Great product. Got a new front door. Excellent experience from first phone call to estimate to installation.
Installation was quick. They took away the old junkie door. Installed the new hardware (which I didn't know they would do) and cleaned up so well after.

Our front door was installed of January 2023 (approx), it was installed VISIBLY out of level, and the owner or service manager came out and made excuses and kept repeating that "it's a box in a box" barely explaining anything, but sure, it's within its allowances of error so we can't fix it because everything would have to be ripped out. The extremely sexist and condescending man offered to compensate only the amount of my husband taking half a day off work despite demanding BOTH of us be there and us both taking time off work for the appointment.
October 2023, the door frame is now sagging in the middle and the door is rubbing and squeaking. I tried calling the company multiple times now to be told I would get a call back, no one ever calls back. The door is paid in full and under warranty.
This company is horrible. The installers are third party so the business can get away with so much and treating them like garbage.

I have bought 3 windows at Dan's for our rental property: 1 (in-stock) installed by my handyman; 2 (custom) installed by Dan's. The windows are decent quality, reasonably priced with good customer service and professionalism. Overall we're very pleased

Edit: Never claimed to be a customer but a concerned friend of one of your clients as I recently visited their home to see your lack of care. You should answer emails if you have time to answer reviews.

I find it imperative to express my profound disappointment in the interactions with Dan's Discount Windows & Doors. Regrettably, there has been a marked breakdown in communication throughout the engagement, severely compromising the trust that was initially placed in their services.

Furthermore, how a pregnant woman was treated is appalling. We had expected a higher degree of respect and consideration in the dealings with their personnel, which regrettably proved to be conspicuously absent.

Most disconcerting, however, is the persistent lack of accountability exhibited by the company when issues have arisen. It is concerning that culpability consistently seems to elude them.

In earnest, diligent attempts to resolve these matters through amicable means, but my efforts bore no fruit. Consequently, the next step is to escalate the situation by reporting the concerns to the Better Business Bureau, as it appears to be the sole recourse available at this juncture.

It is with a heavy heart that the situation has lead to this predicament, as initially there were high expectations regarding the quality of service Dan's Discount Windows & Doors would provide.

Great experience with Dan's. Very pleased all around. One small issue with a staple protruding from the casing but I was assured that I could get that taken care of immediately. Kudos to Dave for a job well done!

I have purchased windows from Dan's before. Staff are friendly enough. I asked for a quote and they said they would get back to me. A few days later I had to call them again. Their sales person came out and sent me the quote right away. Interestingly, they're quote was almost $500 more than the other reputable company who quoted, and that's for only one window. Not exactly discount.

From start to finish very great company. Sales (Cathy) was awesome amd install team was very courteous, clean and efficient. Great overall team. Will be using again and have already sent off the contract info for others.

I went in looking for some replacement parts for old home windows. Unfortunately they don't have them but the staff were friendly and helpful and provided a local company that would have what I needed. Simply based on this one experience, I'd definitely come back here in the future if I need to buy windows or doors.

Dan's discount Windows and Door replaced the window in my spare room and did an amazing job
They were in and before I knew it it was completed and looks amazing and they left the place perfect.you'd never known they were here except for the now beautiful window.

The whole process has been simple and easy. Our new sliding door was installed quickly with very little mess or disruption. The price was great. We would definitely recommend Dan's.

We had a window shatter from the inside. I called Dan’s as they were the original place that installed the windows many years ago. They took 3 weeks to come out to see the window and to measure for a quote for replacement. After another 3 weeks they still hadn’t contacted me with a quote or even let me know what was going on after many failed attempts to get in touch with them. My dad went to the office and talked with the manager and said he had thought it was already taken care of and he said he would be in touch and here we are 2 weeks has gone by and still nothing. They have lack of communication and I feel they don’t want to deal with this situation. I do not recommend using this place if you want windows. We will be going with someone else.
