Darren and team did a complete outdoor transformation of my house. Porch with concrete pad, backyard, new and old stone, relaid and with a perfect grade. They even built me a new backyard gate. His team is professional, reliable and responsible. Highly recommended.

We have been using the services of Danar Construction for more than 20 years now and all all of our renovations thus far has been done through them. The team at Danar Ltd does top quality work ever time, the prices are reasonable and the work is done on schedule

The dilapidated unilock steps and walkway to our raised bungalow badly needed replacement. After some searching for a contractor, we decided on Danar Ltd and never regretted this.
Daren discussed with us various options and all the details of the project.
Soon his team started the construction. Both steps and walkway were based on very solid, reinforced concrete base and refaced with beautiful hard stone. Sturdy, aluminum railing were also added. All the work was done with an astonishing speed, precision, and attention to details.
The steps are wide and of very low height, as we wanted and now enjoy using.
At our request a few additional jobs have been done by Danar at our home:
replacement of the cement cap of chimney;
caulking to front doors and to both sides of the chimney;
stucco resurface to foundation wall of the house and sides of the porch.
The different jobs were done by different people of the company, each one of them friendly, professional and a real expert in his trade. We admire the results of their work.
It was a real pleasure to do business with Daren.
When in future we need any construction at our home we know who to call.

We had a complete rebuild of the outdoor front steps and landing pad with installation of railing and rebuild of the walkway late fall 2021. The quote was competitive, and work was done in a timely manner before the winter weather settled in. The workers were very skilled and polite, and each one seemed to have a specialty according to the task at hand. Daren led the team with overall excellent knowledge and frequent supervisory visits. Quality materials were used, and we were very much involved in the entire process. Additional attention was given to a flower bed and interlocking pavers adjacent to the walkway, and installation of a new single step at the end of the walkway increased aesthetics and safety. We highly recommend Danar Construction, and are pleased to hear all the approving compliments from friends and neighbours.

We recently had a large renovation completed by Danar Construction - which included new stone front porch and steps, railings, front and side interlocking stone walkways, paved driveway, concrete curbs, aluminum fencing, and a stone garden bed. (The gentlemen who did the stonework were absolute masters at their craft.) As well as providing some good design suggestions, Darin managed the entire job and was always available. We are very pleased with the work and love the new look.

Daren and his team at Danar Construction are true artisans at stone work. He replaced our aging concrete steps and put in stone steps with an aluminum rail that looks fabulous. His rates are competitive and his crew are real craftsmen and treated us and our property with the utmost respect.

Daren has a very good eye for aesthetics and is honest. When I had miscalculated the balance owing and was going to send him an overpayment, Daren pointed out that the balance had already been fully paid.

All in all, it's easy to see why he's been so successful. He is heartily recommended.

They waterproofed and rebuilt a large natural stone porch. Worked very hard and were very clean. Highly recommend them.

My wife & I were so glad that Daren approached us to offer some repairs to our front porch (especially the steps) which were already falling apart & posed as a safety hazard. We never regretted it as it was money well spent for repairs instead of money going to either hospital bills or lawyers due to potential accidents of the crumbling steps.

Several contractors have approached me before but Daren made me feel at ease with his explanations on how the work would be done, what kind of equipment and materials would they use, when they would start, what kind of quality would we expect, how much would it cost & how long (the better term is how "fast") would it take them to finish the work including the clean up, and they absolutely delivered in every single point! After seeing everything done/completed even earlier than scheduled (which is a record in my experience dealing with some contractors), this necessary expense was all worth it!

Alex & Stefan were superb professional craftsmen as the both of them were already equivalent to 4 men and Daren made sure to supervise the work daily with no fail. Sorry, I didn't get the name of the other guy who came on the last day to finish up. We would've had more work done with other parts of our property if it were not for our limited budget & the uncertainty of the COVID issue but would definitely have them over again once we have the budget for it.

I would definitely recommend DANAR Ltd.for all your stonework as we are very pleased with what they did to our porch. Very professional attitude, craftsmanship & very trustworthy. Darren, the Contractor, was recently retained to replace an entry walkway
and install a front porch railing on our premises. His approach to discussing and undertaking this project was impressionable for these simple characteristics: his listening and communication skills.
For someone who is committed to his craft, he is also a very reliable, proactive and professional individual. He clearly and thoroughly discussed the project's requirements and various stages of completion.
This provided us a comfort level and an expectation of what the finished product would resemble. The contractor did not disappoint as he and his team commenced and completed the project within the scheduled timeframe. Our involvement with him was worth the investment and time required to complete the above project. This is a justifiable reason that anyone conducting business with this contractor would encounter a similar positive experience.

I rarely write testamonials, but this is an exception. We just completed a major project to replace retaining walls and repair and replace part of the front porch and redo a portion of the driveway with stone work.
Daren and his crew were very professional and accomodating. The work was completed exactly as described. When the work was completed the property was so well cleaned, you would never know that it was a construction site for over a week.
