Days Inn by Wyndham Brampton

Cancelled flight sent us 20 minutes away from the airport, arrived after midnight with two small kids. The room was clean and cold. Just right. The staff was exceptionally nice, especially considering they had a fully booked hotel from all the cancellations.

The hotel is okay, it’s in Brampton. The reason I stayed there because it was free accommodation by airlines.

This was our first trip to Canada. Great place to stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room and the property was clean and quiet. There was a good selection of food during breakfast.
I will definitely stay here again.

Worst customer service. Please don’t book rooms here. Lady working at front do not know how to speak to customer.

Good bed, clean room, friendly service, adequate breakfast. Easy parking. They need bathplugs lol. Good stop before flying out.

Too bad we can’t give negative stars. Checked in and was not only given the wrong room type but was given a room that didn’t lock. Was told they didn’t have to give the room booked and all of the rooms we had booked were occupied…. Second room they gave us was full of visible mould. Went to the front desks again and was told they had nothing else to offer…. Called the reservation line and they confirmed there were plenty of rooms just not the deluxe rooms we had payed for. It was now 11pm and we needed to get our kids to bed. We had to settle on a small room for the night. The lady at the desk was rude and told us to take it or leave it. Unfortunately it was full of hidden mould as we were then up at 4 am with our son having asthma attacks. By 630 am we were outside in an attempt to help him breathe. The lady at the desk was helpful and got us into the room we had booked for the second night so we didn’t lose our money as we couldn’t have our son in the toxic room anymore. She even sent the cleaning people up to give it a proper clean. Unfortunately the walls in that room were so thin we had to listen to the next door neighbours having the night of their lives for hours…. Save your family the hassle and toxic levels of mould and stay somewhere else. Days inn you should be ashamed to have your name on this disgusting hotel.

I paid $150 for a room in which the a/c leaks water all over the floor. Aswell as not 1 tv is able to connect to any system I brought (play station, Xbox, Roku)
And my phone had issues working to call the front desk so I had to go down physically. Super disappointed.

Really good place to stay, room rates are very satisfied and all the staff members are so helpful and perform there duties well to satisfy the needs of the guests. Front desk attendant is really sweet and stays calm even when it's busy.

That was a pleasant surprise and something that, there is also a private gym room, would make me highly recommend this place.

Very bad experience with the staff. I came at morning and the staff member was soo rude. Really disappointed with the service. I wanted to get inside and saw no-one at the counter so I rang the bell twice and he came and told me that you need to be patient in very rude way. This happened at morning 6: 15 Wednesday February 15. I also explained him that I saw no-one so I rang it twice what’s the big deal and still he started talking rudely.

Very good place to stay at. Employees are very friendly and the rooms are really nice. Would recommend it to everyone who’s looking for a hotel to stay in Brampton. There are really good places to eat out and shops near by aswell. 10/10 experience.

DO NOT STAY HERE. At night the snow plow passes by a million times between 2-5am. I also had an incident in the morning with the housekeeper listening in on my conservation I was having with my boyfriend and reporting it back to the front desk. I was told by the front desk that they shouldn't have done that and they apologize. But when I contacted customer service they sided with the housekeeper and went off what she said. Completely disgusting and appalled. I have never been treated like this at any other hotel. Days Inn will be losing a customer for sure.

This is the worst hotel I've been to.the TV can't connect to my ps5 and the heat doesn't work even though I cranked it up to eighty degrees.everything is fake in her I can't wait to checkout tomorrow

Hotel staff were friendly but the hotel was expensive and extremely dirty. Needs a full overhaul. Our room had missing knobs, leaky faucet, face cloth hanging in the shower from another guest, filthy dirty hairdryer with what looked like sauce all over it and blood on the comforter of the bed. I would post photos for viewing but this platform doesn’t allow.

Stayed overnight per friend's birthday @ Brampton legion rooms very clean, rates were reasonable breakfast also okay

This is a straight forward hotel, not a luxury resort. Parking is great, excellent location, extraordinarily friendly staff. Always cleaning.
