. Bad hygiene as well, could smell her from over the counter. Unless it’s mold

I came to Dairy Queen today, It was my first time here. Liv was a gem and really helped me out she helped save dollaz and I’m a broke college student so it really helped me out. Those chicken were bussin bussin. Shoutouts to the chef, he a real boyardee

The manager screwed up my birthday cake. While taking my order, she told me blizzard sheet cakes do not come with any crunch. She should not be a manager because it’s basic knowledge that they do. The DQ website clearly states that it comes with crunch. I told her the kind of blizzard cake I wanted. When making the cake, the manager disregard my instructions. The manager went ahead and used a previous cake order I had placed a while back to make my birthday cake. I do not understand why they would higher someone so incompetent and can’t follow simple instructions. Worst birthday cake ever. I paid a lot for my cake and money went down the drain for something I did even order. I feel bad for t he people who must work with her.

First time to visit. On December 19th Went for an ice cream cake for my daughter birthday and the girl who served me was very nice. Great customer skills

My son ordered chocolate shake small at 5: 25 pm today. The shake was not sweet enough. My son asked the lady on the counter to fix the shake as it’s not sweet enough she refused. I was shocked on the customer service the DQ staff showed.

Rude young lady at the cash.i asked for a spoon full of juice on my sundae as they put pineapple on it but they drained the juice before putting it on.was told i would have to pay extra. I told her i only wanted a spoonful of juice they didnt put on.she said theres juice in it. Clearly there wasnt.lose a patron over 25 cents.cmon DQ.get some better help who are customer oriented.

You will be much happier going to a different location this one has really taken a HUGE nosedive in quality over the last year. I've given this location 3 chances in the last few months and been let down each time. Definitely go to a different DQ as I will be moving forward.
Blizzards are 99% runny ice cream with little reese or chocolate or whatever you ordered in them. Can't get buffalo sauce anymore, Fries and chicken usually not fresh and borderline cold.
If you order at this location you will absolutely be disappointed.

Went tonight.just as we had gone one night about a month ago. Staff standing around, no greeting. We were trying to figure out if they were making other orders. It seems not. Last time we did order and the service to make 1 misty freeze was forever.no orders ahead of us.girls were just too busy chatting. So tonight we didn't even bother to order. We left. Went to the one at Beatrice and Simcoe.always great service there.even from teenagers!

Twice now ordered from here on Uber eats. Both times orders were messed up. This last order paid for a large Blizzard and got mostly softserve with very little Reese's. What a rip off.

They are not willing to write on Log Cakes. I have ordered about 10 log cakes from other DQs in the past and every single one was willing to write "Happy Birthday" or "Congrats". Not sure why this one was different.
