The perfect place to stay if you're seeing a show at the OLG Stage, it's right across the street. Rooms are big, comfortable and spacious. The fridge is always appreciated.

Booked an $89 room and was told it would be $114 after taxes. After paying for parking (which was $26+HST+DMC) my $114 room ended up being $150. Funny how a room advertised as $89 ends up being almost double in price…

I suppose that’s to be expected at any hotel but over $30 for parking at 2 star hotel is crazy and excessive in my opinion. In the States most hotels have parking included in the price of the room which is nice. I also have a another $150 charge on my card for security that will be released “sometime in 2-10 business days. ” I get that it’s standard practice but it just seems like never ending charges. Doing anything in Niagara Falls these days is beyond expensive and not even worth it anymore. I know you end up paying more for other hotels in the area, but even this “cheaper” option isn’t cheap or worth it in my opinion.

I've been trying to figure out whether to write this or leave it, but it's left such a bad taste that yes I have to.
My family and I as well as a friend and her family decided to plan a little getaway to the falls. My friend booked the stay under her name but my name is Janet Martin.

Started off with a huge wait to check in at the hotel, I get it was busy but it was beyond crazy. My daughter (9 years) old had to use the washroom and so I took her downstairs to the washroom and came back up as we ere next in line, she came up visibly shaking and crying as people were watching her and yelling at her to hurry up. SHE IS 9. I went down to see what had happened and my daughter froze when she saw the women who were watching her. SICKENING! I know you don't control people but that is not all.

I witnessed a man not sure maybe the owner or manager wearing a black polo shirt helping at the one computer, I guess there were issues, being overly friendly with a customer, joking about seeing cuff marks on her wrists and knowing her room number, I have worked in the customer service field and that is very inappropriate.

Thirdly after I finally got to the counter to check in the young girl asked me to come outside and my husband and daughter came with me. She directed that we were to go the Hilton no reason, when I asked she again just said go to the Hilton, (the only good thing)
If you are going upgrade/bump people at least explain something considering the Hilton said it happens often, there was another lady who I remember seeing at check in at Days Inn and she was not impressed either.

I am appalled about this experience and will not return to this hotel I have told co workers, family and put it on my social media.
There was many people at check in time that were not happy. For a tourist attraction such as Niagara Falls you may want to make check in more seamless and make customers feel safe and secure not disgusted and ready to leave.

If there's less than 1 star I would definitely put it. This is by far the worst hotel I've ever been too. We stayed 5 nights, Let's start by the arrival, the costumer service is zero, the manager there is super rude and arrogant. I booked a room for 2 adults and my 3 kids, and I asked for the extra bed for my daughter, it took 4 days of complaining constantly for them to bring the bed. Room is super dirty and smelly, nevermind the hallways and the stairs. TV doesn't work. They mentioned on the booking breakfast is included when we arrived they told us breakfast is between 7 and 10, we went down next morning they said oh we don't serve breakfast, I told them u said u serve breakfast between 7 and 10 but of course all they do is lying. We asked for towels the next day and to clean our room and to change the shampoo bottle coz it was empty, it took them 3 days also to get us towels and change the shampoo and of course after I told them so many times for towels coz me and my kids were using the same towel. On the 4th day when we saw the cleaning ladies my husband told them on the towels, the shampoo and to clean the room she told us our room in not on her list she called her supervisor which is the rude arrogant manager and my husband flipped out on him until he agreed to clean our room, the cleaning lady told us they only clean the rooms every 3 or 4 days. Mentioning they charge u to park ur car in their parking lot $30 a day which it wasn't mentioned on the booking. We paid $1500 for the most horrible experience. We would've went somewhere else if it wasbt 4th of july week and everything is booked. Most of the people were complaining when they were checking out about their horrible experience. DON'T STEP IN THAT HOTEL GO PUT UR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE. ALL THEY'RE GOOD AT IS LYING AND STEALING YOUR MONEY.

The service and the location are both decent - but that is where the advantages of Wyndham Fallsview end.

Here's what was wrong with our stay: (1) there was dust and dirt accumulation in the corners of the bathroom, (2) there was a placard in the bath requesting we reuse towels to save water, but no rack upon which to place the damp towels (we opted to use the clothes hangers), (3) the bedroom floors were passable, but the window was just filthy, (4) the bed pillows had no pillowcases - only zippered, anti-dust slip covers, (5) there is no sound insulation (so we heard an arguing couple just down the hall quite distinctly), (6) although there is a breakfast advertised, there was none offered, (7) a staff member turned our AC all the way down first day, leaving our room colder than a meat-locker that night when we returned: we raised the temperature to a more reasonable level, at which point the AC stopped working entirely; it magically resumed working normally the day we left; (8) no coffee for the room - only in the lobby.

Oh - I almost forgot: after my first shower on the evening we arrived, I found a very long, black hair on the bathmat: that level of special charm was.really unnecessary.

Go for the splurge and spend a bit more for a better hotel, even one WITHOUT a view: you'll be glad you did.

Nous sommes restés dans la chambre 305 du 18 au 21 août.
Chambre et salle de bain rénovées. Propre. Aucun insectes. Service courtois du personnel.
Le seul point négatif est le déjeuner continental. Très décevant. Un jus d'orange, une barre de céréales, un mini muffin et une salade de fruits. Je m'attendais plutôt à des toasts, bagels et croissants avec confiture.
Par contre, nous sommes à 10 minutes à pied des chutes. Super!
Je recommande cet hôtel.

Property is old and not clean. Rooms smelled and had mold. Free breakfast was a brown bag a juice a packaged muffin, granola bar and fruit cup.

Had to wait an hour to get a room. TV is glitchy. Decor old and worn. But it was the right price so I guess you get what you pay for.

Professional Scammers. 0 STARS!

We never really take the time to write reviews but for this location, I think it needs a review so people know what might happen and what to watch out for.
We booked a room for our family to enjoy our time in Niagara, our booking was breakfast and free parking included. When we arrived to Days inn Wind ham Falls view on time of check in, there was a long line after waiting almost an hour we came up with an OVER BOOKED issue. We tried checking in however the lady there took us outside so none of the other people in line would hear us. (a little suspicious) the lady said they had good news for us and they would be accommodate us to HILTON hotel right in front of the days inn hotel because they randomly pick customers and reward them by sending them to Hilton Hotels, and the lady also gave us 2 vouchers for Apple bee's and Frontier BBQ and smokehouse $15 for each. When we got to Hilton hotel they charged us $25 + tax for parking when Days inn should have covered that for us when it was their fault for being over booked and sending us somewhere else. In the morning we were all excited to have a nice breakfast however when we got to the 33rd floor of Hilton's hotel we paid on our own expense for breakfast, another sign of their scam, again they should have covered for us because it was Days inn's fault we were transferred because they were over booked. Lunch time comes around and we want to use the vouchers so we went to Apple bee's and ordered drinks and when we wanted to use the voucher the waitress told us the voucher could only be used if we ordered 2 course meals of DAYS INN's CHOICE so we couldn't even eat something we liked. We said no problem and decided to go to Frontier BBQ and Smokehouse because again Days Inn provided us with a voucher for the restaurant. The hostess let us know the voucher can only be used when each of us eats a 2 course meal and then they could give 15 bucks off, so we left the restaurant and did not eat there. We ended up having a nice lunch some place else and turned our day around however this location of Days Inn are scammers. We are clients of days inn and go to their hotels in different cities but we had never seen days inn scam their clients this bad. I suspect they have allies that when they are over booked they send people to Hilton hotel and ally with Apple bee's and Frontier BBQ and Smokehouse making all three restaurant and hotel look bad especially for Hilton hotel when they were involved in the scam it is embarrassing for such a nice classy hotel to be in business with such people. If you had a similar experience please speak up.

It's the worst hotel I've ever seen, not worth a $0.01 no kitchen at this hotel, basically the breakfast is a small brown bag with a bottle of juice, 1small muffin, sweetened fruit cup.
The Toilet sink was blocked & thirty, the bed sheets were very thirty and when we asked to change it they refused, beds were small for a family no extra beds are available, Staff was very rude, slow has no experience, rooms were noisy, beds were broken, no fridge or microwave at room. No elevator only stairs,
Ice machine were broken,
Coffee pot at the front desk wasn't ever cleaned ages ago.
DAYS INN as a franchise should close this location or change owner.all pictures are fake.

Room is clean, staffs are courteous. I like the free coffee/tea, and microwave in the reception. I am just underwhelmed with the breakfast included, but I get what I pay for. Luckily, food chains are left and right in less than 500 meters away. Internet is a little slower, but we are there for vacation, not for wifi. Overall, I recommend this place.

I stayed with my family for one night. The room had terrible chlorine bleach like odor.no locks for washroom door. No rugs outside the washroom which made hardwood floor quite slippery. We had to use towels to dry it out. The air conditioning system was extremely noisy. Grab n go breakfast was awful. Parking was paid. No plus point. When I made a complaint through Expedia, they completely refused to offer any compensation. I appreciate Expedia though for giving me some sort of compensation from their side. This hotel is absolutely worthless. It is better to book a five star hotel instead.

I booked this hotel a month before my travel. When we went to check in they said the hotel is full and they themselves arranged accommodation for us in Near by Hilton hotel which costs us to pay $200 extra ($540+$200 for 2 night stay). I have to say about my stay at Hilton. A zero customer service hotel and we had worst experience here. The rooms are very small and parking is 10 mins away from the hotel. We got packed breakfast from Days inn hotel which had a muffin and a juice (I don’t call it a breakfast). Front desk manager at Hilton is not at all friendly as we are coming from Days Inn. I would never stay in either Days Inn or Hilton Niagara again. Be aware of this scam Guys. If they say no rooms available when you try to check in, you will not have any other option to accept what they give and they gain from it.

Room had a moisture issue. The beds were damp to the touch and the room for sure has a mold issue. There were stains on the walls and the whole room was just dirty. You will be charged for parking and we saw no breakfast offered.

The one thing I can't stand is when I get long black hair on me (definitely not mine, I have short brown/gray). Had one at the pool, had one in our room. The edges of the pool need a good scrub. Niagara Falls is such a tourist place I feel they could improve/upgrade some and represent Canada a lot better. The hotel just acceptable in my opinion.

We have got a room for our family two kids and two adults. The room size is good with two queen size beds plus a crib for the baby. The tv doesn’t work, the bathroom is clean, breakfast is simple such granola bars, juice, muffins and fruit. The guest bathroom in the main floor is really clean and big. You will pay for parking. Also, they don’t have milk at all. Yeh location is good if you’re going to marine land.

Affordable accommodations for staying in Niagara Falls. Fairly quick walk to the falls from the motel. Room is nice and clean. Room interior is fairly modern and comfortable. Comfortable beds. Friendly motel service. Walls are not sound insulating. There’s hot coffee in the reception, that although is bad, it is free. The coffee wasn’t available everyday though as it ran out and wasn’t refilled promptly. They offer free breakfast at the restaurant right across the parking lot, which was convenient, but the breakfast is not even worth the effort of getting because it’s so bad. It’s just comprised of cheap school lunch snacks.

A l'arrivée on a la surprise de devoir payer un supplément pour le stationnement 25$ par jour, ensuite une odeur désagréable dans les couloir, la salle de bain salle on vois de la moisissures sur les murs la toilette ne fluch pas correctement ensuite les poste de télévision ne fonctionnent pas du tout correctement et le déjeuner totalement ridicule un jus d'orange une barre tendre un muffin et une petite salade de fruit.la piscine es même pas bien entretenu.il y a de la fausse publicité sur leur site

NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Had a horrible experience here as the staff have bad customer service! They took my deposit for basically having “bad odour” and was told I’ll get kicked off the property for trying to get my deposit back and the lady at the front desk is rude and disrespectful…. I wish I knew her name! She deserves to get fired! All of them!

Compared with other hotels, this one looks cheap, but it is really "cheap. " The room is very motel. The most terrible thing is that it is very noisy at night, there is a very loud low-frequency sound, and I can't sleep at all. Fortunately, I only stayed for one night and ran away early the next morning. Front desk staff are friendly.

This hotel is a joke. They rented a room to teenage girls and then tried to double charge them and called it "an error'. Additionally they kept a portion of the security deposit for "noise". I have never heard of such a thing I'll my hotel stays. Even with many hockey teams/tournaments over tue years I feel they are trying to take advantage of teenage girls and am disguted by this mismanagement even though they cannot produce a signed document stating they keep money for noise complaints.

1st. You're expected to pay for parking, which comes free everywhere else in this city. -$18
2nd. There's no milk in the entire hotel. This is really annoying if you have two children <4 years of age.
3rd. No fridge in the room or table to sit and eat your food.
4th. Breakfast is lacking dairy - no cheese or milk (see point 2)
Other than that, you get what you pay for in this tourist city. Because it's on the cheaper end, use the extra cash and enjoy a nice meal with the family!

Bad Staff, we have a reservation on June 22 2022 for night and when we go there the staff is saying there is no reservation from your name and we said we have a confirmation from your place. They said you guys need to comeback tomorrow morning and there was a lady said you guys have a confirmation. And after that we said we need our refund back for our one night. Then she said that I can’t help you guys, manager will help you. There was no manager for two days and then when the manager came back and said our story then he was just ridiculous. He didn’t gave our refund back and giving threats about police and will not give a deposit back. He has no manners.they need to change the manager first.

On the website, they wrote breakfast was included but instead we got snack (juice, tiny muffin, cereal bar, and fruit cup). I WAS EXPECTING EGGS! I was very disappointed that there were no eggs. There is also no microwave or coffee maker in our room.

The security deposit for EACH room is $150. I thought the deposit was expensive considering how old the building is. Parking is $18 for 24 hours.

When I booked the room, the website showed a picture of another branch. When we got there, we were very confused because it was a different location.

There was a power outage and we were unable to access our room and any belongings in the room.

I should mention how their shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion is enough for an infant to take one singular bath.

The first day we got into the hotel, some of the lamps were not working.

There was a good thing in this hotel. They gave us two rooms that were joined together.

First of all, they took too long for check in, ask for security deposit of $150 which is a joke. Rooms are really small, on top of that AC wasn’t working at all. So disappointed ️ Total waste of time and money

Don’t waste your money. Walls are stained, floor was dirty. Can see other people’s hair on the bathroom floor. It stinks.no fridge, no microwave. Bathrooms are super Tiny. No elevator for people who have a hard time using stairs. We came in a mini van. We needed two rooms. We had to pay for two parking spots, even though we just had one vehicle. This place is sick.

Great for the price, nice and close to the convention center
Only small issue, was they did not explain the 150.00 deposit initially, which three me off for the pre-authorization. It would be a good idea to explain that in advance to all customers checking in

We waited between 30 and 45 minutes to check in. The TV reception was poor, there was no breakfast; coffee was late being prepared and nobody asked us how our stay was. Even though we didn't park our car there I was still charged for parking. 15 dollars plus tax and fees. I had to call to have the charge credited back to me. Also the toilet runs. I recommend they install a new one.

Ne pas se fier aux photos pour choisir cet hôtel. Sur les images tout à l’air beau, moderne et propre mais au contraire elles sont loin de l’être. La salle de bain était très petite et sale. Je n’ai pas osé marcher nu pied tellement il y avait des débris par terre. Le pire reste les couloirs et la réception. Très sombre, poussiéreux et ça sent l’humidité. Mon lit était confortable et propre et c’est seulement pour cette raison que je suis restée parce que je suis arrivée tard et je devais partir tôt donc j’avais simplement besoin d’une bonne nuit de sommeil. Bref, nous avons payé 309,10$ CAN pour deux chambres avec des lits kings et ça ne vaut pas le prix à mon avis. Je n’ai pas pu le changer mais si vous chercher un hôtel prenez en un autre pour éviter les déceptions! Ah aussi les photos portent à confusion avec l’autre hotel Days Inn également à Niagara qui n’a pas du tout la même cote! Ne faites pas la même erreur:)

Notre chambre était propre, par contre très déçu d'avoir booké avec un déjeuner continental inclus qui était loin d'en être un. Frais caché pour le parking donc cher pour ce que nous avons eu au final.

I’ve stayed here many times. This time was my last stay. The room I stayed in had mold all over the ceiling, walls, and shower. I had to fight a bit to have them give me a different room. Poor service

Avoid this hotel. Our room was very dirty, we found hair everywhere, in the bathroom, on the beds, on the floor. The beddings were surely not washed. We couldn't stay more than 5 minutes in the room, luckily, they accepted to fully refund us and we were able to book a room in another hotel.

Trash the good thing is the the lifeguard at the pool the manager is the most person that didn’t respect anyone the hotel is trash don’t think to stay in the pictures its fake 100% don’t believe it the most bad experience that i had in this hotel
