Dairy Queen is our Saturday lunch treat, every time we come here the staff are so welcoming and friendly.
The food is top notch and is always fresh!
The staff knows how to take customer service to the next level.

We witnessed an unhappy person who was very abusive towards the stuff, the staff handled his abusive outbursts with class and patience.
Which the person didn’t deserve, he was loud and obnoxious and disturbed other family’s trying to enjoy their lunch.

I just want to give a big shout out to the staff at the Huntsville Dairy Queen for always delivering a perfect meal.
We will continue to be loyal customers.

Haven’t been to DQ in awhile. Stopped at this location to grab chicken basket, fries and a milk shake. It’s been 10 hours and I’m still sick.
The Huntsville location is disgusting. Go anywhere else.
The server was polite and got me exactly what I ordered except for the food poisoning. Not cool.

Long SLOW lineup, waited 5 minutes then left as the service was really slow.

Rolled in here late at night just before closing time. I'm not usually that kinda guy but we were starving. Didn't have high expectations given the time of day but the employees were very friendly and the food was awesome! The burgers even looked like the pictures, stacked high with a fluffy bun and the patties weren't hanging out the side like some kid threw them together from 3 feet away. I'll be swinging in here again when I cruise by.

Food was pretty good. Lots of sauce on chicken tenders and tasty. Server was not very helpful or friendly. Didn't provide us with dipping sauce or ask us. Ordered a burger, told him just the sandwich, and he still charged me for a combo. Finally, wanted to collect or use points, but he told me they don't have a scanner. Order came to fifty dollars, would have been a great number of points. Not great value overall.

Improvement Areas: While the overall experience was positive, there were instances where the wait times at the ordering counter were slightly longer during peak hours. Additionally, expanding the vegetarian and healthier options on the menu would be appreciated.

Ordered an ice cream cake online. Everything was perfect when I picked it up. Great service.
