I was a walk-in with a wisdom tooth issue and were able to accommodate me due to the severity of my personal situation. They’re very caring and will do their best to help anyone! Deff would recommend!

All staff are friendly and welcoming I recommend Dawson dental to everyone!

Yesterday was my Birthday and when I had an appointment with them they gave me a birthday card and I love it!

My experience with Dawson dental has been incredible. My experience with them started when I found out I had a bad receding gums, I choose to do dental implants full mouth. The procedure was very long, not very pleasant at all but I am going to tell you. Doctor Hanoudi was wonderful, his bed side manner is bar none. I got given his personal cell and I received phone calls after each procedure. I would recommend Dawson Dental to anyone looking for a dentist in Guelph. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, I spent more than 1 year doing this procedure and I couldn't be happier with the results. My smile is beautiful. Thank You, Doctor Hanoudi and all the staff at Dawson Dental North.

As a Disabled person I find that Dr. Rassam and two of the hygienist (Priyam and Crystal) are very knowledgeable and helpful in regards to understanding disabilities and individual needs. They have treated me with kindness and dignity. I would recommend these three individuals for disabled people. Some of the others need to be more educated in regard to disabilities.

Everyone is very friendly and courteous. The Dawson Dental North team is amazing! They truly care about their patients. I would recommend them to anyone. Definitely my top pick!

The dentist I had was great, but unfortunately the front desk staff are difficult to deal with. I’ve asked numerous times that if they call during my work day, they leave me a voicemail but this has continued for well over a year. They call and don’t leave messages and one of them always seems to speak down to me if she calls. One time I couldn’t answer during my workday, so one of them called my husband during his workday, instead of leaving me a message, and asked him to tell me to answer as she was trying to fill a cancellation. The hygienist I had the last time picked at my fillings and said she was trying to chip off a couple rough edges the dentist hadn’t smoothed out enough for her liking, instead of asking him to smooth them out. It felt like she was going to break the fillings. I gave 3 stars because the dentist I had was great- especially if you have anxiety, but my experience with the rest has not been. I’ll be going elsewhere.

My experience is really poor with these guys. I had complications with my wisdom and it was way too painful, so I thought it might have to be pulled out surgically. Went in for 10 min session, got it checked, payed over $250. They told me it will take a surgery to pull it out (which I obviously knew, so nothing new) and told me they will contact me in couple days max. It's been more than a week no contact, my molar felt like they were getting infected wich was very painful. I called them they said they do not have any surgeons available for another week. That was it for me, I went to another clinic on Grange and got it removed in 2 days. Really awesome surgeons and the service.

I would not recommend anyone to go there, total waste of time and money. They do not care about their patients as long as they make something, anything out of them.

This was my first visit to this dentist, as I get panic attacks seeing a dentist and it’s been about 3 years since I seen one. The girls in the office were very nice and friendly. And so was the dentist that I saw.

I am a real big scaredy-cat when i am at the dentist, to the point that my gland under tongue will squirt, i feel like i can’t swallow and my hands sweat. Dr Hanoudi put me at such ease along with his assistant. Didnt even feel the needles. Thank You so much for making me comfortable.

I came to this practice years ago because I needed a lot of dental work and I wasn’t comfortable with my other dentist. I had a huge fear of dentists and was able to get all my dental work done and was partially sedated and don’t remember them working on my teeth. Everyone is so friendly and they take the time to make you feel comfortable

My daughter loves going to the dentist and since transferring there, she has had her first cavity dental visit which I credit the special instructions and recommendations for. She has weak enamel and it's been tricky to keep her teeth healthy. With the recommendations given for fluoride treatments every 3 months instead of once a year, her teeth have been healthier and her most recent visit, she had no cavities for the first time. Dr. Nessim has been fantastic with her, and she is never afraid to visit, and that's very important to me.

This office is such a pleasant place to visit. They continue to stay professional, and provide great service. Communication is always very clear, and treatment plans explained in great detail. Thanks for doing what you do!
