This place is really fancy, you wouldn't even expect it until you go inside. You mainly have to pre-order everything. It's the type of spot you would go to celebrate a special occasion with a big group. And, the lobster was 5/5 for sure. Everything was fresh. The service was really good & they even have robot servers to add to the experience. Probably one of the most hygienic restaurants I have ever been too, the utensils were wrapped, wipes available, etc. The also took a lot of care with packing up the leftovers. The bathroom even ties into the sea theme & very cute, your kids might not leave.

A large seafood emporium specializes in steamed seafoods at your table, super fresh lobster, crabs & geoducks direct from the massive tanks, nice warm atmosphere with busy vibe, large menu with large selection of combo dinners, friendly and efficient staff.

The food was tasteless and there was no service throughout. I gave a small tip out of humanitarianism, but the waiter was not convinced and chased me to the door of the store to ask for a tip. Be cautious, everyone.

Interesting way how to prepare seafood. Not much choice for a la cart, most of it for set dinner. Good for group dinner.

The restaurant was empty, food was mediocre, service was terrible! The first server messed up our order and the second server had a really bad attitude and demand us for tips in the end. Worst experience ever, I will never come again.

Food is very fresh.
Service is good.
But it is a little bit pricey.

Get one of the sets with geoduck sashimi - highly recommend!

We ordered super combo 7.0 (advertised for 4-5 peopler) for the four of us and it was a decent amount of food, with a bit left over. If we had a fifth person, it would’ve been a perfect amount - not too much and not too little.

I was so happy to see geoduck sashimi on the menu, as not many places serve this. So would recommend this if you’re here. The rest of the food was also top notch, particularly the crispy roast pig with Japanese sauce.

They also had these steamers in the middle of the table, where they could cook your food right in front of you. We didn’t get to try this, but seems like an interesting option.

The prices are decent for the amount/quality of food you’re getting. Bring cash or debit - I believe they accepted these only.

I look forward to bring my parents here next time!

Honestly, the price is pretty good with all the food you are getting.

Lobsters, Albany sashimi, crabs, fancy chicken soup, big Chinese mushrooms (as big as your hand - cooked), tulips (well seasoned - cooked), handmade noodles, seafood congee and veggies for under $400.

Waitresses always have a smile on their face and are very polite. Also, they don't oversold food to you, unlike other lobster places.

Something different (steamed), healthy and yummy. Worth a try if you never been to a steam house restaurant. Not like those boiled stuff with lots of sauce. Their simple and tasty sauces (2 kind) really make a difference.

Food taste is good! Service fair! The atmosphere was only a few tables occupied, not enough customers, only a few lobsters and crabs in the tanks.

Skip breakfast and lunch prepare to get stuffed! Everything was good I like how everything is steamed and the essence drained into your choice of soup or congee.

$$$, the seafood is fresh but average quality. Not impressive if you have try this type of food in far east.

The foods are all steamed, so I know when I go there I am pretty much just paying for the ambiance. However waters are dripping all over the seats which is really not comfortable. On top of that, they don't even serve proper dessert. They gave me a tiny Korean yogurt drink as a dessert. The experience was really underwhelming.

Came with a large party on the weekend and we preordered the Combo D set menu for everyone (~$60 per person), which has lobster, Iberico pork, fried frozen tofu, bone marrow, crab, green bass, oysters, clams, mussels (they gave us shrimp instead), chicken, and veggies. Before steaming, they add seafood and rice to the pot underneath so that you can have congee at the end. I expected the congee to have a lot of flavor since so many things were steamed and should have added flavor, but it wasn't amazing. Everything seemed very fresh and since we were a large party, the servers added everything to the steamers for us with the correct cooking times. There is also a sauce bar with different ingredients like ginger and garlic and lots of different sauces so you can mix and make your own. Just thought it was a little weird that for dessert, they brought over Korean yogurt drinks for everyone when everything else is supposed to be fancy. Overall, very good service, but it's definitely a place for a special occasion (at least for these set meals since it's on the pricier side).

I did not do any research before going to this resturant so I was surprise the food was prepared at your own table in a steam stove. We arrived for a late lunch and there was only two other customers in the resturant. The waiter was very professional and explaining everything that was about to perform. The lobster and crab were very fresh as it is cooked at the table. I could see the lobster was still moving through the glass lid while being steamed. Lobster tail was cut into sashimi and it was quite tasty. The seafood juice and other ingredients are collected at the bottom of the pot for soup or congee. Other dishes such as tofu, lobster pasta were very good as well. Shrimp skewer were a little overcooked. Overall, it was an excellent and new experience for me.

Me and my wife used be regular customer. But since march, the food quality become very bad, We had lobster and geoduck. The geoduck body for BBQ we ate all of them then we found sashimi already stink. After we went home, we feel like really sick. We went to enmergency. I am ok after few days, but my wife got Gastritis and Enteritidis, until right now, she still can not work and eating very hard. It has really hurt my family.
Just suggest people not to go there.for you family leave away from this place.

Unique experience where you eat food freshly cooked in a steamer in front of you. We got one of the set meals for a big group, and it was a bit expensive in my opinion. There was lobster, crab, shrimp, fish, oysters, clams, chicken, and a small amount of meat and vegetables. At the end there is congee with the drippings of the seafood. It was rather flavorless and disappointing. Service was not bad.

When I called and asked, they told me they still have 10 lobsters for $148 special. Before ordering, I confirmed the special again. But after I placed the order, they brought me 9 lobsters and claimed already 1 extra lb over and need to charge additional $23. When offered for flavor of cooking, the waiter didn't mention about extra for different flavor. Steam option is your best bet. Chinese restaurant offer tea for free. This is NOT Chinese style restaurant and charged for the tea. Surprised they didn't force 15% service charge. Bottom line, if you are loaded with money and don't mind being cheated, this is a great restaurant for you and I'd rate it 4 stars.

Went here first time in May 2019 a group of 8.
Would go back again with a similar sized group.it is great for sharing and trying many different items.

Ambiance was cool, reminded me of being inside an aquarium.
Service with Miao was amazing, although sometimes difficult to hear him explain things ans speak with the food steaming.
All food was tasty and amazing and good quality. Bone marrow and spain iberico pork kebab skewers were a surprise favorite. Soup at the end was good too. Everyone left very full and satisfied.

Lots of parking available, also some wheelchair spots. Wheelchair entrance door not 100% sure if exist, but if you have assistance then should be possible to enter.

Nice environment, but just a bit pricey. We ordered the set menu, and end up paying more than, because crab / lobster charge by pounds and they picked those heavier ones (claimed that was the smallest size) so they can charge you more.

Soup tasted too salty and fishy. I orderef 2 lobsters, second one was missing both claws? Were they given to someone else for their dinner? Ordered noodles with lobster rose, tasteless. The veggies were mostly Chinese lettuce, boring. Will not return, even with Groupon. Still a waste of money.

Food was great, bought dinner for 6 Groupon coupon, service ok too. Big problem the whole time the restaurant has weird smell, like the smell from green bin, very unpleasant! Worst part at the end, the server clean the table next to ours using some kind of chemical make our whole family sick. I think this is about health and safety to customer and server too.

They have crazy promotions, and the food is great! The service is amazing! The staff are kind and honest! I had forgotten a very important ring at my table, when I realized it was missing a couple hours later, I went back and they had already wrapped it up and saved it for me! The lady who served us made our experience 10x more enjoyable.

Had steaming seafood at other places before. Always alittle boring. It’s fresh. The server we have is alittle forgetful but I think the place is just not very organized. They should have an area they should take care of each. Not all over the place. The server we got he is good. Their bbq lamb skewer is not good at all. Don’t order that and their tofu skewer I think they deep fry it, too oily. BBQ pork neck was really yummy. What is different is they got a station for you to make your own Sauce which I like. It’s different from Regular Day and night restaurant, slightly elevated but I think they should still have the original restaurant menu as well. But then again maybe not a good idea either, since there is another Day and Night near by.

A seafood restaurant where they have special steamer on the table to steam the food. Big aquariums on the side walls with live lobster, crab swimming in the tanks. Atmosphere and service is pretty good.

Went here for mother's day. Great food and service. The skewers were great and the steamed seafood is steamed just right.

This place serves fresh and tasty steamed seafood, congee and veggies. With nice deco, good services and reasonably priced items, especially for lunch, I will definitely come back.

Pretty unique place. The food isn't too bad but the beef skewers were quite tough. The seafood and other food items were quite good.

Amazing seafood. The self steaming wok in the middle of the table is new and refreshing. Looking forward to coming back!

Food and service are great! It’s a very healthy concept of cooking seafood and veggies. It brings out the food freshness, don’t need to put seasoning in your food, the steam just bring out the umame of the food.
