Been dealing with Danmax for last few years. Had a simple issue that got more complicated. Paul went out of his way personally to correct and solve the problem. Danmax is currently my first choice for all my auto electronic/computer needs. Thank you.
Brought my Mark Levinson Lexus amplifier for repair, diagnosed and repaired within a week! Cost was very reasonable compared to the replacement part from lexus (absurd). I can't live without my Bluetooth for calls and my music being that I am in my car a lot. Thank you Danmax. Pleasant experience and their work is guaranteed!
These folks offer the best auto diagnostics and electrical repair in Toronto.
I found a perfect storm nightmare with a 2006 LandRover. Vehicle had a Engine Control Module failure that was compounded with numerous software updates that triggered the anti-theft system.
In went a vehicle with no dealer support, no available parts, no OEM tech support that had dozens of problems including no fuel pressure, no communication, and no start.
Out came a fully restored vehicle that runs beautifully. Couldn't be happier with the very fair pricing either.
Do not use.sent a VCM computer there said yes they can do what is needed going to take a week. Called 6 work days later rude on phone.said they were unsure if they can even do the job now have not even looked at it. Picked up my stuff took it else where was fixed less than 24hrs. They are a waste of my time never going to se me again and i got it done cheaper
Worse place to visit. They kept my car for 2 days and didnt fix it Best things was they didnt even bothered to call me and when i asked why they said there are other things to do.
I would’ve given zero star if they allow me to. I don’t know where to start. First of all, the receptionist is very rude and doesn’t know how to speak and handle customers. I asked her about my car and she said that she has no idea. I asked her to check with the mechanic and she said that he already left. I asked for the resolution but she brushed me off. I wouldn’t recommend their service to anybody. Please save your time and money and go somewhere where they values their customers.
I do not suggest this place what soo ever, I booked an appointment last week Monday March 29th to come in on Friday April 9th, I bring in the car their telling me leave the car and we will work on it next week, I told them I have an appointment today to work on the car it’s a calibration suspension on the scanner, he said “ if the pope comes down to tell me to work on the car I won’t, now leave my property”, it was Paul who said that I came a 40 minute drive for this to happen?
Did the job but charged me too much money. Just to replace usb port of my stereo system. They charged me $250. Customer service is the same. Guys you are in Canada now leave the back home mentality out from this country. Be honest and fair. You may prosper.
Unacceptable, unjustified rude behavior of the ower towards customer. Typical car service jungle. Don't go there. The owner has "TOO MUCH TO DO TO DEAL WITH YOU". Besides "he is 60,2 heart attacks, 3 bypasses" so HE IS DONE. Go retirement dude if the life is too hard and you can not carry simple 2 min conversation with woman! I said nothing and he just walked away. Real PRL Museum.
My ML was sent here by a local shop for diagnostic. They didn’t find a concrete solution to the issue, so opted to go to the dealer instead. When I got my vehicle back after a week, it was a mess. My tank was on reserve fuel, there were crumbs all over my seat and dash. I found a toaster sitting in the back seat. When I went to the dealer, they told me my rear bumper was barely attached. This shop failed to secure 3/4 screws and numerous clips. RULE # 1- DON’T TAKE A CUSTOMERS VEHICLE ON A JOY RIDE!
Whenever I consider going to a shop, I look at the negative reviews to establish if they're credible. Most positive reviews will just say the same thing over and over again but the negative ones will bring to light, the variety of issues a customer has experienced. I originally planned to go to another vendor but wasn't too happy with their quotes and decided to go to Speedometer Canada. Unfortunately they were unable to service my cluster and they referred me to Peter at Danmax. I'm glad that I was not dissuaded by the negative comments but in fact received the utmost service for my cluster. The job was completed within the expected time, and Peter was very enjoyable to converse with. And also, good pricing! I will be recommending others to Danmax for all their electrical automotive needs.
