The best cannabis store I have been in so far. The customer service in the store is excellent. The budtender (Marty) is a really good and helpful guy. Always suggests best products according to your needs. They have lot of products in inventory and you have lot of options to choose from. Highly recommended, give a visit to store for sure.

If you're looking for a dispensary with a good selection then look no further. Martin and his team are patient, knowledgeable and easy to talk to if you need help. I find that staff at other dispensaries can sometimes be overly friendly and annoying; however, the staff at Dama are always laid back, genuine, and attentive. If you're not a complete idiot and can manage to find your way to this place, I recommend checking it out.

Worst customer service I’ve had coming into a cannabis store. Budtender at the counter didn’t greet me instead stared at me while I looked at the inventory making me feel uncomfortable. He didn’t suggest anything or even ask what I was looking for. On top of that the prices are high compared to other cannabis stores I’ve been to. Do yourself a favour and go to a different cannabis store if your debating on going here.

Everyday customer, just recommended asked for the recommended pre-rolls from the asian assistant (sorry idk his name) he recommended and sold me 2 different packages of prerolls first one is a blunt and tastes sweet. Second one is a pack of prerolls in the shape of cigarettes and literally half of the joint is the filter. Don’t just recommend whatever you have left over atleast explain what you are selling to your customer when they ask for your recommendation. I just spent $50 and the Asian guys assistance was terrible not recommended

Changing to 3 stars because my bf went in today (nov 6 night) and the male clerk was kind of rude, will likely change the ratings back on next visit because overall experiences been consistently great.

First off, I want to say the staff provide wonderful customer service. Every single employee at the store are knowledgeable about the products and provide excellent recommendations. I have NEVER had a bad interaction with a staff member. That is the reason I am giving it a 3/5.

While that being said, the display of products are awful. I’ve been to a lot of different cannabis stores in Toronto and never have been more annoyed with the display of products. They have a couple tv screens around that display the products and price. The font is so small it’s difficult to read. The staff actually use a stick to direct customers to products. There products are listed by price from high to low, and I have to ask the employees every single time what the percentages of THC/CBD are. Also the lack of displays makes the product seem like a surprise every time. I would appreciate knowing what the packaging looks like before making an employee get it for me.
It really puts a damper on my experience.

Overall friendly staff, but competitors nearby offer wider variety and better prices. Spent thousands at this store since I moved in the area. While walking my dog today I went in and wanted a preroll. Had change in my pocket to the tune of $8.90. They had a half gram preroll for $15 lowest price and 1 g of hybrid @ $8.98. I asked if I could get it for and I'd cover the 8 cents next visit. Was told no. Went to Tokyo smoke. Got 3 prerolls for less than $8.

Great location, staff, and the best prices. This is the place to go if you want quick and reliable/honest service. I have taken their staff recommendation a few times in the past months and I've consistently been impressed by their suggestions and tips. Additionally, their reward program and happy hour is even more reason to rely on DAMA house for all your cannabis needs.

P.s. They also offer delivery, which I have found to be professional with very prompt delivery times.

Sometimes the stock of certain products can be a little wonky, but the staff is also great on recommending similar alternatives. A great example of a legal weed shop imo

I am probably this store's most frequent purchaser. The vendors always recognize me regardless of the mask and are quick to give a warm welcome every time I stop by.

I walk the extra distance to this vendor specifically over Tokyo Smoke (which is closer to me) because of the service offered here and the frequent discounts they offer everyday from 1-5 pm.

Find out that this place is close to home. The first time I ordered, it was online and curbside pickup. The quality of the product was great. Then the world opened up and I went inside. Beautiful, clean and bright shop with knowledgeable staff to help you find the strain that is right for you!
