A few exotic items like lemon grass, galangal, curry leaves are not always available, yet a great place to do my groceries.

Open for Canada Day shipping. Buy your produce first or you may be stymied by the labyrinthine floor direction signs.

Excellent service very much organize in covid situation respectful and friendly workers timing is very important there.

This place is extremely well run. Great signage. Fully stocked. Also has a great butcher shop where they cut meat to order.

Local location for me and that's where i go for my regular grocery. Well organised but sometimes prices can be misleading. They show something else in the shelf but register will have something else. Happened to me a few times and its frustrating when you have paid everything and then have to go back to get the adjustments

Great deals and fair prices. Easy price match. Usually my one stop shop. Greatly appreciate the selection of halal and kosher products. Halal butcher is great too with good and clean setup.

Good place to visit, lots of stuff in store but you have to have that dollar to unlock trolleys terrible to find atimes.

One of the best place to buy your everyday groceries in the area. Varieties are excellent and always fresh vegetables. Customer service is also very good.

I had complaint for produce associate and that was handled professionally so I am happy for that. Still improvements needed. I bought Pineapple some time back and in three days when I kept out of fridge to get ripe, it turned blackish from outer and it was found bad and smelly so thrown away. I didn`t feel to take it back as was unhygienic. When I was looking for red grapes, they had 4 to 5 punnets in fridge and that to also not in good shape.
They need to pay attention.

Staff at store done care about customer and don’t listen to our question. There was a new system put up in place which makes sounds to inform customer about the checkout desk which was not made aware and you cannot make out when you are queue. There were 5 staff just talking among each other’s and none of them guided me to let me know that I am being called. The staff on teller machine does not want to listen to me and my question, she wants to tell me something that I don’t want to know.

My regular place for day to day grocery shopping. Clean place, and they do have more varieties for south Asian communities

First important thing is enough parking available, mostly Asian food available. They USUALLY do not accept credit card, but sometimes they do, checkout is not always as quick as should be.

There are mice here! I saw mice poo in aisle 9 where they keep juice boxes.told one of the employees and he told his supervisor and he laughed it off. Did not take any action!

I have been shopping in this store for a long time.today I asked a guy he is wearing a No-Frills shirt. I asked him where I can find some straws. The guy didn't even look at me and said NO WE DONT HAVE IT. I asked him again " the straw for drinking? He responded NO WE DONT HAVE IT.later on I found it on the shelf as all the no frills store carry them.
I came back to the same guy and asked him if you work here? He said NO.
First he didn't tell me his name when first asked. Then he told me his name is Syed.

Very bad customer service, no co ordination between associates, no clear signage or direction for customer service, been shopping at this location for decade, it wasn't like this under previous owners, it has gotten to be a lot more downward

I find that this store has a lot of rude customers especially on the parking lot. I always feel bad before walking in the door just to meet the same kind of people inside.

This is a very busy location on weekends, especially on a Saturday. They need to have more cashiers available on hand.

Great selection and fresh produce. But never enough registers open. I sometimes avoid this location because I know that I'll be waiting 15+ minutes in the line alone. The cashiers are, however, quite friendly.

Prices very attractive and l love to shop here always. Sad to say this mall is going to be revamped and hope No Frill will have a place for us shoppers.

Always a go to place. I love shopping at this location as its clean and well maintained. Some staff members are really nice but some really make sure that your happy shopping experience turn in to a distaster during check out.

Today (Monday) I visit pharmacy near 4 o’clock, Pharmacist was so unprofessional, uneducated and lazy. I wait there for 25 mints she continually was on phone for more than 30 mints. That is not good if someone is waiting from long time. Almost 3 customers who was waiting there. She totally disrespect the customers, I don’t want that she work there.

There is a lot of improvement. More spacing and good well and neatly stocked. Didn't think CHEEZ-IT, a favorite of mine when I go to the States, is fresh.

I have recently visited this store and was happy to see a large quantity and variety of products and well-stocked shelves this location also included a pharmacy in house, the staff was friendly during my interactions with them, I would recommend if in the area and out to do some shopping to visit this store, parking is easy there's also parking for expecting mother's.

The few times I have shopped here the check out lines are quite long due to not enough cashiers.

Never too busy! I like the in house butcher and Seafood stalls.

Had to change the review. I go here because of convenience. Today the cashier was very rude and when asked to price match, her face reaction was as if i committed a crime. When i got the receipt i noticed i was charged wrongly for a product. When i went to customer service firstly she dis not believe me then she saw that the price was infact incorrectly charged. When she started the process for refund, i asked her if i can ask her a question to which she said, "i know what i am doing and dont say anything". It was a very derogatory comment from the cashier. When i said, she did not need to he rude she apologized but the face reaction was still unbelievable. If your cashiers do not want to do their job please replace them with someone who knows proper customer service skills.

Don't shop here. This is my favourite grocery store and I don't want everyone else to discover it and start crowding in here. It's the perfect size grocery store. Big enough that it has all the selection I need. Not too big that I get lost in endless isles. Most of the time there are plenty of cash registers open so lines aren't extreme.

Enough parking available, didn't check the store for lot of items but ghee (clarified butter) which they stock just 1 brand and 1 sku 800 g. They dont take visa, checkout was quick otherwise, self checkout is available as well.

It looks much more updated and clean! I was happily surprised when I walked in today! The atmosphere is completely different as soon as I walked in, in a very good way.

Well organized and very friendly staff, it was my first time there and I'm very much impressed with management. I would surely gonna go there again for grocery.

Everything good about this store, except no dedicated customer service counter. So you have to line up again just to return or price correction one item.

This store carries President Choice products, all food they carry are of good qualities at cheaper price. These store are clean. & shopping is a breeze, with your choice of fresh vegetables and fresh meats, also available household products.

Quality of the produce has improved dramatically. The variety freshness and overall quality is so much better than it used to be and surpassed Walmart by a lot. Customer service has also gotten immensely better. Craig Smith, the manager always
has a smile on his face and greets his customers with a 'good morning ',
'good afternoon '. Most cashiers are good. Today we were cashed out by Sam (samantha), who was so helpful and friendly. I must say 'we are always
ready to complain but we also need to comment and applaud when things are good. No frills.you guys are doing great!

The truck is "always coming" nothing is fresh anymore and the new owners are doing it wrong. The parking lot was never empty now its like a ghost town

Super spotless floors. Great variety of local and international produce. Real Person at Seafood counter as well as Butcher counter. Friendly cashier's.
