Davina's Swim House - Marlee

We were in a Parent & Tot class during Winter on Wednesdays at 4: 45 pm. The instructor was very nice but needs more training. Everything was repetitive and most of the time we were doing solos and not as a group where we can sing and get to know others through songs. I know babies can only do so much but it was a little boring. I could have done it myself if we had a pool in our building. We pay so much for less.
We won't be back again.

I called at noon today, July 17 and asked about the private lesson for my son. Donato told me they have but it started already but my son can join still. He said just come before the swimming schedule so I can register and pay.

I drove from Weston with my son to register and for him to start. When we arrived Donato told me that someone took the spot already. I reminded him what we talked about only couple of hours ago and he said “I have nothing to do with it now! SO UNPROFESSIONAL

I am having issues trying to get my money back after numerous cancelled classes. I want funds returned that have not been used and not credit. If I will return it would be based on my my decision not this organization that gives me no option.
