They have plenty of vegetarian options. The noodles are really good, we get half mild and spicy mixed. They need to however get a better system to organize a line up when there are alot of customers.

Good value for money. Good taste. No discipline in serving the customers. No insistence on making a queue to serve customers. People will keep cutting you.

It was an excellent service. The food was of superb quality. The staff was friendly, and the service was swift. Overall 5 stars ️

A lot of great Indian food here.

The onion pakoras (pakodas?) are really good. The pakoras here seem closer to deep fried husks than filled with flour which makes them extra crispy.

Tried for the first time, the food freshly made and the prices very reasonable. Found the food had good flavors. A very good vegetarian option.

The service and quality of this place have drastically dropped. You be standing for an hour, waiting for someone to take your order. People will be cutting in every direction. Before, they had a number dispenser. Now you need to fight to get to the food like a starved refugees camp!

Vegetarian take out, I would say it is more of a Vegan Take Out as I was told that they only uses Coconut Milk. Which is a big YES for me knowing no animal by-products are uses in this restaurant.

Hawker type of food is very rare to see in Canada and that too a vegetarian place.
They have lots of options to choose from and the food is appetising.

Definitely my go to place for food take out if I am in Scarborough

Ordered on skip for the rice pack and they did not have any curries so gave me soya chili and soya devil. Gave me 2 payasams and 4 spring rolls for no curries. I called them and whoever spoke to me was rude. I asked if i can come into the restaurant for exchange they said no

Great food at great prices. Warning though the service can be chaotic but that's part of the experience I guess.

Worlds best vegetarian curries, snacks and pizza. Many sizes and very good prices. Always a good crowd in the evening so come early part of the day. I have been coming here for a long time. I am always thrilled to pick an assortment of curries. These curries are far better than any other Sri Lankan or Indian Restaurants.
My favourites are piratal, eggplant red curry, spinach white curry, ladies finger red curry, mango? Sambol. Middlefield and Finch

I visited this place recently and tried their Potato Curry, Roti and also tried their Sweet Fruit Salad, Pasta, Spicy Eggplant Curry, Cheese slice, Spring roll, Onion Pakora etc and all of this items are really good as well. Also staff is very quick and friendly too

Food is amazing and I am only giving stars for the food but the staff doesn't know how to handle the queue. We were standing in the queue and few people came and just started asking if they can place the order and they were immediately attended. We were really annoyed because we had been waiting since long for our turn. When we complained then the lady at the counter said we are supposed to raise our hand and say it loudly that it's our turn. I mean seriously! Are we kinda kids in some school canteen who would do this. Just attend the customers queue wise. Simple.

We had travelled from Montreal tonight and had come for food pick up but did not expect this kinda delay.

Love the 5 for $1 samosa deal! While in there, the display of so many dishes and aromas made me curious to try a few dishes, as well as their roti filled with potatoes. Trying an eggplant dish plus puttu.

We usually like your food and come from Kitchener when in the area. The last couple of times I have received spoilt kothu parota, chutney and sambar. Yesterday I took 2 boxes of idiyappam with a chutney and sambar. Both gone bad again, had to throw out. Please train your staff to identify and replace items. It's a disappointing experience each time. Thanks!

We've been coming here for years. Food used to be really good. Now too salty and spicy. This place is getting busier and busier. Unfortunately, that means longer wait time and sometimes impatient/inconsiderate/rude customers. They added newer counters and more selections.all vegetarian. However, I agree with your other reviewers about having more milder spiced options. Even the samosas have become too spicy.maybe have a hot and a milder version?

Good. Sri Lankan / Tamil food. Generous portion size, reasonable pricing. Most of the country staff are international students.

If you miss that indian dominos pizza this is the place for you. I ordered first time from them and I will be ordering everytime I will eat pizza. Thank you to the restaurant for great food.

I bought big box of noodles for $10.50 plus tax but it was stale. I went back there to return it. I have been canada for 10 years and I didn't get stale food from anywhere. Please all check the foods before you guys leave from datta.

Reasonably priced. Its only take out, no dine in available. I have tried their pizza. It was worth a shot. I really liked it. Also tried other snacks like veggie rolls and stuff which were okay as wrll just their onion pakora was very bad it had spoiled onions inside.

They are too busy for their own good everytime they mess up something in my order. This time I ordered veggie poutine and the only thing missing in my poutine were the veggies. Like how?

It was our first time trying food from this restaurant. They had so many dishes. They also take orders. You can order ahead and pick it up. We ordered puttu kothu and veg noodles. I also got vadai and onion bajji. They are tasty. I liked the puttu kothu much. Thank you:)

Just happen to grab a takeout from this place. I picked up what other people were picking up as there was no menu, just something written on board in Tamil, a display with no names. Tried kothu roti, lemon rice, tamarind rice and eggplant curry. All of them had great taste and quality. Better service, english menu and name on display items will be much appreciated. Overall enjoyed the food.

I was told to go there for samosas.loved them, now my favorite place for samosas.nice curry with a little kick to them.will be a regular customer for them for sure.
The only thing that I would ask is for signs in front of all items to tell me what they are. Everything looked delicious but didn't know what they are.

This is my number one spot for veggie food but the service here is really horrible. I feel like I'm at a bidding place. No sense of a line up, no order, very disorganized. The staff do no mandate anything. They just call out next. I waited there for 13 minutes before someone asked what I would like. Other customers just went before me like I was not standing there. It didn't help the fact that they didnt have any roles after all this. Once again this is my go to for veggie food but I really hate coming here. There is no sense of social distancing either. I made sure to write this review 30 minutes after since my words would have been different if I wrote it right away. I'm still very shocked that no one controls on how many people can be in there at a time. One other thing I never understood was why is there two sides (one for short eats, and the other for meals) when everyone needs to come to one side to pay.just a suggestion that it will be helpful and a little more organized if one door was for entrance and the other for exit. Also this will somewhat keep customers like me happy so we don't get frustrated. It's like I walk in there and come out very angry. I've looked through a few other reviews recently and it is somewhat similar to what I had to say. Overall food is good and service sucks.

Got two masala dosa. Some of the reviews here are right. Until you try the same item as the reviewer, hold your opinions. The chutney and sambar for the dosa they give is from the fridge. It was cold and Stale out of the bag.masala dosa was also pre-made which was warmed up prior to arrival, cannot even bite, it was rough and rubbery. Try it. I’m happy with their vege curries, which i regret not buying today and tried the masala dosa from here for the first time instead.

Food is inexpensive and of pretty decent quality. Try the 3 curry with rice for 2.5$ or the idlis with sambar and chutney.

I love their vegetarian fare. So good and so affordable. The staff are nice but last time I went they overcharged me. I didn't realize until I left. It was unintentional as there is a language barrier.

I have been coming here for a while now. I only wish they had more selection of non-spicy/ mild items like before. Half of items used to be mild, like squash, banana flower, okra, pumpkin etc. Even Sweet & Sour soya was perfect before. Getting way to spicy for me now. I love sweet and sour soya and eggplant and Kasseri Please bring back some more mild items for the menu!

Very easy to get carried away to take more food than required. Portion sizes are huge and freshly prepared items are constantly brought out.

Ordered over the phone. 20 min ago. And when I went to pick they said just making and it will take 15 minutes.

Great vegetarian sri lankan restaurant with lots of curries to choose from. Food is cheap for the quality and the portions are generous. Take a number when enter (I sometimes forget) as it's now a numbered service and not a typical lineup like before. I usually get their eggplant as it's very good. Short eats are very cheap as well.

Strictly vegetarian. Always wondered how could one eat day in and say out vegetarian. However the vegies were is extremely tasty. Truly tasty.
