Looking at the reviews you guys install windows like you drive. Terrible! Next time you want to tailgate someone for the 10 kilometres to the point your front license plate is not visible, with small kids in the car, when there are cars in front of them be smart enough not to do it in a company van.

I’m sorry you assume I didn’t try calling in and was left on hold, or called back again and was transferred to a voicemail with no response. I’m asked to be “courteous” but is it possible I had to make an account and post my first ever review to get a response? You don’t ask when or where this happened or provide someone’s contact info so that this can be dealt with further. That may have been the courteous thing to do.
