Cori was very genuine, kind and real. I was never shamed or made to feel bad for the predicament I was in. Cori was helpful in explaining my options and what each meant in the long run. Cori was the third person I had spoke to about this. The first interviewed me over the phone and proceeded to make me feel like a number and worse Like I was inconveniencing her. The second I went to visit in a dirty office with that had a desk littered with other people’s personal information, he even showed me someone else’s 407 bill in a “look at this one” way. Visited this location because of an ad I saw and wanted to become debt free. Met with Cori who is amazing. Super nice and friendly. The only thing is the only options expressed were bankruptcy and consumer proposal. I wanted to learn about other options to become debt free but none were expressed. I would recommend this service for those who do owe over 30k plus and cannot maintain minimal financial security.
