Daldongnae Korean BBQ

We went there on my friend’s birthday. It was 11 of us. The host and servers accommodated us very well. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and the service. Alec was the star with his smile and best service.

It was an okay experience. The staff was really nice and responsive but the food was just average. The meat was not seasoned like other kbbq places. We were missing plates and weren't given a lot of napkins. Also we could barely fit all the food on the table, it was just very chaotic.

Solid KKBQ place! The meat is good quality and portion size for the price and the banchan was also delicious:) Unlimited refills on the egg and corn cheese was pretty great as well, though I feel like the corn cheese needed more cheese.

Food was ok - but there might be a lot SMG in the food. Got very thirsty after the meal.

The restaurant was desperately cold today. Everyone was eating with their puff on and still feels cold.

Porks has the pig smell. Beef was good.

My first time experiencing this establishment. The food is okay, its a nice concept to cook the food yourself which is why i bought friends who havent experienced this kind of dining. The meat has no flavor and all of their food is generally sweet in taste. The staff is not watchful and you have to yell across the room to get service for your table at all times. They were generally clumpsy and split multiple things on our table and clothes, which we had to clean up ourselves as well as retrieve our own napkins from across the room. I most likely would NOT return. The interior is pretty however. For a party size of 4 we could have definitely spent less somewhere else.

The best Korean BBQ I have been to. The meat quality is phenomenal and the fixings are top notch. Their cast iron grill is perfect for searing meats and is far superior than other establishments which have skinny grills. The staff is super nice and quick with their service.

Service was quick and efficient. Always order cold noodles really go well with grilled boneless beef.for drink we ordered makguli mix with sprite and seafood pancake on the side.it was really tasty! Definitely come back for sure

Def love the Korean theme all around. Would have loved to have a dessert menu though but, over all amazing experience and great food

The food was a 5, but the service was a 2 (that's being generous). The only time we saw the staff was when they were taking our order and bringing the food. I tried to flag down the staff a few times to no avail. I ended up getting up from my table and going to where the cash was located to get someone to come to our table. I even had to go there and ask for the bill. I gave them a tip (which they didn't deserve) for the food not the service. This bad experience that I had with my family has made me not wanting to come back again.

Pork belly and beef was fresh, the food was very tasty. All the severs were really nice and always checking on your table. Definitely will come back again️

I've been Daldongnae previously, but this time I went my brother and his wife to the Mississauga after getting our hair cut.

We ordered the Pig Belly, Beef Short Ribs, and Kimchi Fried Rice. I forgot to take a picture of the meat, but they were very good! The kimchi fried rice and the sidedishes we got were very spot-on!

Great place for good quality Korean food and bbq. Very clean and top quality meat. Place looks very nice and trendy too. Gets very busy on the weekend evenings, better book table ahead. The only thing is minus here - lack of attention to a client, our server was barely there and we end up waiting for a bill for very long time. But would highly recommend to try Kimchi Fried rice - delicious!

Loveeeeeee this KBBQ place. Very authentic. The ribs are delicious and the endless sides are so yummy. Love the cool vibe inside. Had my birthday for a group of 8 and loved it. Would def recommend the kimchi pancakes, kimchi fried rice. Make a reservation if for dinner time. It's busy.

Visited this restaurant twice, both times for dinner on a weekday. The food is very flavourful and fresh - including all the complimentary side dish and the service was impeccable. Was busy both times so be sure to make a reservation in advance to guarantee seating. Highly recommend!

One of the best korean BBQ ever had. Great food great service, Mi was very friendly, patient and helpful, we had a enjoyable and happy experience here. Definately will go back!

Amazing staff and environment! It was our first time and our sever Haru was very patient and caring towards our table. He answered all our questions and gave the best suggestions. 10/10 would definitely come again:)

Like stepping into a Kdrama! Absolutely loved the atmosphere and food. A little on the pricey side however they totally make up for it with all the side dishes and extra food they bring to the table once you order. Delicious cuts of beef as well as yummy side orders. Had the full kdrama experience when I got to drink my alcohol out of a metal cup. Would come back again in a heartbeat. Everything tasted great just need to bring a bunch of friends to help me eat all the food. A must try!

Excellent Korean BBQ experience! Generous portions of meat and the food quality was great. Delicious side dishes as well. The interior is very much authentic. Would love to come back!

I'm so glad they've finally opened a location over here in sauga used to drive 30-40 minutes to either the North York locations or Scarborough location several times a month to get my fix? This location lives up to the name for Daldongnae; amazing friendly staff and the quality of the food is great as always. 12/10 absolutely coming again.

Forces u to order 2 meats and start the grill.
Other locations allow u to just order from the bottom menu with option of not starting the grill. If u want to start the grill then u must order two meats
But for this one. They don't let u eat her if u don't start the grill? This is the only location that does this and doesn't follow the other franchise rules.
Don't eat here. Just go to a different location if u want daldongnae

Delicious! This place is a la carte so the meats are super fresh. You definitely get what you pay for.

I found this place by coincidence, but oh boy I'm happy I did. The closest thing to the BBQs I had in Seoul. The meet quality is great as well as the offered banchan.

We ordered the Pork Belly and the BBQ Beef short ribs. It was simply amazing. There was a complimentary.everything overall including the service was great! Will come back again.

Taste good, reasonable price however servers need more training for friendly and polite attitude.

Visited the one in Mississauga China Center. Sitting is in patio only as the inside is still under renovation. I like the mildly seasoned meats so they don't over power your palate. The place was quite busy during my visit on a Sunday evening so it was a challenge to get attentive service. I was surprised that they only offer one small complimentary soup per table, not per person; and they expect you to share (but how?) The washroom was not properly cleaned and some equipment was out of order. It was a sign of under staff. Based of the portion of the order and compare to other Korean restaurants I felt that it is slightly over price here. My overall experience here is average and I might go back but probably not frequently.

Always loved going to the other locations but so glad I can go closer to home now! For 2 people we ordered pork belly, short rib, small cold noodle and kimchi pancake! They give you a lot of sides and you can top off as many times as you want the egg on the grill. They were really busy when we went and were sold out of some of the stuff we wanted (pork skirt meat and Makgulli). I think because they just opened they are a little short staff but they are really attentive and friendly! Check this place out!

Great location, still new right now so a little disorganized and they don’t give you as much on the sides at one time like the North York locations. However, food was great and they didn’t kick us out right when they closed, let us sit and chat as they cleaned up.

Love this place, will be back again! Cozy rustic decor, large patio and nice staff. Amazing value for the price as with any meat order you get so many delicious sides and complimentary refills upon request. Quality of food was very good. For 2 ppl we ordered the boneless beef rib x1, pork skirt x1 and pork kimchi stew x1 and we were stuffed by the end of the meal. Bill total was around $73 after tax. The only negative is that I thought the meat could be more flavourful and better seasoned but honestly for the price and quality, I’m really not complaining. Best Korean BBQ I’ve tried in Mississauga so far.

My first experience with this chain was in Montreal and it was impressive. I thought I would try again with this but bad choixe. Bad service and food quality is not in par. I do not recommend

First time ever trying Korean bbq and I have to say it was an amazing experience and would definitely recommend it. The food tasted good, patio was nice and the our server was some tall guy and he went above and beyond.

Good food quality. Good environment. Good side dishes.just hire more servers, there is literally 0 service. 3 people serving the whole floor on a Saturday night? Or don’t seat guests down so fast? You can’t eat more than you can chew

So glad they opened one up in Mississauga! The patio is huge, the food tasted great and the service is great! We will be returning customers for sure! We arrived around 6: 45pm in a Friday with a group of 6, and were seated right away. Keep in mind, that at the moment, only their patio is opened and it can only accommodate up to 6 ppl per table.
