5 stars for Arifa! She was kind, considerate, and kept me informed of each step of the medical procedure. I have had similar scans like this in the past, but this by far was the most thorough.

Got a call from them saying I “lost a message” so I returning call, gave them my name, then the receptionist ask my health card number saying in order to retract the reason why calling me they require the health card number, this is the very first time I hearing this type of reason so I refused to gave my health card number, then the lady all of sudden want to hang up my phone, sound like those scam call you receive every once a while.

The don't accept walk ins and they never answer the phone. Tried 2 days last week and now 2 this week, it either just rings or goes straight to voicemail.

They hired an old lady, which is very strange to me. It was my first time here, and she asked me why my doctor let me do this ultrasound.
Her attitude was very bad, like I was her servant or she paid all my bills.

She said, "I am pregnant, so why has he given me this ultrasound? " Now, what knowledge do I have of doctors? What should I tell about why he sent it. These people have a lot of people coming to them, maybe that's why they talk like this with new patients. Had a bad experience with these people.

This place was an outrageous joke. My wife has a possible tear to her calf muscle, we scheduled an appt with this god forsaken clinic and had a hard time locating the exact location of the clinic causing us to be 5 min late for our appt. After checking in the ultrasound tech informed us she would not give my wife an ultrasound because we were 5 min late. FIVE minutes, not 10 not 15,5 min. This clinic refused my wife the necessary diagnostic testing to rehabilitate her leg so she could walk which is her god given right to be healthy and in good condition. This clinic has denied my wife her god given right under the Canadian charter and they should be seriously concerned about legal action. We don’t know when the next ultrasound test on my wife can be done and as a result she’s risking possible further damage to her leg, so to say that this clinic is now contributing to her getting worse is very accurate. Avoid this place like your life depended on it and go somewhere else unless you want to be worse off.

Very unprofessional behavior, rude, disrespectful with patients. They will play with your appointment.when ever they want. They will change your appointment Also they will book. Doesn't matter you are available or not. My question why i booked my appointment? Because I am available on that day. Garbage service.

My doctor faxed my requisition for an ultrasound. I called to make sure they had it. They said yes, booked my appointment and told me how to prepare for it. On the day of the appointment I was told by the technician that they are not qualified to do the ultrasound I require. The front desk receptionists are rude and ignorant. Don't bother coming here.

This place is worst, firstly my doctor sent them req two times but i never got call for months, then he sent third time and they call me, i was at work i call back in 5 minutes but the lady on other side said she has no clue, i made me spell my name almost 20 times and said she cant find anything.then my doctor sent req again and same thing happen.finally i called in and they gve me appointment of 3: 45pm, also telling me they still cant find req so bring that from doc.i was 5 minutes late since that place has no parking and took me time to find and they refuse to take me in.i already told my doctor that dnt ever refers me there

The appointment booking process is like pulling teeth. Nobody answers the phone. The ultrasound tech that I had implied that I had not drank any water before the appointment (of course I did) and continued to press me into admitting that I was lying. I advised her that she would most likely need to use “ the wand” for my pelvic exam, she then told me I was a “ smart lady” sarcastically and that was the reason I didn’t drink any water because I knew I would have to have the wand done. What is this high school? SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. I work in medicine and know not many imaging places are great, but this one is terrible. I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the front desk was kind and laid back and made the registration process easy. Skip this place!

Personally, I had good experiences at this place both times I went there. Last time I called at noon, the call was answered right away and I got an appointment for an ultrasound at 4pm same day. The front desk lady was very polite and my wait was short. The ultrasound technician was very nice too. I will definitely go there again.

This clinic is very busy so if you happen to get through when calling in to book an appt, count yourself as one of the lucky ones! I was not able to get through on the phone so I booked online via website and sent in my requisition form for efficiency and waited for confirmation. After one day still no confirmation so I stopped by in person (for x-ray appts it’s first come first serve). The white-haired receptionist advised they don’t know how to use nor check for any online requests (new system setup by office manager but no one knows how to use?) hence no call/email confirmation. So aside from lack of training which is the major issue for patients trying to book appt, the technical staff are great!

Just reading the review comments about the rudeness of the staff, it gives me the anxiety to come for any services. Please take any appropriate actions to correct the situation accordingly.

THE RUDEST staff, especially DIANE. Zero manors and THE RUDEST person I have ever encountered. I turned up early incase there was any paper work to fill and instead got told told my appointment was moved to a different time than had previously been made! After reading all the reviews for this place I’m surprised it’s still open. SHALL be tell the dr that referred me to this place NEVER send anyone there again!
