Where do i start? For all things CARRIBEAN this is the place! The Owner the employees the store.they make mega effort to source out things at best prices to keep them at cost for us (consumers) I'm not even kidding - you should go. Even the vibes of the established is RIGHT. I suppose - as they say the DNA of the owner flows through.

It has all the things that you need! Just came back from Jamaica and it has all the latest Jamaican food brands.

Very good got what I wanted fresh fish oxtail goat mangoes? My fave Shirley cookies the social distance could be better i kept my distance wearing my mask.

When to buy some fish and a few other things. The price was good on the fish the worker did an awesome job cleaning them and was very polite great customer service.

Over price.when me goat was 40$ how does the cashier type 69.00 plus I paid.for it.never got my money back.always say BOSS NOT IN COME BACK.

I bought some cow foot on 6/9/22 and it was the toughest and had the most hair l have ever seen. There was a portion l lost by cutting off the hair, l’m taking them off my list

I just called April 7th at 1: 42p and asked about a product and the girl was a bit rude. She answered my question with " If we had it Mami I will say that" then I said thanks and she just hung up the phone before I did. Customer service is poor. Otherwise you have products. North York

At the meat counter you had a exceptionally rude youth wearing a backpack. Why would you have someone like that working there, that same day my items were marked up higher at the cash and they found someone to correct it. An older Indian woman with pure attitude. She also verbalized her rudeness. Get rid of your ignorant staff or give them better customer service training. What a place

Has a wide variety of fish, meat and spices. Has regular chain store items and items imported from the islands Everything looks clean. Customer service is friendly, everyone is always keeping busy the hair section kills me as i think its not needed esp.when shopping for food but for convenience i guess. Could have a wider variety of fruits but i assume its d/t seasonal purposes. Prices are great, thats the main thing lol. I will defs be coming here before making a stop to a chain grocery store from now on

This is direct at the managers who hire the worker who ave no manners this store I used to come to alot and had stopped last year cause the tall guy who works at the fish counter name shak was talking very inappropriately with me after flirting with me that flirting became very rude and ask for my number which I said no come now to couple weeks ago I decide to come back because no other west Indian store near me had a item I needed he seen me and talk to me and then started talking very inappropriately to me

I am a young woman but I also ave limits you managers talk to your employees about customer service and talking to paying customer so cause of this I’ll take my business somewhere else

Meh, they cater to the Black, Caribbean and African community. The store always has a dingy, dirty and not so welcoming feel. It has all the staples, but can definitely use some paint, brighter lighting and happier staff.

They're getting a bit pricey, but if I can't get what I need elsewhere, then I'm sure to find it here.

Offers a lot of what one can find in both the Caribbean and Africa. The produce are usually good. The fish look like they were caught that day. There's a evidence range of condiments, spices, canned items, and the toiletries many of us grew up with. The staff are knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Renton tip the fish cleaning and meat staff - done cheap.

This location is alot more oranized than the others that i have been to. Only annoying part is the lack of parking when its busy.

Prices are a bit high, not looking forward to the Christmas price hike.mostly good staff.very nice manager!

This is my go to place for Caribbean groceries because of the customer service, which is outstanding. I have been shopping there for 18 years because of the quality of service and products.

It was good the cashier was courteous, I just didn't have enough time to pick up
all that I need.

Absolutely love buying our carribean groceries and treats for our children from here, reasonably priced and great quality

My area doesn't have alot if Caribbean centric supermarkets so I have to go to this location to find what I need unfortunately. Not only are the customers rude but some of the staff as well. It looks damp and dingy, hardly any bright lights and the meat sometimes is questionable. Have patience going into this market.

My favorite place to buy Caribbean groceries. Their prices are high sometimes, so I won't buy it, but customer service is great. You can always get a little extra help from Ricardo; tell him I sent you.

Love the selection of products however not enough parking. No hand sanitation station no limit in the stores as far as number of people at this point its all about profits

Good fresh seafood and imported goods from the islands and Jamaica also unique products you can't get any where else

I usually go there during the day, less people wait isn't so bad but because of children being home from school the store was ridiculous the wait long for fish and to cash out.

Great store with lots of the stuff we would be missing from our island home. It's like a home away from home kind of location. You walk in and walk out with just about all that you need - from meats to snacks and grocery items.

I went shopping here in the 80s when I moved here to Tobermory dr, it’s the best for everything you need the best

The ambiance in the store is not desirable. It was dim in some areas. The range of goods and prices were not attractive. In fact some of the items, the Chinese and Carribbean foods, were more expensive than the competitors located along the stretch of Keele Street.

I was able to get into the market quickly and pick up what I needed in good time. The aisles were easy to navigate and the shelves were well stocked.

Rearranged in keeping with pandemic guidelines, somber yet friendly atmosphere and you can get everything your taste buds desire at a reasonable price.

I don't like going here. Too many great fresh products and genuine staff. Just feels like Jamaica man. Big up the fish stall and the meat stall. If you want real ripe plantains and real cheese you got to be here. Yam, mango dutch pot. Oh lawd. Great place to shop

The prices are going up weekly. Some things I normally buy are doubled if not triple the price.

They had everything l needed. It was like l was shopping back home in Jamaica, and the persons who worked there are very helpful and patient.

The shelf was well stocked as usual, and all that I wanted to purchase was there. The stock person was quiet helpful.

This is a good place to find a variety of west Indian foods but I'm disappointed that they have changed the lighting in the area where fresh fish is sold. The red fluorescent light is meant to mask the true quality of the fish because customers cannot see it properly. I bought 18.00 worth of what seemed like fresh fish but it was partially spoiled. As soon as I got him the bright lights in the kitchen revealed this. Change the lights, stop deceiving customers. Now I worry about all the other meats in that place. I'll be looking for another place to buy my meat.

The one on keele is more organized but there meat or spoiled the 2 Time I get it there becarefull how u pick up ur chicken legs from out the pan they not good it happened to me two times I dont want to buy meat from there

Very good store amenities was reasonable and plentiful slots Caribbean spices and a large supplier of fish reasonable prices

I really like this place very much. Always has what I need! But I'm always discouraged with shopping here because it smells like rotting fish and meat as soon as you enter this place.

Places sell West Indian food. Very messy and disorganized in the store. It needs a good cleaning

I picked up crackers, opened it two weeks after purchase and the taste made me take a second look at the expiry date. That's when I realised that they expired 6 months earlier. Disgusting. Only after discussing with other customers, I started hearing similar stories

I can always go to Danforth for all my island needs. They usually have fresh product and good deals. Definitely worth the trip from Richmond hill. Store is always clean looking. Staff is straight to the point. Things are well organized.

Whatever you do don't buy the box frozen chicken. Looks and Taste weird like its been there for many years
