I interviewed with Ban, as well as two other people I know spoke to Ban and we all left feeling disrespected? We felt like in the interview we were not even welcome and that there was no point in us being there even though they chose us for an interview out of all the applicants. It was disrespectful and frustrating to be asked ‘why are you even here? ’ When we were clearly hand chosen to be there for an interview. ”

I had an a dental emergency on a recent Saturday afternoon. With my own dentist unavailable, I was quite desperate to find someone who could look at what was going on. I called Dawn Dental and spoke to a really nice front desk person. (I'm so sorry, I don't know her name) She was great, checking in with the dentist to see if he could squeeze me in before closing. I was quite happy to hear he could. Dr. K.indicated that it could be a number of things, which would have to be investigated, but first thing was to get the initial problem under control. And then I would be seen again. And.here's the class act. I said that I would most likely would go back to my family dentist for follow-up and could I take my x-rays with me. The answer was yes, of course. Thanks so much Dawn Dental!

I’ve been going to Dawn Dental for a few years now, the staff is very welcoming and efficient. The dentist Dr.haider is very knowledgeable, he explains everything thoroughly and answers all my questions. All my visits have been quick, painless and professional. Highly recommend for quality dental care!

As a patient seeking dental care, my recent encounter with the dentist staff left much to be desired. The overall experience was marred by their apparent lack of proficiency in communicating over the phone and their inefficient approach to scheduling appointments.

The first disappointment arose when I called the dental clinic to book an appointment. The receptionist's tone was indifferent and lacked the warmth one would expect from a customer service representative. He seemed disinterested and did not take the time to listen attentively to my concerns or answer my questions properly. This lack of empathy and poor phone etiquette was evident throughout the conversation, making me feel unimportant and disregarded.

Therefore, my experience with the dentist staff's phone etiquette and appointment scheduling left a lot to be desired. Their lack of effective communication and customer-centric approach made the whole process frustrating and unpleasant. It is my hope that the clinic management takes note of these concerns and endeavors to improve their staff's phone skills and appointment scheduling procedures for the benefit of their patients.

Ok please hear me out everyone. This place is the best in London. I don't say that lightly either. 2 of my daughter's are terrified of needles, one is terrified of dentists. They both panic before we leave home. This dentist has a silent room! It's perfect for kids. My one daughter also has really bad anxiety. Every single one of my kids needs are met with passion. Needles happen without a fuss! And the one who's terrified of dentists always says she had a fun time when we finish the appointment. All the staff are friendly, this is highly important for my daughter with anxiety. They need a Michelin star system for dentists because this one definitely deserves one or at least 2. And please remember it's not just the dentist that makes it pleasant for kids, it's also 50% our job as parents. So prepare your kids before you go, make them feel happy about it and don't sound negative, this helps a lot. Also make sure your kid sees that you yourself trust the dentist, this also helps greatly.

Was there for emergency tooth extraction. Called them about 3 hrs ago and they gave me appointment same day. They were quick & professional. Thanks all.

I have always found Dr. Haider to be very kind & efficient. His staff is also great. I had to have a tooth removed & was terrified, but he put me at ease & had the tooth out pretty quickly.

I went to 2 dentists in regarding my pain and no one was able to help me except Dr. Haider. He was incredibly nice and professional and helped relive my pain. His staff were also very kind and helpful!

Love this dentist office! From the admins at the front desk to the dental assistants and the dentists, everyone is so kind, warm and welcoming. Dr Hater is an incredible dentist. He's efficient, yet gentle. His assistants are reassuring and so informative. The staff at the front desk are knowledgeable about claims and insurance and are always very helpful and patient. I don't love going to the dentist but I truly enjoy visiting this office. Thanks Dawn Dental for making me smile brighter!

Amazing staff, patient and excellent work. It was nice being around staff that I could trust to stick a giant needle in my mouth, they were quick and efficient like a nascar pit crew!

After few days looking for emergency dentist i found the saviours.impressive services, the dentist works like a ninja so efficient and quick, my wisdom teeth were so difficult been told, and with Dr. H.where easy, the dentist took care of the problem. I recommend this place

The absolute worst experience that I have ever had at a dentist’s office. The receptionists are nice and the hygienist, tech, and assistant on my first day were amazing.

I had a major cavity filled on my first day. I don’t know what the dentist did but I have been in pain and struggling with sensitivity since the day that he “fixed” it. I went back to tell him so and he checked it out again and told me to start using sensodyne. He was nice about it and told me to come back in 2 weeks if it didn’t work. When it didn’t work, I called again and they were closed because of the pandemic, which I completely understand. The receptionist that day told me that he would take note of it and contact me when they would open. But, after a few weeks the same receptionist called to tell me I was due for a cleaning and made no mention of my previous reason for calling. When I brought it up, he had nothing to say and I ended the call.

On my second day, I pointed a cavity that I could see with my bare eyes. The dentist and the assistant laughed at me and the dentist told me that if it was actually serious, it would have been pointed out and he would have fixed it. I took his word for it but really I knew that seeing it was already bad enough. While I was getting ready to leave, I heard the assistant talking about me and snickering with the dentist. I didn’t know it was okay to laugh about patients’ genuine concerns about their health in a way that patients could hear. They were both extremely condescending.

I had cavities fixed on all four sides of my mouth. When I look in the mirror, my bottom left molars and the tooth that I pointed out look like they weren’t cared for at all.

I know this is dumb to say but I still cry to this day because of my teeth. I regret going to Dawn Dental more than anything. I am in a worse place now with my teeth than I was before going here. I wish with my whole heart that I had gone somewhere else. I honestly don’t know why the dentist was so keen on putting off fixing this teeth. I don’t know if it was maybe an insurance thing because all of this, except for the time that he told me to use sensodyne, happened the day before and the day of my 18th birthday- when the Ontario smiles insurance was up.

I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. Not only have they caused me physical pain, they have hurt me mentally with their attitude and with the outcome of my teeth.

Dawn dental is amazing. They know what they’re doing and do a great job at it. I’ve had a really bad experience with another dentist, waiting on a referral and billing me for extra cost. Dawn dental had the referral done that day, and i didn’t have to wait long to get in. They made an appointment the next day.prices are affordable. Definitely recommend

Treated me well. Came in with a tooth infection, cleaned and prescribed antibiotics the same day after x-ray, scheduled for wisdom tooth surgery, and all went well after the fact. Dr. Haider "went to battle" with my problematic wisdom tooth. Good riddance. Thank you for the expert care and extraction.

I switched to Dawn dental center because my benefits from Liuna local 1059 covers 100% dental on the previous year's dental contract so for 2021 they would do the 2020 contract and Don's dental said that that's what they go by so I would not have to pay ever out of pocket after a year of going to them they apparently changed their policy even though they're denying it and now charging fees according to the new contract so for a regular cleanup I ended up paying $40 and they would not abide by the original deal that they said they go by when I first went there and did not mention the change till after I had the dental work done so I advise anybody who gets dental work covered through their benefits to stay clear from these people cuz they will try to rip you off because there are hundreds of dentists in London that will cover it 100% through your union benefits

I went in again, 3 days after having 3 fillings done, and they got them filed down and also did 2 more fillings. I'm not mad about going here. However, I do have very sensitive teeth, so it seems like no matter how much freezing they use, some teeth just will always hurt when getting work done. That is my own fault though and I do not blame them at all.

Would not recommend. I went there to fill in a cavity. They ended up pulled three teeth and not filling in the cavity leaving me with a 200$ bill and still a cavity in my one Tooth that’s hurts a lot (thats the whole reason why I wanted to see a dentist not because I wanted my wisdom tooth pulled) They did nothing but take my money. I strongly suggest not going here for any emergencies. They said the cavity was not an emergency and they will only treat my emergency needs aka pull the tooth and charge my insurance. I was there for less the 45 mins. It seems like they were really pushy for me to sign things and for me to leave and not ask any question. Especially when the ex ray came up on the screen and I started to ask about the “infection” the dentist keep putting out. This place is very shady and when it comes to your health that’s the last risk you want to take with something like this. London free press will be notified of this horrific visit

Amazing staff, very clean and organized office! I went today and was assisted by Lisa at the front desk, and Anne and Dr. Haider with my dental work. They took great precautions with covid/sanitizing. My mom has been going here for years and now I know why. I went in for a dental emergency, but I am now going to continue to go here for my regular dental work. I now understand why this place has SO many great reviews!

Very professional and friendly staff, they really go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I had an emergency and was conveniently accommodated the same day. Although my tooth extraction was complicated, it was done quickly and smoothly. Thank you!

Perfect emergency place, despite the quarantine and the pandemic. I felt very safe from how prepared and equipped they were. They did an amazing job extracting my wisdom tooth after 2 weeks of being in pain and all my dentist did was prescribe me medicine which did nothing! I highly recommend people who are in my situation to come here!

Terrible experience, since they changed from dove to dawn it has been awful. Don't believe what they say, false advertaisment all the way. They say you don't need appointment in case of emergency and that's not true at all. My daughter has a huge ball on her lower jaw its causing her disconfort and it's even causing her pain, we have been patients for about 7 years I called and said they have no availability for today. They also lost the first tooth my daughter was going to put under her pillow. She needed to have it removed and when we got to the car there was nothing in the box they gave us. I could do on for ever with all the bad experiences. For me children should be priority, unfortunately they are very bad at dealing with emergencies, they don't even redirect you to anywhere to get the help you need given the case they can not see you. Unproffessional and upsetting really after many years trusting them with the dental care of all my family. Won't be going back I do not recommend it.

This place is amazing! I came in for an emergency and they did an amazing job especially under the circumstances we are in right now. I would highly recommend that people come here if they are looking for somewhere to go. They are heroes for doing what they are doing during the time we are in. Thank you!

I have been using this dentist for the past two years, after finally having gotten benefits through my job. I was in much pain, and my mouth was a disaster when I started.

Dr. Haider was kind, I did not feel shamed and he worked diligently and kindly to help put my mouth back together, and today I am pain free. He is so efficient and I feel like he isn't gouging me with extra visits, or he isn't impossible to find an appointment time with.

I believe he will truthfully help you if he can, and fully recommend him. Thanks man.

I am so disappointed with Dawn dental. They stand by if you are in pain no appointment is necessary. They do not stand by this. I had a large filling fall out at 4 in the morning. They did not return my call and when I called they said they could not get me in until tomorrow. There is no way I could go 24 hours with a big hole in my mouth as I could not eat or drink. When I stressed this to their secretary he said there was nothing they could do. When I told him I'm going to have to find another dentist he said, "fine. " And hung up on me. I was in tears.

Just wanted to send a huge thank you to Dr. Haider. I went in as an emergency patient with a severe infection in my mouth which resulted in a root canal and extraction. I have severe anxiety about the dentist and he was incredible. Kind, compassionate, and very patient. The entire staff was amazing. I would recommend Dawn Dental to everyone and will officially be switching my entire family to this practice. Thank you so much again.

This place is AMAZING! I found Dr. Hayder totally by accident. He graciously accepted me as a patient after an emergency extraction. He made me feel comfortable, at ease and was fast too! I moved my file to his office and so happy I did! I have since had cleaning and 2 extractions done without bruising, swelling or pain. Thank you, Dr. Hayder and to all staff!

Dr. Haider is phenomenal. I cannot say enough good things about him and everyone in this office! I have had some pretty bad dental experiences in the past, but everyone at Dawn has been so kind, reassuring and flexible in every possible way. I'm a patient of Dr Haider at this particular Dawn Dental. I have to say, I have been to a lot of dentists, but he really is the best one that's ever worked on my mouth. He's a very quick worker and always make sure there's minimal to know pain in the process. A very thoughtful doctor. The staff are friendly and they really make you feel welcomed.
In fact I always tell my friends that I have the best dentist in London.

Anyone considering a new dentist, I would highly recommend going to Dawn Dental at commissioners and wonderland. You will be very pleased and almost no one is ever pleased going to the dentist.

Bad experience and don't know they charged me for what without any service. What doctor told we already knew and ripped off for nothing. Waste of time and money to visit this place

Amazing staff and services! You do not need to wait when you’re in pain. They are very flexible and professional. They make sure that you are well looked after and follow up if needed.

I had an appointment today. This place is one of the best dentist in London. The hygienist was very efficient and the dentist was amazing. He even took the time to ask me how my Health was. The receptionist was also amazing and informed me of my insurance benefits and how much was used. I cant say enough this place is the Best Dentist Office in London!

As a new customer in London on an emergency visit I was in and out in an hour in a half on a Saturday and an appointment booked the following Monday.

Safe to say I found my new dentist.

I don't like going to the Dentist, but this has been an awesome experience. I had a cleaning done and the hygienist was so kind and gentle, it was actually a pleasure! The Dentist is very nice and friendly and has helped me with issues in the past. I highly recommend them!

Dr Haider, Dawn Dental is probably the best dentist in London ON, he does a highly professional work and cares about the patient and the customer service and customer care is awesome and highly professional.

Excellent dentistry at a very competitive price. My first visit was an emergency and had to find a place quick and nearby on a Sunday. They came in and fixed my tooth right away. I've been going back ever since and always have great service.

Going in to Dawn I was immediately impressed with the front administration who were kind and helpful right off the hop greeting me with a smile. I waited too long to complete work I needed and was fearful. I decided to give dawn a shot.

Dr. Haider not only was a kind, gentle dentist but he was also the quickest dentist as well. I was shocked when they told my my extractions including my wisdom tooth was complete. He does whatever he can to save your tooth and could be compared to an artist at his craft. His dental hiegenists are kind helpful and put you at ease.

I live in the US and I was on a trip to Canada last week when I needed an urgent dental work. I found Dawn Dental Center in the area and I walked in without an appointment. For my surprise, it turned out the best dental experience I ever had! First of all, Dr. Haider was professional, Knowledgeable, competent, respectful, and caring! He thoroughly explained the procedures and was very assuring. He made me calm and did not feel any distress. He simply gave me an exceptional service and the result was amazing!
