When I read the reviews here, I chose Davey to trim our venerable yew trees. Kyle, the arborist, with his team of Andrew and Percy met my needs for competence, care and creativity. As others have reported, they arrived as agreed and left the site in excellent condition. Kyle’s hobby is bonsai. It shows in his work!

Kyle and the crew were excellent. Fair price and excellent pruning job EXACTLY as promised.

Very efficient and punctual. Pruning was done to our specifications and we are very happy with their work as well as follow through.

Kyle was thorough in his explanations of what was needed to keep our trees in good health. Both Kyle and the tree pruners were respectful and listened to our wishes. We appreciated that the yard was cleared of debris. Very satisfied with the work done.

I was referred to Davey Tree by Sheridan Nurseries and I am grateful for the referral. The other quotation for my project was from a firm of Internationally Recognized Tree Experts and their price was about 50% higher than Davey. I also posted the project in Homestars with underwhelming results.

Matt, Kyle and Tammy (and others whose names I did not catch) all contributed to the success of my project. They were always responsive and courteous and their work was always impeccable. The work was done quickly and when promised. What was especially noteworthy was the clean up after the completion! I couldn't ask for a more profession job.

This is the second time we've used Davey Tree. Both experiences have been superlative. A local rep, Kyle, came to our site within a day of our query, gave us a comprehensive assessment of our problem trees, and gave his suggested remediation. Didn't even push for the business – "we can do it, or if you have another firm you'd prefer to use. " We got a quote from him that night, and two days later, a cheerful, industrious, knowledgeable crew materialised and did the work. Cost was more than reasonable. Highly recommend.

Excellent company. The Arborists were knowledgeable, easy to deal with and punctual. They did a great job and a very thorough clean up (something other companies have not bothered with). I will definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

The tree removal was done expertly! Cory and his crew managed to do the tree removal very close to the ground to accommodate the fence that is to be built. It was necessary to do the majority of the work in my neighbor’s yard. They cleared the debris so well no one would ever know they were there. They even went so far as to remove a couple of large fallen branches that were there from a previous windstorm. I have used Davey Tree many times and while they are pricey, I have never been disappointed. I guess you get what you pay for. Thank you for another job well done.

Great service starting with Dan coming to survey the work that needed to be done, down to the three workers that came to complete the work. Very professional, kind & quick. Also no mess left behind, you wouldn’t know that they were even here.

The work of climbing massive trees and being tethered in the treetops is absolutely amazing. Davey Tree did a great job on my massive Maples and Colorado Spruce.

2nd time that I've used Davey. This time was for storm clean up after a neighbour's tree fell into our yard and damaged our fence. Matt responded same day with a quote. The clean up guys were fast, professional and left things looking great. They even moved the garbage can, so that their truck wasn't blocking access for pick up - small detail, but I think it speaks volumes to how much this company understands customer service.
