Such a nice building, very friendly staff, food came out hot and fast and it was super clean. I came on January 5th and all the people on that shift were very nice

Great service. I went in just at closing and was welcomed and then well fed. Nice experience.

The food was good, but the service was horrible. Was told they were waiting on our last burger, and 20 minutes later found out it wasn’t even made? Once they discovered that, I did appreciate the problem being corrected without a problem.

“We are only required to flip one blizzard through drive thru”. Well that doesn’t mean I deserve to be served a melted mess. Even if it wasn’t flipped, I ordered ice cream not soup. Won’t be back. Don’t need to waste money on poor products and bad customer service.

It was also an inch under the rim and looked like it had been partially eaten, that’s how sloppy it was

Honestly, there's a CLEAR reason you work in the fast food industry. Cause when someone orders something on their lunch break and you screw the entire order up. Simply shows that your all daft and will remain in the sector of employment.
I'll NEVER go to this DQ. Service has gotten horribly terrible.
And will report this to HQ as this isn't the 1st time this has happened
