Terrible service you're lucky if they get your order right the first time
AND EVERYTIME I GO THERE AND ORDER A OREO/STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE BLIZZARD THERE IS NEVER CHEESECAKE CHUNKS very upsetting

Very rude staff. Yelled at us for needing to use washroom. They said was closed for cleaning for over one hour with no one near the washrooms

Our server Kajal was amazing! We showed up pretty close to closing and she served us with a smile and was amazing throughout the services! 10/10 would recommend. Great job Kajal!

I love the food. But, if they could wait until the food orders are complete and ready to go to the customer before making ice cream, that would be a 5 star worthy visit:)
I do appreciate that they accommodate my ice cream requests best they can, though!

It's no wonder drive thru is always backed up, the staff move at glacier speed and the cook has to ring the bell a hundred times before they get the food served. I even told them that food was sitting there a few times but was ignored. The manager just walked by like there wasn't a restaurant full of people. Won't be going back and telling everyone I know

I ordered a birthday cake where an image had to be uploaded. I ordered it online and I was able to pick it up the very next day. The cake was AMAZING! THANK YOU to all!

I went inside this super rude male kid with blonde hair was very disrespectful and was ignorant while waiting for my order, he was making fun of another customer and he didn't realize we heard him. SO RUDE!

Firstly, i went to use the App to get points, they don't use it, I ordered chicken fingers, I got pieces, apparently they don't do combos either, and lastly the front end staff should speak English better, very hard to understand this guy, very disappointed for 15 dollars this is what I got really not happy

I asked, for extra pickles and got none. But I'm not the one to complain about melting icecream when it 30° celsius. Lol cheers and don't blame the workers for short staff. That's an issue to discuss with the manager. Cheers all.

Place is pretty fast at making ice cream and have yet to get an order wrong. Unfortunately when it's busy, they seem to make the orders too fast and by the time you get to the window to pay, the ice cream is already half melted and drips everywhere in the car.

Chicien fingers were good but they do not give you napkins.i went thru the drive threw.really upsetting whe you pay almost $15.00 dollars and

Was not a good experience. Toke awhile to get the food once received it was poorly made and leaked everywhere. The service returning the food was good the last was very respectful and made it a point to apologize and re made the food no issues. The young staff seemed rushed and under staffed.

It good ice cream but I find the line is long and the blizzards melt within five minutes and the burger was like your whole dinner and the chicken strips are small

I'm not going to lie, I wasn't expecting much from a fast food joint, at least not much past the usual service you get, but this was different.
My group all ordered meals and blizzards, and an ice cream cake, the very nice young lady working the front was very helpful, offered to make our blizzards after we ate our hot food and kept the ice cream cake in the freezer behind the counter. The food was as expected, but the service was phenomenal.

Very short notice even with power outage they were able to provide an amazing cake for my kids birthday

Cakes or shakes might be their thing. But burgers overrated. More of an ice cream parlor than a fast food restaurant. Tried them twice.disappointed both times.

I love dq and this dq has to be my favorite one around they sell food and ice cream where as some are just ice cream this is the full store so I am always happy to come eat here the food seems like cook to order so it's not super fast drive thru if ur ordering for family of 5 like me our food was made in a reasonable time it was hot which is always great specially the onion rings gotta love when they are hot they did forget our dippin sauces so had to go get them for the chicken strip but I got them with no issue but over all great service went back few hours later after din to get some ice cream and thru drive thru was fast and good when ever I'm around there I try to hit up for a flamethrower and onion rings my fav and if room ice cream

Melted ice cream is not what I paid for I will be coming back to do the blizzard test and posting photos if it fails.

1 dog chilli/cheese - cold
1 bacon/cheese - cold & fake bacon bits

Dairy Queen has one of the best cheeseburgers in town. The chicken strips are really good too. The food is always fresh and never forget to get a blizzard while you are there. Good food, great service and nice atmosphere.

World worst service's everytime i go there i wait for at 20 to 30 minutes waiting for my food in drive through and and when I do get it my meal is already cold but when you try to tell them they give you attitude and walk away

They were very rude to us tonight! Didn’t even say “you’re welcome” or “bye” or “have a good day” they just stared at us, with empty expressions and soulless, endless looks in their eyes. If you’re ever looking for the zombies from the Walking Dead - look no further.

It was more so a chill considering my food wasnt even grilled right. Red and green burger like what is it Christmas already.

It is a provincial mandate that all staff who deal with the public must wear masks. The server at DQ Chelmsford had hers around her neck. She did not even try to pretend she was wearing it properly. However, she fit in with over 50% of the customers who did not wear masks or follow instructions for entering or exiting the building properly. I am definitely staying away from there.

I been to this location few times and food is always great. Lots of new staff all the time so they have hard time getting your order right.

Ordered 2 chili cheese dogs and got 2 plain hot dogs. Would have went back but the line up was too long.

1/4 lb cheeseburger with bacon I got on Monday June 15th at about 7pm was amazing! Great sauce too. Excellent service, and the girls were super nice and very pleasant.

The evening staff have less than satisfactory customer service skills and make us feel like we are a problem for showing up to order in the drive-thru.

10/10 will dine again. Fast staff, quality food for the market. Great competitor for Harvey's when it comes to the burgers. Not as in depth, but still quality for sure.

Excellent experience, the new coupons they came out with were great and the reason we decided DQ was our choice for tonights supper

It's ok but the burgers get microwaved which makes the bun soggy. The ice cream is good forsure.

Tonight, husband and I, stopped at the Chelmsford location and found it extremely discusting, to the point that we turned around and walked out. The floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned for weeks. Table was dirty. Owner should be checking on staff to make sure this problem is rectified. We then drove the extra kilometers and went to the Val Caron DQ. Valley East location is always very clean and pleasant, shows pride of ownership.

Tried to redeem a coupon for my girlfriend's birthday and the lady said we had to show them the app first then we couldn't go back into the coupon to show the code again and they wouldn't honor it even though one of the clerks had already seen the BOGO coupon. Worst service at this place. They always mess up our orders too.

I dont like when I order chicken fingers they put the sauce container on my food. I t could easily be on the tray

Stopped for some chocolate dipped soft serve ice cream cones. Was disappointed that the chocolate dip was not as thick or chocolatey as me and my kids remembered.

One out of two Grill & Chill locations of Sudbury.
The Grill & Chill DQ is one of my favorite places to go for fast food burgers and other assortments, as the quality to quantity for price ratio is on its top game compared to other fast food restaurants.
In other words, their chicken burgers are cheap but they actually taste and feel like chicken.
The dine in experience itself is also great, their huge open window in the front of the store always gave me nostalgia as a kid that follows me even to this day.
I love this place, and I really wish Sudbury had one in town or New Sudbury instead of their ice cream only locations.
If you're in Chemmy or Valley, go here, you won't regret it.

This place is Gross! The floors are still dirty same as a month ago. I wiped my own table off with soap from the bathroom which was also disgusting. After finally cleaning my table off I sat my son down and he told me the seat was sticky. Yup melted ice cream all dried up on the seat. Cleaned a second table, we sit to eat and my son starts laughing “ looks dad a cute little ant! ” (We are in the dining room) and another ant and another and another, all in a row across the back of the bench seat not 15 ft from the kitchen. I don’t even want to know what the kitchen looks like. Don’t worry everyone I reported this to the health inspector but the damage is done for me. I will not be back. After all I saw I threw my food out. My sons as well and made him food at home where it’s safe. To the franchise owner: as an entrepreneur myself I am very disappointed I run my business like it’s another one of my children and I wish you did too. The staff didn’t start wiping tables down until they saw me taking pictures (included below) and they still didn’t do the seats or floors.
