Great for sweet treats! We don't usually eat the food, so I can't speak to that.
This location is very careful with gluten free requests, and will do their best to avoid cross contamination when preparing your order.

The lady that took my order Sherri was awsome. Very pleasant and helpful and because I had a big order the gentleman brock helped me carry my food and drinks to my car. Great people and excellent service

I called a week ago to see if the store prints on edible paper. The employee told me they did, let me know the cost and how long it would take. I called today to place the order and the girl on the phone said they dont do it. I explained that a different staff member told me different and she said its not something they will do. I also explained this was for a 2 year olds birthday tomorrow and it didnt seem to matter. She said I could buy a whole cake and they would not attach the edible picture. No thanks. Considering this was their mistake they could have easily done the job in 5 min with a sorry but instead they offered to sell me a whole cake that I dont need in order to get the picture. This is what happens when 16 year olds manage a place. Customer service used to be a thing. I wont support this store.

I'm not sure what happened to make Zoltan lose it here but I've always had a great experience at this DQ location.
And Zoltan, your behaviour -which has been noted in social media- was marked by other customers as a tantrum, regarding a poor kid who was being trained. All because the kid didn't turn the Blizzard upside down. Surely that isn't the reason you let loose.
C'mon man.

Bowmanville Location…manager/owner is very rude and refuses to honour promotions/signs! Will never go to this location again!

This is a review of a review! Zoltan this is for you! My husband and I were #20 and you were order #21. For someone to complain about not turning the blizzard upside down and the unnecessary violent behaviour is nothing less than a terrible 2 year old tantrum…. If this is what you need to complain about you need therapy my friend. You should act your age and have more class…. Also the way you treated a new trainee the way you did, is appalling, if I were the manager who was exemplary in the way he responded, I wouldn’t have been as kind! The way you responded shows a serious lack of education and politeness as well as patience….

I have never had a bad experience at a DQ…until trying this location. Absolutely disgusting.:/

Staff are friendly and helpful with picking food items when you can't decide. Store is clean and staff are very quick to get you through the drive through and when you go in the store they seem to bring in the right amount of staff needed for the rushes.

Friendly and helpful staff and delicious ice cream. The facilities were clean for the most part.

Chicken over cooked. Too hard
2nd chicken meal in a row that was over cooked.
Fries were good.
FYI: No napkins
