Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

My experience in this restaurant is not so good, as I don’t like the environment and the way manger is dealing with the customers.

Food is fantastic with new and original favorites, only drawback is this location struggles dith keeping tidy around ledges and tables

HORRIBLE customer service at this location. Rude staff that is condescending when told they made a mistake. I’m sorry but when I am paying $10 for ice cream I would at least like it to be what I ordered. And when I brought it back to complain they told me I ordered it wrong. Yet my receipt said exactly what I ordered. Which is what I wanted I always get the same exact thing. When asked for it to be remade I saw 3 or 4 staff members around my blizzard looking at me and laughing. I have never had a worse experience anywhere in my life. Definitely need better customer service

While ordering a few treats at the drive-thru, I noticed an extra $2.xx charge on the screen called "snack deal". I know it wasn't being calculated as a discount because the total was more than it should have been. When I got to the window, I asked for an itemized bill for the order, so I could make sure I wasn't being overcharged before paying. However, the cashier insisted that I pay before seeing my bill. After a minute or so of getting nowhere, I left without the treats.

Didn't tell which blizzard was which and had to guess which blizzard went to whom, also the person didn't check its thickness by turning it upside down

Got chicken fingers n fries March 17th 2023 for my son and I. Stomach cramps and vomiting all night and next day. AVOID THIS PLACE

SHWETA IS THE BEST! So welcoming and friendly, keep on coming back night after night! Will take on the toughest blizzard or milkshake combinations and make it with ease! New custom combination (Oreo cheesecake milkshake) soo sooo goooddd, out of this world!

Would definitely recommend this place, the service was lightning quick.the quality of ice cream and even food was beyond expectations.we went there just to have ice cream i should try but my friend suggested that i should try some food as well.we never had something from Dq like fries, poutine or onion rings along with 2 ice cream sundaes.the onion rings were damn good and crispy.service was also superb.well managed and super tasty food.i definitely recommend to everyone

Great dine-in experience with Meet M, our table was served quickly, precisely, and the worker was very friendly and personable.

Service is very slow, even when nothing going on. Observed a worker picking nose on break and then rush to serve a customer, gross. Chicken strips great, onion rings soggy. Busy location? Should be run better and refresh safe food handling training! It on a busy street and location.

Sat in line with 2 other cars for 15 minutes just to asked to park out front for another 10 minutes! Fast food? Bs

Just watched them microwave my poutine.when i opened it the fries were half cooked and soggy.so gross im pretty sure thats not how you are to prepare it.and there is little to no gravy on it.they don't even care when you bring it to their attention.

We ordered two blizzards, and two hamburgers with fries.

We received the blizzard's first and then had to wait over 20 minutes for the burgers. After 20 minutes the blizzards had totally melted and were not even the ones we ordered in the first place.

The staff was not understanding, They did not display any caring or concern at all that we have waited at this point about 30 minutes to get fast food.

My girlfriend went into explain our frustrations, and she was met by hostility from the manager who treated her like she was going to attack someone.

Do not recommend.
We'll never return.

As the only Grill & Chill in town, we were very happy when it opened, and it hasn't disappointed. The service is always fast and efficient. There's enough parking. It's near other places where we shop, so it's convenient. The family all have our favourites.

Honestly this place is a huge joke. Used to be the best when it first opened now it sucks.they constantly can't understand anything, mess up our orders pretty well everytime. I go back because it tastes good but never get what I order.

Worst place to work and to eat poutine. The fries have not even been in the deep fried. They are so cheap and curds were not even melted. Gravy was the only decent part

I ordered the chicken strips.a 6 piece.and got a bunch of tiny pieces.more than 6.but I've had them before.and got 6 big ones.these were small and full of batter.gross

Terrible location, extremely rude and unprofessional employees unless you're a friend of theirs then you can do anything you want in the store! I was in there around 8: 45 pm on Monday February 21st and the service was terrible, they even let their friend from Skip The Dishes answer the phone and put her own order in the computer without sanitizing her hands or even being an employee from there, good thing the employees care about Covid protocols, just disgusting to see them letting a delivery driver that doesn't even work there touch everything behind the counter, good job on being one of the worst dairy queen locations I have ever been to and I will not be returning.

We had a fairly large order, Including a cake, we didn't have to wait long and our order was correct. They even wrote a birthday message on the cake. It was a great experience.

The food is great! I bought dad a banana split. Last one he had was 20 years ago.lol He loved this one:)
DQ opening up in Sturgeon is my son's dream come true. Fav ice cream place on our street

It's a good drag queen the drive-thru is always a little longer cuz it's always so busy

Many good experiences here, staff don't become upset if you have a good allergy and happily accomodate. Drive thru can take some time though but the outcome is a consistent ice cream that doesn't instantly melt.

EVERY SINGLE TIME my family and I go there the Blizzards are disgusting they come out watery and runny. How is this okay? Such a bad store.

Friendly fast staff. Can't believe how quickly they get through orders, sometimes the bottom isn't stirred fully but I'll take it over waiting forever. It's good to see DQ focusing on what matters, the customer experience. Hey DQ staff, we notice how hard you're all working! 10 stars for you!

Open until 10, loves to give pupcups, collect points and always deals on the app. We actually had a bad experience once and they tracked us down and gave us a free meal.

My wallet doesn't like them but I do.

Good service, indoor eating was open for select tables. The tables were not clean, we went table to table looking for the least dirty one.
