My husband and I are first-time homebuyers, and David was the reason we got our dream home. We had worked with a few other buying agents beforehand and after several failed offers we were pretty defeated. Enter David Fleming! Immediately when I interviewed him, I knew he was different than many other agents we had met. He was a straight shooter - no bs, knowledgeable, and strategic. He had provided a few examples of how he successfully negotiated on behalf of his buying clients which few realtors can truthfully provide. Finding a home in the Toronto market is insanity. Houses sell way too soon, prices seem to keep rising too quickly, and often disingenuous listing details can make the search frustrating and tiresome.

I stayed in Concorde CItyplace at Front and Spadina.it leaked in several units on my floor. Mold was accumulating, altho not visible.the rashes and the swelling and bloody noses were the signs and symptoms. Bad construction and attitude by the management. Tenants should have rights.
