We started dealing with Danny because of the positive feedback from my wife's parents. Danny has been our agent well over 20 years and everytime I call I have talked to a real person on the first or second ring. Danny and his team know what we drive, know our house policies and any upcoming revisions. Our water heater was at the age limit for proper coverage and they let me know that it was time to replace it so if there was a leak I would have coverage. When pricing insurance on vehicles they always gave me a fair quote over the phone with options. The couple times we had to make auto claims, it was addressed with care and professionalism.
I would recommend Danny and his team to anyone who enjoys talking to a real, friendly and knowledgeable team versus a call center.

Very informative. I had a chance to personally talk with Danny and my experience was very smooth. I got a life insurance quote. I have yet to decide which option I would take. Danny is a fraud. Never go to desjardins. If you want desjardins never go to danny he will rip you off. Plus they don't serve you roadside assistance and other benefits that other companis do. So dont take this.

I don't usually write reviews as to whether my experience was good or bad but for Danny, I just have to. I had purchased a new car recently and was struggling to find a lower premium rate because of my driving record. Danny gave me a reasonable rate and I couldn't have been more happier about it. I feel like I was given a second chance! Without him I wouldn't have signed off on the car since the other insurance companies was giving me higher rates. You can tell he is very knowledgeable and he will give you advice like no other insurance company would. He doesn't force you to sign with him, he just gives you a really good reason to.
