Dana Shortt Gourmet and Gifts

First time in this store. During the busy holidays, it is very busy and there is not much room to move around. However, the food we purchased was fantastic!

The prepared frozen meals are exceptionally delicious and healthy! I prefer to cook all meals from scratch and avoid the excessive sodium and sugar that tends to be added to already prepared meals. During a busy time for us, my family was gifted meals from Dana Shortt. I was delighted by the unique flavours and wholesome, healthy and fresh tasting ingredients. I felt energized after these tasty meals. The Lamb Shepherd’s Pie with red wine mushroom gravy and sweet potato topping was especially outstanding. I will 100% be purchasing meals and gifts here in the future!

Picked up the 'Treats to Share' gift basket today. I noticed that two items in the description were not included in the basket but only one substitution was made. The gift basket cost $200 but when I added up the items individually it only came to around $120. I don't understand how it could cost an extra $80 for the basket and some wrapping. I would have been better off purchasing the items individually and wrapping them up myself. Disappointed in my choice of purchase.

I'm glad there is a local shop where I can get rheo Thompson chocolates and you NEED to try the Toblerone shortbread cookies. They're amazing!

I've been shopping at Dana's for years. You can never go wrong with their quesadillas. Recently I tried one of their soups (ginger, I think?). I'll stick with the quesadilla's next time. And trust me.there WILL be a next time!

Come here all the time for quick frozen meals that are really tasty! The Shepard’s pie, quesadillas, and lasagnas are a go to for us. I often find the timing on the packages is a little underestimated, even for my convention oven. But it sure is delicious!

This store is a hidden gem in the City. Great selection and the prefect place to find a gift for anyone one your list.

As always Dana and the staff out perform in every way. From the wide choice of interesting products to the quality, they shine. I love the maple pecan chili and ice wine cheese torte. So yummy. And their gift baskets are beyond compare!

I popped in quickly to pick up some mint smoothies for my work friends (they are our favourite!). Dana was so kind and showered my 10 year old son with treats - completely made his whole day. Thank you for wonderful service and reminding us there is good in the world! We will be back.

Sales person gave me really good advice in picking out great infused oil & vinegar combinations for a Christmas gift for my wife.

I love this shop and all of the unique items they offer. It is not surprising that we got our yummy wedding favours from here too! They went over so well with our guests and Sarah was incredible to work with. We highly recommend the short bread! They're delicious!

We buy frozen meals from Dana Shortt to give to friends who have recently become parents and they're always a huge hit! Prices are a little high, but it's a great option as a treat.

Great olive oil and balsamic vinegars infused with many different flavors. Of you're looking for salad dressing or bread dip without ingredients that you can't read, they having a pairing list to give you amazing oil/vinegar dressings.

They also have Rheo Thompson chocolates saving you the need to drive to Stratford to get them!

An amazing selection of delicious food and giftware. Great options for both everyday and special occasions. The store is beautiful and the shopping experience always enjoyable!
