Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Myself, and my family went to this location yesterday (11/09/2023) between 5-5: 30pm. We had coupons, so, we had presented the coupons to the worker at the cash, he stated that he cannot take two coupons, my parents ordered the Chicken strips for two, my mom wanted to switch from the fries to the onion rings, but the guy said we cannot do that, you can do it everywhere else, but, not at Dairy Queen. Then, I was going to get a burger combo, and this is where he said we cannot use two coupons, again, you can everywhere else, but not at Dairy Queen. So, you lost business, I went to Burger King instead. I found this ridiculous, I’ve been to that Dairy Queen from when it first opened, and have never come across any issues, but I do not think I’ll be back after this experience.

Plus there was a broken alcohol glass bottle in the parking lot. The garbage cans were full.

Got 2 kids combos, supposed to come with Ice Cream cones. My Husband said the guy forgot they came with the combo + proceeded to come back out with these. They were supposed to be soft serve ice cream cones. This is an embarrassing representation of an “Ice cream” company. Food is over priced for the garbage their giving out. Do not recommend this location. Find another ice cream place. Don’t waste your time.

I will never go back to this location. Ive been going to this location for over 20 years because it's around the corner from where i live and this was the worst experience. I downloaded the app because we don't get paper coupons anymore for diary queen and I got an offer for half off any blizzard. I decided to use it and when I got to the window the girl said she needed the 5 digit code because they can't scan the barcode on the app. My phone wasn't giving me the 5 digit code and it shut down the app twice. I told the girl at the window and showed her the issue she said she can't do anything. I asked for her to give one of the blizzards half off she said she can't do that. I asked to speak to the manager and he said the same thing then he told me it's my phone problems not theirs that I couldn't give them the code. If every restaurant is using apps for coupons and deals and can scan this barcode, you guys should be able to as well. If not you should be giving your customers the deal. I'm super unimpressed and will never go back to this location.

Horrible service! We ordered our food an hour before closing, and an hour later, DQ canceled our order. Ridiculous

Im not sure if they need more staff or better training, but this store needs help. I was literally stuck in the drive thru for over 20 minutes it’s super slow, they rush you at the speaker as well as the window. They do not flip the blizzards upside down, and when questioned they say it’s bc they’re busy. It takes 1extra second. While at the window the workers were throwing stuff at each other instead of speeding up the service. Until this store is better I will not be back.

Not happy with my Carmel fudge cheesecake blizzard, when it said fudge I assumed there would be fudge in it, NOT! I asked if they could remake it with chocolate and they said no! So I couldn’t eat it because it was gross, so they threw it out full and I had to buy another! So I spent 14$ and got 1 medium blizzard! Very unhappy with this store!

This location has the WORST drive through. You have to wait for so long just to get something as simple as an ice cream cone. Visited this dairy queen today and waited in the drive through for a good 20 minutes and I was the second car! It's actually quite ridiculous to wait so long for sub par food. I would have left but was stuck between 2 cars and a curb

Ordered a blizzard & they didn’t turn it upside down, it melted all over us because it was more like soup. Don’t think I’ll e back there. The worst I’ve ever had.

The chocolate extreme was vanilla on the bottom so I had them remake it. It was now chocolate on top and vanilla on the bottom.

I ordered a slush with a bunch of cones and so on. The slush was flavored sugar water with more water. I was told that's how it is. I said, no it isn't. Then I was told their slush machine has been broken for years. Ok. Then dont sell it or give me my money back but.nope to both. The people were fine and the place was clean but DQ or whoever owns this place, fix your equipment. Thanks.

Absolute terrible service and staff, no one in the drive thru but still takes 15 mins to ask what I want, no one in like inside still takes 20 to get my order taken and another 30 for everything, workers don’t care, nor does the owner because it would’ve been taken care of by now, instead he cuts corners trying to save money. This Dairy Queen deserves to be shut down.

Dairy Queen Needs a modern update and the cashier shouldn't be making the desserts as well. It's bit sanatary.

The Stone church rd location is terrible for service and getting your order right.
Having to speak to the staff about an error gets you no where.
Ordered a cake and wrote the wrong name on it and that after waiting over 30 mins for them to find it. With no apology or care.

The 1st time we ordered a came they didn't have it ready and then the image on the cake was messed up and they refused to compensate. Spend over $50 for an 8" round cake the least they can do is not mess up the cake.

Pretty Good for the Food but If You Really Want a DQ To Go to Then this is Not an Option but if you Really Want DQ and You Cant Drive to a DQ Nearest to You This is the Only Option

I always enjoy going here, food is great and the service as well. Love the Pepsi from the fountain, always has the perfect amount of fizz!

The toppings have changed too much. My favorite used to be chocolate covered cherries blizzard. The cherries are no longer pieces of fruit, now it's just a flavored sauce. I've tried other flavours and am still disappointed. Quality has diminished so much that I am now done with DQ.
This particular location is one of the slowest ones I've been to and it's dirty, especially the bathrooms.

Been coming here for years, just as of lately, the ice cream quality has gone down and the price has gone up. The size of a large cone is the size of a medium and the ice cream has too much air in the whip (not creamy enough; too airy). I’d recommend another Dairy Queen location, not this one. I have had great experiences at the Ancaster location but can’t say the same about this one as of late at least.

Blizzards SUCK here! They blend the toppings way to much so you barely get any chunks. I paid for extra cheese cake in my blizzard and I got about 5 pieces throughout the blizzard. My boyfriend went back in and got them to remake it.only to watch them make the same mistake.they blend the the ice cream way to much so that there is nothing left of the toppings. This place used to be good. It's gone down hill. Don't go here.you will over spend just to be disappointed! Also they couldn't comprehend a simple blizzard order.it was modified slightly and the girl couldn't get her head around it. I kept having to repeat myself so she would understand a simple order. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!

It was a long wait for a combo and small blizzard but eveyerhing was hot a fresh! Expensive like all other places. Customer service was very kind and polite, very refreshing!

Food took a very long time, then sat in the holding area for a bit until we asked staff to pack it. Staff looked very confused tonight.
