We were served by Annie, who was friendly and anticipated our needs, which you don't see very often anymore. Our food was hot, fresh and exactly how we expected it. Thank you Annie for providing such excellent service.

Your ordinary DQ. I'm not a fan of the new digital menu. It changes and I can't find all the options. Other places have the same.

I went to Dairy Queen in Sturgeon Falls this evening. I live in Sturgeon Falls and attend this establishment quite frequently. Today we were served by 2 amazing employees and I thought it warranted not only a verbal appreciation to them but also an amazing review. So big thanks to Hunny (shift leader) and Damion (possibly Damon, I wasn't sure of the spelling). Hunny went above and beyond to explain to us items which were not showing on the menu for us. He explained several times when we weren't sure and he did so the entire time with a smile and I didn't feel rushed or like I was annoying him. This is the kind of service I look forward to. Thank you for making our experience with Dairy Queen tonight.

I Ordered A Medium Cookie Dough Blizzard. Served By Summer: Best Worker Ever. Flipped Blizzard Three Times Which Gave Extra Taste. Good Service. Best Blizzard.

Service is usually always good. Good tastes great. Staff always friendly. Drive through is sometimes a challenge sure to how narrow in some spots the lane is.

The worst. I was so mad I didn't even ask for my money back. Three times going through drive thru I said no mayo, no sauce with mayo, I get home, mayo. Did you think I wouldn't drive back? Tossed it on the counter and told them to think about it. Mayo makes me feel sick. I've been disappointed at many places but never so insulted as to bother to write this kind of review. Will stick to the chipstands.they pay attention. Out $9, lesson learned.

Gross. $23.00 for a hamburger ice cold and French fries with way too much salt that could not eat

Every time that I have gone in, there really hasn't been a wait, unlike other fast food restaurants in town. Service is quick and the staff is friendly.

Staff are very friendly here, they have your grill orders finished very quickly and the food tastes so good and fresh.

Nice people but slow service. Also the cook kept taking off his mask which made me happy I didn't buy anything from the kitchen.

Drive through is tight, service was excellent. Very friendly and fast. Quality product as well. Growing pains are to be expected being as new as they are.

Went through drive through. Some confusion at window. Got wrong order. They even asked my order and still proceeded to give me the wrong one.

Got home.realized. Drove all the way back to return order. They apologized and reimbursed the meal

Problem was they gave me my original order from 45 minutes earlier. It was ICE COLD! So much for a replacement meal. They replaced with a cold meal! Never in 40 years have I gotten an ice cold order before that was supposedly fresh made. Worst burger ever. On top of that. The Cashier started crying. Super awkward. What a GONG SHOW! Not a great first impression

Walked into the restaurant to place a takeout order & received fairly quick service! The staff I interacted with was also very kind.

I ordered an Oreo blizzard and there was no Oreo in it, just the Oreo dust.

If you have no Oreo just tell me and I'll order something else

Lol ordered one cheeseburger and they forgot the patty. Wasnt even busy, at least it wasnt a 30 minute wait like McDonalds in town.

Whoever designed the drive thru didn't account for pickup trucks (40% of the vehicles in town). Three 90 degree corners and had to use oncoming lane on hwy to turn West after maneuvering drive thru. Went a week after opening and there's tire rubs at every corner. Surprised the wooden fence at corner 1 is still standing, drove over the curb there. If you have a long box, brush guard, wheel spacers or plow ect, park and go in. Good luck with that this winter!

WOW it’s really not that hard!
They got my order wrong. I asked for a double patty and got a single. Was asked to pull ahead and wait in front of the restaurant for my food. They bring me my food after sometime then forgot my drink, so now I’m waiting longer. I noticed on one working was wearing gloves, even the people making your food. I’m not very happy with the service I got today. I even tried to call and make a complaint but you can’t find their phone number anywhere.

Great service, however if you're selling cakes you should have staff on hand that are able to properly write on the cakes. Was very disappointed with it and it's not the staff's fault. Owner should look into it.

The staff here are very kind, and have a great sense of humor. The service is quick and i love how their poutine is warm and hot everytime.
