Dante's Pizzeria

Interesting spot for a pizza place. Only knew it was here because a friend had tried it before.
There’s definitely a lot of toppings on their pizzas and I could easily be full from a slice.
Pizza was good, just not really my type. Nothing wrong with it, I just have a certain preference when it comes to pizzas. Maybe I’ll try their pasta next time:)
Any recommendations?

It was takeout. Pizza and salad were very good. Fresh and tasty. Fast, accurate service. Easy to park to pick up. Friendly staff. Would order from them again.

The cashier was in rush, though there was no one but me! The pizza I got was over baked (almost burnt out). The crust was burnt and feels like a cardboard! I am wandering how come such a famous pizzeria do such cheap service. It can be anything but never a pizza! The only good thing in the service was the cold pop!
You’ve got yourself a couple of dollars but you’ve just lost a customer, maybe more!

Just not my pizza jam. Sauce was a little spicy. I like spicy food, but this detracted from the pizza. Also the pizza dough was like foccia bread and the cheese didn't taste like high quality mozzarella.

Perhaps those attributes are what you're looking for in a pizza. If so take a crack at it and sing Dante's Pizzeria's praise!

Great local pizza spot! I order from here multiple times and the quality and service is always top notch! Staff are super friendly.

Dante knows his pizza! It was one of the beat thin crust Italian I've had in a really long time. We ordered a 14-inch make your own chicken add it was delicious. It's only a takeout place, so we couldn't eat there, but it is highly recommended to get those pizza cravings satisfied!

For lunch their slices option is very economical and best option. Pepperoni slice is the best one as their pepperoni tastes so good. You can also try cheese slice.

Apart from slices, other signature pizza recipes are also delicious, but pricing is on higher side (around 38 CAD for medium pizza).

Recommend: Veggie pizza (from their signature pizzas)

Main disappointment is that, there is no dine-in option

I've been a regular at Dante's Pizzeria for quite a while now, and their consistent high quality of food and service always leaves me amazed. I've recommended Dante's to many friends, and everyone has been thoroughly satisfied with the service they've received. I even had the pleasure of ordering from Dante's for a party, and let me tell you, it was a hit! All my guests were astounded by the quality of the food and the variety on offer.

What sets Dante's apart is not only their phenomenal food but also their polite and punctual service. Every interaction with their staff has been a delightful experience. They are kind, respectful, and always make sure to deliver on time. Their sense of responsibility shines through in every order.

In a perfect world, I would give Dante's Pizzeria a 10-star rating, but as it stands, I have to settle for a 5-star. If you haven't tried Dante's yet, you're missing out on something truly special!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered a veal sandwich and came to pick it up, asked for a side of tomato sauce and was told “not happening” repeatedly even when i offered to pay extra for it. By far the worst service i've ever received and most disrespected i’ve felt by an employee (especially of an absolutely empty restaurant). Will i EVER be coming back? “not happening”. Sandwich also super mid - cali sandwiches does it better.

Their pasta and pizza are authentic but not indian style. So if you are somebody looking for Indian style things, this is not for you

Tried it for the first time yesterday. I recommend it, some general notes:

- You pay for what you get. Toppings are high quality and very generous, and the pizzas are large. Have two slices and you’ll be stuffed. So yes it’s pricey but you’re paying for quality.

- Nice family owned location, the young blonde lady who took my order was very friendly and sweet

I got a large meat lovers and garlic bread with cheese and 2 garlic dips. I really enjoyed it.

I would rather put money into a family owned business like Dantes Pizzeria instead of dumping it into a franchise chain just to line some CEO’s pocket, so I’ll be buying pizzas from here for now on when I’m throwing a party

Been ordering from Dante's for years. Love, love their pizza, especially the meat lovers. Lots of toppings and zesty sauce. And yes a small feeds 3-4 people. The chicken cacciatore al forno is also delicious. I think they put nutmeg in their Alfredo sauce which I am not a fan of but that is a popular recipe.

Mmmmm mmm mmmm. Man that was good. Been way to long and I don't know why. Ordered a party size pizza, Fettuccine and meat sauce pasta. Was absolutely delicious. Beats anything I've had in a while. You still got it boys.

Hadn't been there in a while. Was greeted by Diego as soon as we walked in. Brought back memories of my late friend Terry who loved this place and would drive in all the way from Mississauga for it. Well, Diego and the team didn't disappoint. Well done and we'll be back again sooner than later! Highly recommended.

Ok so I ordered a veal sandwich today and it had absolutely no flavour. Tasted like it was prepared in the microwave. I am honestly not sure how this place has 4.4 star rating. Maybe their pizza or other menu items are better than their veal sandwich. Imagine if McDonalds decided to make a veal sandwich, even that would have more Italian flavours than what I just ate. Would never go back. Not even for free. Place was good decades ago. Should have stayed closed after shutting down the Thornhill location. Sticking to Ricci, California or Abruzzo.much much much better than this place.

Best Pizza, sandwiches and salad. I’ve been ordering from here since they were north of Royal Orchard.

This has got be the BEST pizza in the world! Here’s a story from the 1980’s. Was with friends and we ordered a large deluxe with sliced steak and hot peppers. I left friends’ place just before delivery was made and intercepted the delivery guy as he arrived. I told him I had to go out and paid him on the spot. This is what people do to get more Dante’s! My friends couldn’t place another order as it was too late. We laugh about this story when we get together
