Pick up area is clearly labelled. Had a great interaction with a guy, I think his name was Shawn. Helped me load my item into my truck and was very nice.

Website doesn't work, customer service is painful to book on the phone and for this weeks shipment they picked it up Monday and called me Wednesday to tell me it's still in Woodstock because of information I was never asked for when booking on the phone due to the website not providing a rate.
Start to finish just a slow, frustrating, horrible experience shipping with Day & Ross. They are not a reliable carrier and have disappointed me beyond belief when they called today to explain that while my shipment should be in Quebec today, it hasn't even left Woodstock.

I am renovating a property and purchased 4 items from Home Depot - I had to deal with Amber from their dispatch department - when she called me to arrange a delivery, she could not confirm:
1. What was being delivered
2. How many pieces were being delivered
3. The number of deliveries to be delivered to the address (I stressed that this was important because I had to arrange for someone to be there)
On the afternoon of the scheduled delivery date, I did get a call from their driver as they were on route to the address, but I called and told them to take the delivery back because it was 5: 30pm there was no one at the site to receive the delivery. It turns out that they decided to drop off my goods outside in the unit without telling anyone. I called Amber to confirm the next day and brushed me off. My contractor just happened to find 2 large vanities outside the unit, in the parking lot. If they are damaged in any way I will be returning them.
I find this lack of communication and level of service to be completely unnecessary and unacceptable to deal with.
