Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

The food was decent but I couldn't get past the fact that they would give me a small amount of ice for my dog. Only time I have ever been denied ice with a $30 purchase anywhere at all.
So glad I I was just passing through and won't need to come back.
Very disappointed.

Never. Again. I will never spend another dime here. Missing items and what we did get was old and cold. And the staff gives you the runaround and refuses to make things right. An expensive lesson, but consider it learned.

Great customer service and great food! Will drive to stayner from wasaga for Dairy Queen cause service and food at this location is always better!

I sometimes come in around 11AM for my school lunch break. There is a very nice and likable lady who typically runs the register. Occasionally, I will order a Flamethrower burger combo with fries, as that is my favourite item on the menu. I usually sit with my friends on the left side of the seating area (looking in from the entrance). The seating can at times be limited during lunch hour, but not usually. The atmosphere is mostly warm and welcoming due to the amazing staff that work shifts during that time of the day. Overall, the environment of Stayner Dairy Queen provides for a more enjoyable experience than most other Dairy Queens I've been to in the vicinity. This is widely due to the 11AM staff who regularly go above and beyond.

Absolutely horrible service I went there last night and was at the till for 45 mins explaining what I would for dinner the first young lady with the lashes kept having to ask the one guy on drive thru how to do things and this guy was extremely rude to the customer and the lady he’s working with… then some other lady stepped in and this is where it took 45 mins explaining what I wanted I wanted to 6 peace 6: 14 last chicken tenders one with onion rings the other one had fries I ordered dips and I paid for meals. I asked for a Misty slushy and I always get the blue raspberry and carry they told me they could not do it! I was like what!? When the heck did that become a thing.so then I was like fine I don’t want to buy the slushy they only handed me the chicken dinners boxes no dips and no drinks and I paid almost $40.while I was there trying to get all my stuff they messed up the order bad and the lady’s next to me and some other lady that was eating said her meal is completely messed up and to fix it.the lady next to me had two kids and they messed up her kids meals she ordered chicken and paid for them and got burgers and the Dq would not fix it for her.we are locals and that was the worst experience I have dealt with and we enjoyed coming here I will now be bringing my money elsewhere! The people working yesterday at 6: 14pm Saturday April 29th 2023 need better training and the guy working the drive through needs to learn how to respect people and treat others with kindness you don’t like people don’t work with them!

Stayner Dairy Queen has become an absolute disgusting Place To eat not to mention the management/ supervisors Are absolutely disgraceful they should not be team leaders they have 0 customer service skills I have never been so frustrated I went in this evening to purchase a cake for my family and the cake was marked down to 33.99 we took it to the cash and they tried to charge me 36.99 I explained to them that the cake had been marked down to 33.99 which is what I should have been charged they argued with me made me feel humiliated And then almost refused to give me my Money back this is not the way team leaders should handle situations with their customers let alone anybody in general I am going to be putting a massive complaint into head office and this needs to be addressed And certain team leaders need to be taught a few things about good customer service!
We recently purchased dinner last Tuesday we Had chicken fingers with a poutine and my husband had a bacon cheese burger with a poutine! My fingers where rock solid and my poutine was a glob of old soggy fries! My husband's burger was charcoal and rubber!
I will not be returning!

I just have to do an update as I ordered a large chocolate dipped cone and I questioned what size for the price. It look like a medium. Hey ask the server if this was a medium or small cone she had to look at the screen to see what it was. I asked again, this is a medium or a large? And she just said yeah yeah. Lost for words. Crazy times. Why

It’s 8pm on a Tuesday and your not serving ice cream.if there was other choices open late in Stayner then be sure this store would be out of business…

The chicken tenders tasted good (got them for my kids)

The grilled chicken burger was gross, it had no flavor

Ordered a cake the day before, was asked all the details, name, number & what I want written on the cake.arrived for pick up and no one knew anything.
