Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

They sent my food with the cold drink in the same bag as food. Something common now in third world Canada.this would never have happened in Christian Canada. Only in " other canada " the owner!

Have great shakes with lots of protein but why on earth would you ever change your hours from 10 to 9? It makes zero sense as the last hour was ALWAYS the busiest and your newmarket store is still open till 11.as i was walking here 20 minutes one way i saw 3 people go in and u turn back out as they realized you were closed.make your new hours publicaly known or dont close 2 hours earlier then another one 10 minute drive down the road to newmarket. Not all of us have the luxury of a car so making this kind of inconvenience out of nowhere is completely not cool.

Worst experience of my life called earlier spoke to one of the girls who works there to explain how upset I was that I ordered a cake special made cotton candy and the top part where they put the blizzard ice cream part was vanilla pretty much that’s all I tasted. So both the top and bottom was vanilla I was very upset as almost 50$ per cake should be done properly. Anyways the girl was understanding very nice and then the owner calls me and tells me I’m lieing and not telling the truth. Instead of fixing the issue as he should he starts to interrupt me and telling me I’m lieing. Worst customer service ever. I’ll not be coming here again.

The owner below wants to act like they did everything right but in fact they didn’t and instead of trying to make it right they called me a liar and I only raised my voice saying please listen and stop interrupting me. I didn’t yell or swear or treat anyone bad but after being told I was a liar and me asking him how is he going to fix this and him not trying I hung up.

Didn't flip my sons blizzard, asked them for the free blizzard and they said that their location doesn't do that. However, they have a poster in the store advertising free blizzard's if they don't flip it!

All food was well prepared and the service was friendly. Not many customers on a weekday at noon in summer.

Pathetic. Dairy queen has a promotion. Use your app and receive a free cone. Everywhere except for the Dairy Wueen in Aurora.
This place is a joke. Always a problem. When will Dairy Wueen realize they should close down thus franchise.

It’s a friendly place but I was surprised that they do not have trays for Ice Cream cones? They kept on wanting to put the cone upside down in a cup? Something has been lost at Dairy Queen. When I was a kid (in the 70’s), I was tasked with hopping in the car, driving to to DQ and bringing back cones for everyone. They always had TRAYS for the cones. I can’t believe an Ice Cream cone place does not have trays! When I got in the car today and had to modify a drink tray or my grandson would have been sad…

Poor employee was screamed at by angry little manager woman. The employees don't deserve this mistreatment!

I had lunch at Dairy Queen a few days ago, and I'm just writing here about how delicious their food was. They made their great-priced burgers the same quality as those 10x more expensive. Another thing they nailed are their fries and chicken tenders. They were delectable and juicy, with a side of delicious fries to add some crispiness to the experience.

Just placed an order with skip the dishes and did not receive my drink, which the sugary caffeine was what i was craving for most. First time ordering from here and will be my last.

Took my girlfriend here for our first date, now we are thawing out after a cool walk home. Fun staff and good burgers, best memories ever.

DO NOT ORDER OR BUY FROM HERE. Garbage products that are expired and rude staff that do not care about any customer in any way, shape or form. Wasted an hour of my time just to be canceled on. Take your business somewhere else.
