Excellent job at treating a fractured and broken tooth. Managed to get me in quickly assess the situation and then have me back for treatment. Their staff are very friendly and professional. They were also able to accommodate my wheelchair. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

Some amazing people work here! I just started my Invisalign treatment with Dawson and they have been great so far! They also offer financing for Invisalign which is awesome!

At first, they seemed great. I have dental anxiety and I need a dentist who explaina thing and is patient. But they confuse kindness with condescention, tried to convince me to have cosmetic work done, and refused to take responsibility when they made a mistake, telling me that my anxiety was what was causing my bite to be off after a filling. A subsequent dentist at a much better practice noticed the filling was a bit high and sharp, and fixed it in a minute. The subsequent dentist also identified an problem from the same x-rays that Dawson used, and failed to identify.

I would never go to a dentist that gaslights patients

Great first visit at this dental practice. All staff were very kind upon entering and Dr. Harsh was very clear about what would be happening at my next visit. He reassured me I had nothing to worry about regarding my first root canal, as I was feeling a little bit nervous. Thank you Dr. Harsh and to all the other staff that helped me today.:)

If the thought of going to a "dentist" evokes fear, pain and dread then this review is for you! I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. H Vankawala and his team, Nilda, Humaira and Sothea. Not only did I get great results, but the relaxed atmosphere created by all the staff made it a fun experience. I had no pain, fear or dread and look forward to my next visit.

This dental practice is a kind efficient knowledgeable group. The best I have experienced in my 64 years. They will literally have you smiling. They provide appropriate intervention for stressed clients like me and I tell everyone what a wonderful place it is. Actually look forward to going back

A lot of people say that they hate going to the dentist, well, I can say the opposite, I love it! Dawson Dental Kingston is the best, don't take my word, go see for yourself, your smile will speak for itself.

My experience wasn't super the female dentist I had was horrible, she didn't even fill my cavaties completely. I will give them another chance though. Everyone, the staff were very friendly.

I was really anxious, due to previous dental experiences. But, Dawson Dental Staff was so amazing with me, that I'll keep them as my Dental Hygiene Specialists for life! They fixed my teeth, brilliantly! They have a wonderful team! Dr. "One Koala" is friggin' awesome! Hes the best dentist ever! The hygeinis that worked with him really were all awesome, as well! Cannot say enough good things without being on here all day! I had 10 cavities! Now, I have none, and my mouth feels so much better! You would never know I had that much decay, as his work is perfect!

Negligent, unprofessional service. No regard for patient’s legitimate concerns, lazy, uninformed response to questions about treatment, borderline incompetence in aspects of periodontal procedure, interested in making money through patients’ teeth. Nice hygienist.

Dr. Cho is excellent. I saw him for wisdom teeth extraction. He explained the procedure and he took the time to go through my options. The surgery went well and I was pain free within 24h! Staff were great too.

Deirdre is a wonderful hygienist - very sensitive and thoughtful. I shouldn't be sharing this information as now she will become increasingly popular and may be unavailable for my next visit - but there you go!

I have the best experiences here - the staff is so caring, and friendly. The dentist explains things very well. I walk out feeling very reassured, very well cared for. I love this place, and not many can say that about dental care businesses! I wish that I had switched to this practice sooner in life.

There's quite a lot going on in my mouth, consequently I've seen a few dentists in my time.

Dr Alexa Lam (and assistants), at Dawson Dental, is the one whose work and decision-making I most trust—and trusting in a dentist, for me, is vital. It's not like I can fix my own mouth after all.

Dr Lam communicates what he is doing, and why, openly, along with having a great chair-side manner. The transparency and information have been reassuring to me as I sit there jaw agape and thereafter.

I've had a lot of fillings in the past, before using Dawson: when coming away from Dawson Dental after having had a filling (or two) I've been surprised at how little I notice the work, and how little it impacts the rest of my day. I'm also very happy with the way my teeth have been reshaped after the work is done (i.e. How the filling has been shaped) ; the tooth shape feels akin to what was prior, not like an alien lump.

Staff at the practice have been super helpful as well as friendly.

I would recommend Dawson dental, specifically Dr Lam, to family and friends. As long as I am in or near the Kingston area I will be coming back.

Dawson Dental has awesome customer service. You have control based on a number of choices for your dental care. Plus Dawson Dental actually listens to your needs and has direct billing.

Had to book an emergency visit. I wasn’t a patient and they treated me like I was a long time patient! They were quick and very comfortable!

I would normally never think to write a review based on a dental experience but here goes:

I’ve been a patient at this office for years. The staff is super kind and friendly. I have dental anxiety and I hate the freezing, most often I opt out of the freezing when I get any work done (crazy, I know). I called today due to a tooth ache that has been ongoing and they were able to get me in right away to take a look.

Sure enough, I needed to replace a filling. As someone with anxiety, this was my worst nightmare. Dr Alex and his assistant were so kind and patient with me today during the procedure. They kept checking in to make sure that I was ok, which didn’t go unnoticed. I am a 35 year old woman that has literal anxiety attacks over the dentist and it can be quite humiliating. They did everything they could to answer all of my (irrational) questions and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and safe.

Dr Alex was super caring and knowledgeable, he went the extra mile today by even calling this evening to see how I was doing.

I will forever be loyal to this dental office and thanks so much Dr Alex & your assistant, your kindness did not go unnoticed.

I switched to Dawson Dental from Altima dental after concerns regarding the competency of a dentist I was seeing. From registration to dentist & dental assistant, the entire staff are absolutely delightful. Alex (Dentist) saved my tooth that was going to be extracted at the other dental office. It is so amazing to have a competent dentist that I can trust with my care. My husband was the first to switch over to Dawson, and I only wish I had switched over sooner! We highly recommend Dawson Dental to anyone looking for a welcoming environment and excellent care.

I had to have a partial plate put in this month! The whole entire team was amazing from start to finish. The procedure it self went great (I struggle with anxiety) they were amazing, Like beyond belief! The time in which it took was shorter than imagined and when I returned for my post OP, everything was going to plan with healing! They worked with me for months prior to figure out what benefits would cover and what I would have to pay out of pocket. Best experience with a dentist in a long time!

I was just was there. And had a tooth removed. My back molar. They did very great. It was quick. And the staff all working there. Were very nice.
I would totally recommend them to anyone else that needs any dental work done.

I saw Dr. Pervez and hygienist (? Amanda) for a cleaning and checkup in Februrary. The hygienist had a really light touch while working on 2 years of plaque. Dr. Pervez was genuine, warm and made me feel really good about the state of my oral health. I actually left smiling.

Very friendly staff in the front and the back! Would highly recommended. Care about your overall well being.

This company has automated itself so much that it’s lost it’s patient care to growing pains. I was agitated by the hygienist because he agreed with me that paying for a mouth cancer scan was uncessessary, but as gimmicky as we all agreed, it somehow managed to be male it’s way onto my bill. Apparently I got their newest dentist Dr. Tai, who came in and told me I had a few small cavities and something on my gum’s that he had never seen before. He told me he wanted pictures of it taken and sent to a surgeon. A few days later Dr. Tai had his staff call me instead to say that I have to go to Sunny Brook Hospital with no information about any kind of appointment or any file/number accociated with what was happening. With a slight cancer/disease scare on my hands I started watching my phone constantly. No one ever called me or followed up ‍️
