Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I usually don’t write reviews, but my experience at this location has compelled me to. The first issue was when ordering. The first lady at the counter was very passive and rushed us through our order. When one of the other employees (a young girl), offered to take over to give the original employee some time to fix the ice cream machine, the original employee said “actually, YOU can’t tell me what to do”, rolled her eyes, and went back to helping us. Throughout the waiting process for our food, she would make comments to the younger employees in a disrespectful tone. They were quickly growing very busy and the situation was not being dealt with properly, as we observed for 28 minutes while waiting for our food. It is one thing to politely correct your fellow employee in a respectful manner to ensure the job is getting done efficiently, but this specific employee was purely belittling her younger employees and trying to make it appear like the issue of falling behind orders was their fault. I as a teenager who has a part-time job even recognize that this behaviour is wrong and I would bring the issue to a higher power if my employer/fellow coworker spoke to me that way. I can really sympathize with those girls and it made me upset as I saw their faces change while being yelled at for taking orders after the first employee DIRECTED them to take orders. I hope those girls find a new job with coworkers that treat them better and don’t bark orders at them to embarrass and belittle them in front of customers purposely.

Extremely rude staff, and do not value the time of customer. I would give 0 star if an option.

Loyal to the very end. I told everyone about the Saturday deal even my employer. To say i m devastated is an understatement. Will not return until I see the deal reinstated.

I used to go every Saturday and randomly throughout the week but they just took away the Saturday deal my roommate and I were devastated had to leave and walk home empty handed. Will not be back until the deal is back not for a blizzard not for a burger not until the daily deals are back.

Decent chain, ice cream is consistent and tasty. This place was clean and bright, staff all young teens, all the equal of their position, friendly and polite. Thanks!

It’s kinda a hit or miss here, one time they forgot my cake and a couple other peoples and we waited for 20 mins until someone who purchased a cake got their back and we asked and they admitted they forgot

edit: I went through the drive thru last night (oct 24) and i sat at the speaker for 5 minutes before someone took my order which isn’t a big deal because I understand they might be busy. They asked if I wanted a drink and I said no but when I got to the window and paid they handed me a 7up which I said I didn’t order and didn’t think I paid for so she took it back. When I checked my credit card statement it turns out I paid for the drink and the girl at the window didn’t inform me I paid for the drink, didn’t offer me a refund or anything and when they gave me my food (I had to park) they didn’t give me a receipt. It’s not a big deal because it’s only a couple dollars but I’ve never felt more disappointed

I like to order there strawberry milkshake it so delicious. Yesterday I ordered pineapple milkshake and it was awesome as well.

My blizzard was super runny, and the service was terrible.i find the people constantly rushing through the actual orders. I could hardly actually SPEAK in the drive through without the order taker rushing. Customer service has totally gone out the door. I am beyond disappointed. Its just rude.

Not only are they rushing orders for some reason, but then we were waiting at the window for 10 mins for 2 blizzards and onion rings (the rings came out before the ice cream)

This place needs really needs to get it together.

Worst service I have ever seen. Racist staff. If this is the last ice cream location on earth, I will never ever for ever try buy something from here. Bad dairy queen, poor management, worst staff

You can't go wrong with Dairy Queen food. The issue is wait times at the drive thru. It takes a long time. It might be easier to go in but this defeats the purpose of a drive thru. At least a dilly bar on the way home makes everything right!

Just ordered a medium Sunday. Couldn't believe how little you get. You want to change $6.50 for that you have to give alittle more.

It's amazing how cheap corporations are getting.

Hard to find anything better than a blizzard at Dairy Queen. I think the drive-thru gets priority service so you need to be patient while you wait for them to prep your order when you order inside. Eating area doesn't hold many people so be prepared to do take out if you arrive during a mealtime.

The food is okay but the management treats the staff terribly. It's not fair to those young kids just trying to make some cash for high school or university.

Got my order wrong, overfilled blizzard that spilled in the car and refused to remake when I went inside.

This place have the worst customer service they have rude staff no experience at all very bad place to go

Recently they have been hiring super unclassy dirty people. They mess up orders and dip dirty fingers in ice creams. I wish they actually wore gloves. The guys at the window touch money and cards than grab ice creams - I had his finger dipped in mine. They also don't understand do take extra time and by the time I get the order everything is melting. Hire some nice clean people please as I am beginning to get grossed out by this place. It was way better before. I also ordered blizzard half of it was unmixed white ice cream. Super unhappy about the service you guys lately provide. I 'D rather drive further to get clean people who don't mess up orders. Wear gloves! Not hard!

What happened? This use to be my go to ice cream spot… firstly, the service is good and I have no complaints with any of the workers but how can you charge $7 for a sundae and give such a small amount of ice cream? New owners I presume over the past few years? I even went back and decided to get a banana split, thinking perhaps it was just a one time issue but to no surprise this also was so ridiculous when it came to the ice cream… like I could fully see the banana and the whipped cream over took it all… there was literally 6 bites of ice cream… c’mon guys, do better! This is a joke.

I ordered a birthday cake for my son and it was, as always, delicious. The service I received from ordering to collection was excellent and Abbey and Brad were so helpful and accommodating. Thank you both for making a little boy so happy on his birthday!

Never have a problem. Always get what we are looking for or if not the manager will be able to get something close.

This location used to offer puppy cones- not anymore. Cheaping out.won't be back to this location.
They also don't hold the blizzards upside down here.

Was very busy today in store and in drive threw and took some time before our order was ready but their must have been some sort of promo on as our total was less then half what we exspected so willing to wait for the value.

Why is this location always under staffed? Easily 15 orders ahead of me with almost no one there. Not waiting for that. It's suppose to be fast food. If I wanted to wait more than 20 minutes, I'd go to Montanas
