I don't know what others expect with a walk in clinic but I was told the doctor would be back at 3, I came back to my position in the order of patients and was seen by 3: 15. Dr. V was helpful, courteous, and efficient, and I was given what I was needed. You may think the receptionists are rude, but they're just immigrants. They seemed perfectly fine once you actually talk to them. If you're the type of person who needs someone to say how are you and be all fake friendly like north Americans typically are, then maybe you'd be better off somewhere else

I was nervous about coming here because of the mixed reviews but I'm so glad I took a chance. I showed up a few minutes after opening and was 9th in line. I waited about an hour and was seen by a fantastic doctor. She ran tests, prescribed me antibiotics and something for pain. The receptionist was kind and gentle, she is a nurse and took my test swabs. I felt very listened to and thankful to live somewhere like Ontario.

The clinic receptionist was rude to me. On the other hand, doctors that I have seen at this clinic were personable, empathic, and helpful to find me the best treatments. Thank you.

I had terrible experience at this walk-in clinic for the last 2 years. Every time I had to wait for 3-4 hours, and when I finally saw a doctor, they rushed through my appointment without addressing my concerns properly. Last time was the worst and after that I won’t be returning.

Front desk over the phone denied to have a doctor refill my prescription for Levothyroxine while I am out of pills, and while I have been going to the clinic for the past 7 years. I am out medicine and you want me (working full time) to book an appointment for NEXT WEEK, then cross the entire city to come in person to get the pills I must take everyday until the end of my life anyway (and which has been refilled over the phone since 2019 due to perfect and consistant blood test) ? After 7 years with this clinic, I'm done and out.

I had an issue and when I came in as a walk-in, I was seen within 5 minutes by a doctor. The doctor was excellent and the receptionists made things easy. There is also a pharmacy inside the building so you have everything you need. I would recommend this place if you have a medical issue.

What are disgusting place. Family doctor Moira Cyril is so rude and unprofessional. Waiting time horrendous, racist comments. She needs to understand where she is living and working She does not even merit the term HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONAL of any level. I'm appalled and disgusted

The only have one doctor for walk in. I called them before I went there. They said yea you can come. When I arrived, they told me no doctors for you today because the only doctor is sick and she left early. I am like what the hell? So you only have one doctor for the whole clinic? New clients don't even waste your time to come here.

Mismanaged walk in clinic with awful wait times and a revolving door of physicians. Expect to wait over 2 hours for a 2 minute conversation with the doctor.

It is a walk-in clinic so expected the wait. They tell you how long the wait will be and you can put your name down and come back. I met with Dr Vajar and she is one of the kindest Doctor's I have met. She diagnosed and prescribed the right medication to manage my problem immediately since curing it required more clinical results. She helped me to have a better quality of life which is all most patients who go to a walk-in need. I am grateful to her for the care. The pharmacist are also awesome. They will take the time to walk you through with the doses and are very professional and competent. Will recommend this place for a walk in and your pharmacy needs.

Don't be afraid to advocate for your own health. The receptionists are incompetent, deceitful, and engage in misconduct. I've visited this clinic on numerous occasions as a walk-in so this feedback is a combination of my experiences. First, on several occasions, I've been told the wrong clinic opening time: For example, once the receptionist told me to come back the next day when they open at eight, and they actually opened at nine. On their website you'll see that they open at a certain time, but they actually start letting patients in up to an hour early. Second, I recently called for my results and the receptionist told me that they are normal. I'm pretty sure this is illegal because the doctor had NOT reviewed or commented on them yet. A few days later when I called again asking if the doctor reviewed my results, the receptionist said no but that my results show an "infection" and you "may need antibiotics. " She also told me I had to come back to the clinic, get in line and wait (an hour or more) for the doctor to get the prescription. When I argued, she said to come "now" and "I'll book a time for you. " When I arrived, no time had been booked and I waited two hours in total. But the kicker is that I didn't have an infection and didn't even need antibiotics. The doctor told me completely different information. Also, they were supposed to fax my results to my family doctor, which they insisted they did but my family doctor never received them. Finally, if you have to wait a long time, they DO call patients to let them know their turn is up. They just choose which ones they want to call. This is a very, very dangerous clinic full of liars - advocate for your own health and do not listen to what anyone other than your doctor tells you or you may be jeopardizing your health. Think twice about coming here.

Don't bother going there. They don't take walk-in and they refused to book an appointment with my family doctor although I've been going to the clinic since 2016 with an immune disease. If you work, don't waste your time and find another place. The walk-in (as the name states, ironically) is not ensured (doesn't matter how early you arrive) althought they claim otherwise. I've never been denied access to my doctor and I'm running out of medication.

Been here a handful of times. Walk ins around usually 30min-2hours. Doctors are professional and give good advice. All the receptionists speak to eachother in Tagalog which I know is frowned upon in the healthcare field but they are friendly otherwise.

Do not waste your time. These people working here are so dumb they will book your time and still make you wait over an hour with no proper order of people waiting. They will discriminate against you asking questions they shouldn’t be asking. Do not go here do not waste your time.

Ive been going there for years its been great but avoid DR. VIVIAN FAN at all cost she is the worst very rude zero bedside manner she make you feel so small and stupid if i can put zero review i will.honestly she should not work with healthcare OHIP should look into this because ohip pays them for nothing.

I’ve made an appointment day before, the doctor called me on time…she was very professional and pleasant, figured out my problem and prescribed a treatment right away…very good experience, would recommend this clinic

The clinic staff receptionists lack communication skills and manners. The lady in the reception chair is rude, prejudice and bias towards others. Every experienced talking to her in reception has been awful. She does not listen what you have to say, she patronized forgetting to do her job. She takes attributions that does not concern her job as a receptionist. She blocked my phone number to not provided service to me. She also lies about doctors not working there. I would say avoid this clinic if you can.

Absolutely upsetting/unbelievable experience. Booked me in for an in-person appointment following a phone consultation 2 weeks prior- appointment was at 3pm I arrived 10 mins early but didn’t get seen til 3: 50pm. Dr Maryam saw me for 5 mins in total, with a total lack of empathy, cut me off abruptly every time as I was trying to answer her question. Then in the middle of our discussion about treatment options going forward she stood up and took off her gloves telling me to call 911 if I ever want to kill myself (our discussion was about mental health) and suggesting that she was ready to leave the room and end this discussion. And mind you- that was FIVE minutes in us talking after her running 50 minutes late. I was in tears as we were just talking about my struggles, so I sat there in tears and in shock as she opened the door and walked out without saying another word. I don’t ever post negative reviews as I believe that if you have a bad experience somewhere then just don’t go there again oh well- but this is unacceptable behaviour from a doctor to a patient; I am appalled and I think people should hear about this.

Called and got an appointment for half an hour later. Dr Fan was great and answered all my questions and attended to my wound. Had a great experience.

Receptionists are quite rude and staff wasn't on time this past time. I had an appointment at 5: 15pm and waited 25 mins before seeing the doctor.

Terrible staff: Talked to a "sylvain rene", might be a physician, three month ago was a woman, today it was a man. Apparently he asks his secretary to call. And I got medication from her, a patricia or something like that. Today, he claimed I talked to him 3 months ago, and the fact I asked him for "more" medication (absolutely false). While the only reason I go there was its location, I won't anymore. He essentially breaks all Canadian laws, he's rude, maybe racist too. Put me in a terrible situation with my medication, made lots of false claims about my first conversation with him, never happened, I'd have given them -20 stars. I will be on a flight in a couple weeks and have no medication enough for half of the time. Staff are not helpful either. If I find an easy or reasonably short way to make a complaint to Canadian physician society I will.

I went all the way there, only to find a big red sign saying the walk-in clinic is CLOSED. Waste of time and now I need to find another clinic. DO NOT GO THERE. IT'S CLOSED!

Horrible family doctor because they don't answer calls and if you leave a message, they won't return your call.

I've never had a doctor get visibly upset with me for asking too many questions. If I'm worried about my health, especially problems that could be concerning my heart, it's not really an acceptable answer to keep saying "we're going around in circles here" and then stormed out of the room. Especially considering I was the only person there.

I had a family doctor there for a while, most people are rude at the clinic, I had times where I had a call scheduled with my family doctor and he would not call. Many times unable to reach the reception. Switching to a different family doctor!

They'll make one attempt to call you and even if you call back immediately in case you hung up by accident, you're put back into the queue until the next time they can be bothered to call again. This happened three times in row. For God's sake, set up Zoom calls for people so that they can avoid this problem.

I'm unsure which other clinics people have visited before, to call this a 'good clinic' in contrast.

This is the worst clinic I have been to all over Toronto and I've been to ones in Etobicoke, Brampton, North York and Downtown.

I waited for the length of two appointment slots AFTER having booked an appointment 1 day prior in person! The appointment lasted 1min 30seconds and I was asked to do a test to which the doctor said there would be no response if the results were not abysmally abnormal.

The receptionist have a sweet tone but are extremely inefficient both in organising and in communication. A receptionist who also works in Etobicoke (who visits infrequently) is the only nice person in this clinic.

My doctor was Dr. Maryam, good luck seeing anyone of them when the clinic is busy (it wasn't when I've been!), which it won't be for long given the rapport it's establishing.

The receptionist said they were full and hung up before I even got a word in and then wouldn’t answer my call again. Never had poor service at a doctors office but that was just disrespectful. My grandmother needs her prescription refilled urgently and they clearly did not care for her health seeing as the lady won’t even answer when I called back twice after.

I was in a rush and it was close to me, so I went there despite the negative ratings.
Because I arrived late, they scheduled me for the following day.
When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted by the doctor, who thoroughly examined me and sent me to an ENT specialist, which was the best way to proceed.
He also assisted me in locating and scheduling a specialist on the same day because I was in pain.

Refused to book an appointment due to having red and white health card. This is not right as my health card is a valid confirmation of OHIP. Was told to go to my old walk in clinic. Rude and unprofessional receptionist.

Incompetent and careless reception makes for a totally awful experience. Ive only had a bad experience any time I’ve dealt with them over the last year. No effort, no care or expertise. Avoid if you can

I've been going to this clinic for few years and have nothing to say but good things about my experience convenient, efficient and high-quality care. Doctors are compassionate and helpful.

I'm not sure if many of the people who left reviews here are actually familiar with how most walk-in/primary care clinics work. I've been going to Davisville for about 1.5yrs now and have always had great experiences. The front desk staff have always been really nice + professional with me and helped me out big time when I had a confusing situation with a referral (was the problem of the referred office, not Davisville). I've seen different doctors each time I went in and every one of them was great and provided the right care. Will keep going here for sure & recommending it.

Very poor attention to the patient, phone scheduled consultation and the doctor never called. Also never got the result from my throat exams. Unbelievable how a place that works with people treats people so poorly!

Reception denying an emergency call for anti depressants as I am completely. AFTER begging to just quickly speak to a doctor due to my emergency for a prescription the callous invalid you call a receptionist hung up on me. This is not okay. Mental illness isn't a joke

Pamela C is a rock star! She is so hard-working and I am constantly impressed with her efficiency and ability to be flexible. I live 40 mins away and would never consider going anywhere else. The wait times are reasonable and they are quick to respond to emails and booking with short notice. Before Covid you had the ability to see your see an estimated wait time and manage your own time. The doctors are the most thorough I have encountered. They take the time to investigate my medical concerns. So if you are waiting it’s because they are doing their jobs.

Look at the negative reviews compared to the positive. It's not just people overreacting and hyperbole. This is not a good place to visit. I regret the time I've wasted bringing my family.

Doctor is great, but this place lacks in customer service. It has 2 times when I was told that results have not been delivered (that too after 10 days of test) but when confirmed with lab they said results were delivered on time and also provided confirmation. To much back and forth.

This place keeps cancelling my appointment, the doctors cancel the night before. They keep trying to get me to see a male doctor when I requested a female doctor. I had to send pictures of my skin condition developed from an allergic reaction to something THEY prescribed and it is NOT right to have a male doctor look at those pictures that are in areas they should not see.

The doctor never calls me and I carved time out of work for this. The receptionist just yells at you for not being patient while not being considerate of our time and the sensitivity of the issue.

This place has been my primary clinic for 4 years now. Everybody is nice and cool as long as you don’t behave like a Karen.

They used to have a VERY VERY rude lady at the front desk but I think she’s not working there anymore? At least I haven’t seen her in a while.

Disgusting place the docs don't listen and their ticketing system (where they write patient notes) is terrible or not properly used.

Don't come here. The white male doctor is especially poor mannered and incompetent. COME HERE. If you want to leave more broken than when you started.

I went 5 times, the receptionists are rude and unprofessional (except Pamela who is always respectful), especially when it is about discretion, one of them started yelling my diagnosis to someone else on the other side of the clinic, then screamed at me because I ask the doctor's schedule (apparenly this is considered a crime). If you'e unlucky you'l have to deal with the condescending doctor from Quebec (who btw dislikes his job so much that I strongly advise him to quit it). The pharmacist is the only one competent here, giving proper advices and service, careful regarding the patients.

Don’t waste your money here. Terrible customer service. I had a red eye decease, so I called, booked my appointment, walked in, met the doctor, she told me to go see some other opthomologist because they don’t have the facilities to diagnose my eyes, then charge me $45 for absolute nothing. I asked for refund but kept on receiving excuses. The reception was rude? I guess a lot of people say so.

Oh and they self-rate them selves. What a rubbish business!

I seldom leave a 5-star review but this clinic deserves it. Went here for my tb test, receptionist was warm and welcoming, Dr. Jim Niu was very professional and knowledgable. I recommend this clinic to everyone.

DO NOT go here, all the people at the front desk and on the phone are extremely rude and unhelpful, really poor costumer service, long wait hours, literally just go anywhere else.

The nurse at the front desk is extremely rude on phone and in person. She was not at all supportive and did not guide me properly. I would not prefer to visit this clinic because of this horrible experience i had with the people at front desk.

Dr. Hewick (I think is his name) provided excellent and fast service. He was super nice and thorough. Would come back

I had an appt on a Friday at 4: 45pm. I called the clinic several times and waited for 2 hours and Doctor never called.

I scheduled another appt at 2: 30pm. I called at 2: 40pm, they asked me to call again within 10 minutes, I continue calling and after another 2 hours I was told that I was supposed to call the clinic at the time of my appt.because my phone number is a Canadian number not a local one and that the doctor would call after 5pm.

Best service I have ever seen at a walk in clinic. An employee by the name of Enayat was exceptional.

The front desk are rude, particularly the women with blonde hair with Russian accent she has absolutely no public manners! I walk in at 6: 00 to see a doctor but she said they were closed, when they actually close at 7: 00pm! Not only she lied to my face but she was extremely rude answering!

(Edit) I seem to have received a generative reply that everyone else who actually left a review seem to have gotten after a quick look. What is more fishy is that I see that within the last 24 hours there is some new reviews been added without any content ALL with 5 Starts.they seem to push the clinics Ratings higher!

This place was awesome. All the doctors were nice and were highly talented and when I first walked in all the employees were nice and helpful. I would highly recommend to go to this place as everyone is nice and helpful!

Receptionists were helpful. I waited 40mins which is pretty good for a walk in clinic. The doctor was professional and very helpful, he answered all my concerns and gave clear instructions. Appreciate the great service. Thanks!

Dr. Neil Stein is by far the worst health practitioner I have ever encountered. Rude, arrogant, insulting and had absolutely no idea as to what he was doing.

I strongly advise anyone to call ahead to make sure this "doctor" won't be the doctor on hand the day you plan to visit this place.

Look at the negative reviews in relation to the positive reviews and this should tell you everything you need to know. This place is an assembly line with dismal service. I have seen 4 different doctors on different visits here and all of them, with the exception of one were terrible. Only one of them (Dr. Mills) did a very thorough examination and was very pleasant. All the other ones barely ask you anything and rush you out the door. The last doctor I saw (Dr. Stein) was arrogant and acted bothered when I asked him if I could ask him a couple of questions about some pain medication I was taking and barely let me finish asking the question. He literally started walking towards the door as I was asking him the first question. My session with him lasted about 3 minutes (no exaggeration). I saw him about a suspected ear infection. He looked into my ear for about 2 seconds and told me there was no infection. Less than 24 hours later I went to Sunnybrook Hospital and I was diagnosed with an acute ear infection. I assume they work on volume instead of quality of care. My advice would be to go somewhere else. Or even better, just get a family doctor.

You would figure a building dedicated for professional medical tenants would at least have an elevator system that works. You know because accessibility.

I had the worse experience at this clinic and would never go back. Other than the long waiting time, the doctor (Dr. Stein) was so unprofessional and rude.
I went for my intense hip pain, he spent about 2 minute, to only ask when it started and without any extra question or examination said “just have the pain killer that you have at home” and while I’m talking he said “bye” and left.

Avoid Dr. Renne at all costs. Careless rude and not listening to you at all. The most agressive dr I have ever seen with no respect for the patient and horrible attitude. I wonder how patients still go to this guy. He should retire
