Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Was in there and the kids working were slow and more interested in the other group of kids tmthat were they from there school and honest opi ion the ice cream was the best very soft and not very flavourful

We ordered two double cheeseburgers with bacon, one with no ketchup. The counter service was great, staff were friendly and helpful. However, the kitchen staff were instructed to not put ketchup on one, and they still did. We asked for it to be fixed, again the staff at the counter were great and understanding and apologized, but the kitchen staff still put a tiny bit of ketchup on the burger. We gave up and just took the items off the burger that had ketchup because we didn’t want to wait another 10 minutes for the burger to be made correctly. Thankfully it’s not an allergy to ketchup, but the kitchen staff needs to try harder because if it was an allergy and they did not follow instructions it could be more serious. We will probably be avoiding this location in the future as we spend over 20 minutes waiting for food total when it could have been right the first time

I recently used dairy queens online system to order a cake from this location, however they scheduled it for the wrong day. I tried calling twice to cancel, both times someone picked up, said nothing and hung up on me.

Terrible service, will not be picking the cake up.

Did not give me my free blizzard after the sign says “ It only says on the if we don’t flip it, your next one’s free“. They did not flip it!

My blizzard was great but my burger was a bit ho-hum. The service was excellent: prompt and friendly!

Harpreet did a fabulous job with my brother's surprise 30th cake. She facilitated a custom design and took extra time with me to make a plan. Awesome customer service!

Unfortunately this location does not honor the barcode for points and the receipt they issue are anonymous as it does not have their name in the receipt. Spoke to the manager who understood my issue with this. She will speak to the owner as I will as well.
Problem: Blizzard was melty before I even got it in my hand.

One of the best place to hangout. Staff is friendly and well behaved and make delicious blizzards.

I ordered a birthday cake for my wife. Thank you, Ms. Happy. It was wonderfull and you saved the day.

Probably the worst experience I've ever had.

Ordered 2 Ranch wraps. The girl read it back to me as ranch wraps. Got the wrongs ones took it back in was then yelled at by 3 employees telling me I said the flaming ones when she legit read it back as ranch to me. Then told me she couldn't fix it, proceeded to fight with me for 3 mins until she said that it would be 5 mins for the wraps, totally cool as I was walking out I hear "order it right next time idiot"

Probably the worst dairy queen around. Highly don't recommend. Will be taking this higher, pretty rude and ridiculous.

Found a short black hair in my blizzard. 0/5 stars if it was an option. Hair and beard nets should be mandatory. Being busy is not an excuse to be sloppy and unsanitary. We waited patiently for our order while countless door dash/uber eats were prioritized ahead of us. Would have been nice to have been able to enjoy my ice cream hair-less.

I went in to dairy queen pioneer park wanting a banana split but they didnt have any bananas lol there is a zehrs 50 feet from the store! And they locked the washrooms i couldnt use it.the couple that ordered their blizzzards after i did got theirs first! Ill never go back

This location openly admitted that they charge more than other DQ’s. Quote from the owner “we do not follow the online prices or promotions that our franchiser post online or in store” I personally lost $16, from an overpriced non- Dairy bar ($18) and a promo deal (buy one blizzard get one for $1). So much for customer service!

Idk what the hell they do in there but the food tastes good but takes 10 times as long as any other DQ I’ve gone too, ridiculous!

I purchased a Dairy Queen Valentine cake (the one that serves 2-4). When we cut the cake there was NO hot fudge or cookie crumbs or anything! Just plain vanilla ice cream.
Will NEVER purchase another product from them again. Already posted bad review on social media.

Dairy Queen deliciousness and hardworking, friendly staff. We're always happy to visit this fast food restaurant!

Spent almost 30$ on food order buffalo fingers they forgot the sauce an the supervisor told me my fault n wouldnt give me the right ones, i even pointed at the giant sign that says buffalo fingers, plus i order this 3 - 4x a week as i work right beside the location, so much disrespect how does a supervisor not understand customer service
