This 5 star review is specifically for Steve F.and all the folks who worked on site at our home, extremely courteous and professional workers, treated our home well, did excellent work. Steve went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the end results and covered any thing that was missed on the first pass.
We had a bay window, siding, gutters, soffit, shutters replaced, pillars capped and a new garage door installed.

Thank you Steve, the other installers, and all contractors who showed up on site.

I have lived in my home for 20 years and the home is starting to show some wear and tear and needs some repair. Looked around and ended up calling D'Angelo and Sons for a quote. Ryan McGrail showed up and really spent the time to show me how I could save some energy costs with certain repairs and things that I thought were urgent were not. Really refreshing to meet a company that as your best interest at heart when dealing with them.

My initial call was with Hayley; she was incredibly kind, professional, and was able to ease any hesitations I had as she is very knowledgeable! My experience with Hayley made D’Angelo and Sons an easy choice— will be using them for any gutter and roofing needs!

I had a recent roof service done by Hayley, and her customer service was exceptional! She was prompt, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to address all my concerns. Hayley made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend her for any roofing needs.

The crew wore masks the entire time during eavestrough repair (appreciated - my mother-in-law is elderly). When the work was done they cleaned up after themselves and made sure we're satisfied with the service.

I don't have any complaints, their team was skilled and easy to work with. As a bonus, they also took a look at our house roof and fixed a few missing shingles.

Sad to leave this review but I chose this company due to the 5 stars rating in the area. When I called them the customer service team was great and the Sales manager came to inspect the roof relatively quick. After inspecting the roof he told me that my whole roof had to be changed within 1 year and all the gutters need to be changed immediately. Also the cost to change the gutters was twice as much as another contractor. I brought other contractors and they said that my roof was in a good condition and the gutters didn’t have to be changed. I am happy I didn’t choose this company and not sure why they have 5 stars.

Jeremie was very patient with us. He worked with us painstakingly and explained everything to us in detail. He has an excellent knowledge of the product and made us very comfortable and secure with the company. We are very happy with him and know that they will do a fantastic job!

Today David came by at a time that was convenient for us and he was very knowledgeable and experienced on roofing options that was reflective of our vision. He also went over and above our expectations.

I haven't started the work yet so I want to write about customer care with the very first contact.
After waiting for 3 or more days to hear back from other Roofing companies, I decided to get in touch with D'Angelo & Sons Roofing. It was a Sunday morning. Jesse got back to me one hour later. As I was asking for options on inspections and services they provided me, we started an email exchange - again, it was Sunday of a long weekend - where Jesse took the time to explain each service in detail for me to have everything clear. We now have an inspection scheduled.
From no answer from other roofing companies to a scheduled inspection and clear explanation of everything: that's what I call excellent customer service.
In a few month I will write another review after they provide service, but I wanted to point out how easy the initial communication was. This is how to create confidence and business.

I want to recommend Dangelo and Sons for all your roofing needs. I had a small repair done in the winter and just recently the entire roof re-shingled. The company as a whole is very professional and easy to deal with. The sales guy was very knowledgeable and helped us understand everything that would be going on our home. Jennifer in the office called us only a few days after we signed the contract to let us know the bin would be arriving the following week, along with the crew and materials. She was very helpful in working around our schedule and arranging the roof to be done while we were on vacation to make things easier for us. Our roof was done when we arrived back home and we were very impressed with the clean up and the quality of work given by the crew. Dangelo and Sons should be used for all your exterior needs!

We got some roofing repairs done and it was a very pleasurable experience. The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. Dealing with an employee named Jennifer made the experience so much easier. She scheduled, answered and all questions and was very knowledgeable especially when she came with the crew to bring vent material. The crew were awesome workers and they cleaned after work was done which was a huge plus for my wife. I highly recommend dealing with them as its a great experience from your first call forward.
