Went their Monday August 14th, @5: 30 just thought a nice 4 piece strip would be a treat for a change. No one answered the Drive Thru speaker, the meal (gotta say) wasn't a meal, they had apparently been saving a few french fries in the fry screen that should have been thrown away (cold and burnt ends) as for the quantity, well I don't know why the gravy was separate, there was plenty of room in the box with the 10 fries I receved
Watched the staff walk back through the kitchen, once my blizzard was made.after he walked all through the kitchen, he than decided to hand me my blizzards.
Went through the drive through and waited 15 minutes only to be told I had to wait longer. I asked for my money back and went elsewhere. If you have a drive through, the service should be quicker.
Consistently the slowest fast food place you will EVER go to. They truly need to improve their customer service. Avoid at all costs - Harvey’s has ice cream across the street
VERY disappointed, ordered 2 chicken finger meals, (only car in drive thru) waited 15 minutes, during that time, was told the “server was down to accept my gift card” scrambled for cash, then put $5.00 on debit. (Total was $28). Finally got the meal, NO drinks. Waited another 5-7 minutes for someone to return to the window (now 3cars behind us) reminded we never got out drinks, when given the drinks, cups were soaked with drips of pop all over the outside. Frustrated, food getting cold, we drove away. Parked at the beach, NO FORKS! Dipping sauce comes with the meal, got a PACKET OF SALAD DRESSING! How do you dip fingers in a salad dressing packet! No napkins! The chicken was coated with the saucy bbq honey sauce, to say it was a very messy meal was an understatement. I’m not convinced the “gift card server” wasn’t working. Brand new card better still have $25 on it
The milkshake was great, the drive thru seemed a little busy, so we waited about 12 minutes to put in our order. There really is no atmosphere here, we stood in the empty area, waited to put in out order while another two customers did the same. Like many of the businesses in the area, if there is single vehicle in the drive thru, customers physically standing inside become a low priority.
Updated their hours 6 days ago saying they'd be open until 10pm 7 days a week, so i show up at 9: 15pm and they're closed.this is the second time this has happened and of course the staff never even say sorry lol
We went through the drive thru yesterday and the service from Kevin was immaculate! He really brightened our day in the few short minutes we were there. Star employee for sure. Great job Kevin, keep being you!
