This is the best experience I've had in a dental office. The staff are so kind, caring and compassionate as well as very professional.

Thank you for an exceptional and pleasant experience for my initial consultation and examination. By far the most thorough oral exam I have ever had. Dr. Syriopoulos was professional, kind and thoroughly addressed all my concerns. Beautiful office and lovely staff.

It's always been a welcomeing atmosphere. From walking through the door, during, and even after each appointment. If there are any customers that are experiencing symptoms that have to miss the appointment, it can be accommodated in rescheduling it on another day without any complications. As well as if you missed the appointment, it could also be rescheduled. Time management has been accurate, the day of the appointment from waiting to when you are next.

Other ways of communication are by email that has also been helpful for providing information about what to expect for each appointment and also reminders of when the next appointment is. If at any point I may have any concerns, all are willing to also provide ways in maintaining a healthy dental hygiene.

Very disappointed with the customer service after few years with the office. It completely changed in the last year, I do really recommend to spend some time of training. They are charging me a cancelation fee a day before the appointment because I am sick with cold and not able to come in. I did offer to come in, but they said “no, we just charge you cancellation fee”. In the last 5 years, the office cancelled on me a day before, or called to adjust appointments because of emergencies on their end, and I worked them all the time. However, that gets forgotten very quickly. To all of the good employees - Thank you! I am taking my family to a different office, because good and professional relationships are important to me.

I have been going to this clinic for a long time now and everyone has always been very friendly, accommodating and professional. The dental services have been excellent and have helped me a great deal through the years.

Always a great visit doesn’t matter who I have as my hygienists DNDC must be very thorough with they’re hiring, dr Syriopolous (gosh I hope I spelt that right I got to much respect for that guy lol) and his wife Noori run the office and they always have made me and now my family feel like DNDC family, Laura at the front has been there since the beginning she will message you to make sure u know about your appt, and she’s always a pleasure to see, lately sarah has been my hygienist am I have to say she is my favourite so far! Always gives good conversation, so so down to earth I friggin hate the dentist visits but she always makes it nice and easy I gotta say I been wanting to book my appt more frequently just to say hi and stay on top of my mouth hygiene! Honestly! I’ll never change dentist! Thankyou always DNDC and the same from my family!

I can't say enough about this place, I'm so pleased with every level of interaction, from the front desk staff to the assistants, the amount of care and overall confidence displayed by the dentists, has increased my comfort level with dental work. This place actually managed to do that for me.

I love getting all my dental needs looked after by DNDC. They have very friendly staff who always go above and beyond to help.
The center is clean and organized. They have also been very accommodating to my schedule and changes to it if any.
Even though I've moved out from Greektown, I will continue to have them as my dentists. Highly recommend.

The team at DNDC are simply amazing. My mother is a patient and has been for over 15 years. Now she is 92 & has Alzheimer’s. The care they take is top notch. I know with all my heart that she is getting the best help, catering to her special needs. I highly recommend DNDC

Front desk staff are so friendly and welcoming. Facility is nice and clean. But I'm leaving this review because Jordana (the hygenist) is the best hygienist of all time in Toronto. I never knew it could be painless and positive experience. She is so gentle yet effective, with great attention to detail (if a drop of water hits your cheeks, she's on it!). I plan to only book her, and follow her to whichever dental clinic she will ever work at.

Super professional, organized and friendly staff. And Dr. Syriopoulos is as kind as he is brilliant. Who knew you could actually look forward to going to the dentist but going here has been an absolute pleasure for me and my family for years!

With expert and steady hands Dr. Jiwa fixed my cavity painlessly and without anesthesia. I hate needles and the after effects of anesthesia and so I asked to have procedures done without anesthesia. The best dental experience I ever had.

My first appointment since the pandemic begin (almost 2 years) and it was just like old times. Very well organized, friendly staff. I felt very safe returning. All safety protocols in place. Conveniently located about a 2 minute walk from Pape station. Highly recommended.

They mistakenly booked my appt for the wrong time. I showed them their confirmation text messages with the correct time. They said they didnt know what happened but i had to reschedule. After being a loyal customer for over 10 years and sticking with them even after moving out of the city i am very disappointed with their lack of accountability and customer service. Took the day off work and wasted my time.

There is a hidden gem in this clinic and her name is Daniella. One of the best cleanings I have ever experienced in life, She was so thorough, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Her sweet, kind, and funny presence was the cherry on top. Im referring and recommend everyone to her and only want her. The front staff, Dentists and hygienists at Danforth neighbourhood Dental are always so friendly and professional. I’ve been going for years and anticipate coming back for years to come.

Staff were lovey- very kind and considerate. We’re able to see me as an emergency patient in under and hour.

Practice is very clean and tidy. Excellent COVID IPAC measures in place.

Over the years (74) i have had many experiences with dentists, denturists, techs and clinics from all over the world having inherited bad teeth from my father and living a nomadic lifestyle.
Only once have i experienced such an excellent level of care and professionalism and never have i experienced a state of the art clinic quite like this one.

DNDC staff have always given great service right from sign in, treatment advice and procedure. The clinic maintains high standard of hygiene and has knowledgeable and courteous staff. If there are any issues, staff will go above and beyond to resolve the matter quickly.

DNDC has made the experience of going to the dentist enjoyable. The office has a great welcoming feeling when you visit. From the friendly and caring staff members to the comfort in the operating rooms. I am always happy to come in for an appointment and never nervous as everyone working there is so experienced and nice during your appointment.

Been going here since I was a kid. Super helpful receptionists and been keeping me healthy. No complaints.

Just became a patient here. I walked in for my 1: 30 appointment at 1: 25pm and was taken into a room immediately (no wait!) I saw my dentist right away and left by 2: 30pm in time to get the kids from school.
Everyone was friendly. It was very clean. And it was easy. It checked off every single thing on my must have list. You won’t be disappointed in their service.

My elderly father uses a wheelchair and has speech problems. Regardless, Dr Swayze and his assistant spoke to him directly with respect and didn't "elder-talk" him. Covid protocols were in place and we felt very safe visiting. Even while making the appointment by phone, the receptionist took her time answering my many questions. A great dental office!

Who knew a dental appointment could feel like visiting your favourite aunt or uncle? I didn't, but that's kinda what it feels like every time I come here! They have THE best receptionists in Toronto, hands down. Everyone on staff are super nice, patient, accommodating and they really, really pay close attention to what your needs are to assure you have the most comfortable experience.

I was skeptical of coming in to the dentist after being fleeced by my previous Dental Clinic (went in for a cleaning and was charged for extra without being informed). On the other hand, DND was completely honest about the whole process which I appreciated! I was properly explained what was wrong and why it was important to correct the issue. The staff working reception were always warm and welcoming during my 4 visits to this location. Dr. D. Kong did an great job and I definitely recommend him and this clinic to those looking for a dentist in the area. All of their equipment appeared to be current in dental technology as well! Easy 5 stars

Been a longtime patient from this location, but had to go back recently for an extraction due to an unfortunate broken crown. Had a Friday night appointment I was dreading, but Dr. Peter Kim and his assistant were incredibly patient, answered my questions and made me feel involved and comfortable every step of the way, which made an otherwise complex surgery a piece of cake. The staff is top notch, the receptionists brilliant and organized and helpful.

After tonight's experience, can't recommend them enough!

It was my first time to this clinic and I was really impress with the lovely customer service all three (Megan, Rebecca and Alia) receptionist provided.it gave me a positive vibes, their smiles changed my mood. I would also like to thank Doc Jane who looks very young but has a lot of patience’s.she takes the time to explain the current situation rather than just vaguely stating the problem and then saying come after so and so date.my first experience has been wonderful. I will definitely give this clinic reference to others. I look forward to meeting the staff and doctors again on my next visit

For over 20 years for the dental needs of myself and my family and we have always been very happy with the work they have done.

Dr. Nguyen is a five star dentist. A friend introduced me to her 5 years ago and she did a good job filling in a teeth for me. Later I went for a dentist in the west as I thought Danforth is too far away from me.it turned out to be a costly mistake. Another teeth needed a filling, after twice drill and fill, my teeth was sensitive like hell, so I had to come back to Dr. Nguyen who again did a good job, because immediately the sensitivity was gone. Unfortunately I later had to do root canal on that teeth, even the root canal Surgenon was commenting the teeth: “nice filling job”. Had I stick to Dr. Nguyen to get that teeth filled right way for the first time instead of poor teeth got drilled three times, I may still keeping the teeth. I leant my lesson and dr. Nguyen is my dentist from now on.
I also like the way the dental center is run. They call to remind you of your appointment, they follow up things on time. When I had an emergency dental surgery appointment, I phoned in, DNDC had forwarded my X-rays and referral immediately to the surgeons office.

Everyone is so friendly, from the receptionist to the hygienist to the dentist. Would not think of going anywhere else.

I've been going to Danforth Neighborhood Dental for 20 years and they never disappoint. Doctor mitropoulis and his team are absolutely wonderful. I had an issue with a tooth and dr. Mitropoulos went above and beyond to take care of it for me. Keep up the great work guys
