I wish I could have caught my hygienists name since I'd like to mention it but it was the best cleaning experience I've ever had. I'm usually pretty stressed out at the dentist and how gentle, relaxed and pain free this was is whole new motivation to get and maintain my teeth in as good condition as can reasonably be expected. The hygienist is the first face a patient sees and sets the tone for the entire appointment, from a patient's perspective Id consider this one a keeper and major asset to your dental practice.

This dentist office blends a kind, knowledgeable and thorough approach when dealing with patients.

The Cleaning was thorough and surprisingly gentle despite not having visited for over 2 years.

When they were done, a clear treatment plan was provided for the additional work I'm going to be requiring.

The Dawson group of dentistry were quick to respond and treated me like family upon my first visit. A very pleasing experience.

Service provided was friendly and efficient. I had multiple extractions performed. No pain and relatively quickly. Bleeding stopped within an hour and freezing came out within a. Couple of hours. Slept for a couple of hours and felt great after.

I have been a client of this office three different times now.

The first was for a extraction of a baby tooth for my child. She sat for 10mins and the dentist came in and pulled the tooth that was literally hanging on by a thread. That visit cost 350$ for a simple extraction of a front baby tooth.

The second time was for two of my children. One was yet another extraction that was yet again hanging on by a thread, the other was a consultation for some surface cavities due to rubbing during teething and acid wear causing problems to that area. The second extraction was 350$ and the consultation was 300$, for them to pretty much say they wanted to “wait and see where it goes”.
Needless to say we were back in the office within 4 months with a chip to the weakened tooth, that I was hoping they could prevent anymore wear to.
The third visit was just like the others, very expensive for no work at all. The worst part was they said they would refer us to Kitchener for a paediatric dentist to do the work needed. I waited three days to get call from an office in Etobicoke that charges $230 a child for a consultation… really?
I am a stay at home mom.
They knew this on receiving us three different times.
They charged us for pretty much sitting in a chair to be told they can’t do anything for us.
Um this is a dentist’s office yes?
Well I am not impressed at all.
Some of employees seem up tight and it’s a little unorganized all around.
I feel ripped off and saddened that an office would play on the love of parents to their children. I would do anything for my kids even pay an arm and a leg to help them. But this is unacceptable for children costs. Not only is the cost too high for children work (or non work in my case), but the actual help and referral was sub par.

All of the staff are so incredibly kind and professional. I would reccomend this place to absolutely anyone looking for a Dentist.

Great dental office maybe a little costly but you get what you pay for.

The dentists and staff are extremely helpful and communicative. All procedures and options are discussed and explained thoroughly at every level. A satisfying experience.

Grundy Dental is a top notch dental office in Hanover. From my initial “ emergency visit” to them a couple of years ago (I was new in area with no contacts), to the professional service received, I knew I made the right choice. The entire Staff is professional, courteous and understanding. My Wife and I now continue with Grundy for our requirements and regular checkups. We have no Benefit Plan, and appreciate their “ Seniors Discount “.

Don't go to this scam artist. I paid in advance for my daughter and there is $900 dallers left and the won't give it back. I called three times in the past an now they just hang up when I call. They are criminals
