It's unfortunate that the staff do not enforce their own noise policy. Groups were permitted to play loud music and their children were running up and down halls knocking on doors until after midnight.
The room was very clean, but the toilet did not flush as the handle was broken.
Don't eat the eggs. They tasted rotten.

Large room kept spotless. Heater/air conditioner efficient and very quiet. Indoor pool looked inviting. 24-hour access to snacks. The room included a desk with a lamp and a good chair, Wi-Fi fast enough for video conference. Refrigerator available with microwave. TV is not the best quality but that's not very important to me. Good lighting throughout the room. Walking distance to Mexican consulate and easy walk to "downtown" restaurants.

Housed in a sketchy neighborhood and 30 min away from the hockey arena, it was the worst hotel experience to date. I was outraged to have driven so far and arrived to a contract to sign stating that I would be personally responsible to pay for any refunds issued as a result of noise complaints. This was not provided to me in advance by email, as it should be. I would have stayed elsewhere 100% for certain had I known on time.
The man that issued that contract me absolutely stunk as well. It was surreal.

Do not stay here. Terrible experience. I wish I could give zero stars. Stay at the Best Western down the road. It is head over heels better in every way especially cleanliness. The 'updated' rooms are the equivalent to lipstick on a pig.

Paid $250 per night for a motel. Don’t call yourself a hotel. How in the world can you charge this much for a tiny little motel and tiny little pool and filthy “hot tub”. Don’t put your bar next to a hotel room and then kick 30 people out of the bar because one room complained of noise. You would rather appease one person and an upset 30 others and charge so much? Shame on you. I would expect much better for this price! Will not be back, don’t waste you money.

I would not stay here again.
From in the room you could hear people just walking by, when staff and people where talking in the halls it was like they where right beside you.
The breakfast is only offered from 6-9am and they wouldn’t let you take your food back to your room. The breakfast was very basic, no eggs offered on Friday and no meat options on any day.

Reserved a room here for a night and didnt realize the pool was out of service till i got there. We didnt end up staying the night bc the whole purpose was to swim and have a night away (we live in town) The man at the desk was very accomodating and helpful when cancelling my reservation. The property was very clean and the lobby was spotless. Will definitely stay here another day when the pool is up and running. Customer service at its finest!

I'm so disappointed! My little boy woke up with covid the morning of our trip. I was told at the time that one night would be refunded and that for the second night I could send in a picture of the positive covid test. A month later I'm told my request was denied and they can't refund anything. Did they expect me to bring my infectious child and get everyone sick? So I'm now out 1100$ because my kid was sick and they told me he couldn't come.

Great experience - the hotel was clean and quiet, great parking, the room was very nice and the staff were amazing. Overall a great experience!

Stayed one night at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised with the room upgrades! Our room was very clean and modern with hardwood floors and no carpets! Great check in experience with Anu.

Staff is rude. Doesn't know how to behave with customers or how to talk politely. We had some problem with our booking, we had a long day of travelling and they spoke very rudely with my guests and insisted them on paying extra money on the spot while I have already given them the deposit amount that they can easily deduct from!

The motel was Very clean and the room was large and cozy. The night time Staff and morning staff were great, we were late in checking in but had no problems with it at all, had a little problem on our end with credit card, but the gentleman who was helping us said, no problem we can use your Visa/Debt Card for your deposit and when you check out in the morning your deposit will be credited back to your card and your stay is over.

As stated in the morning we checked out of our room, they did a quick check of the room and within 5minutes we were checked out of our room and our deposit was credited back to our card and we were on our way.

We look forward to seeing you again soon as we like to get away once a month and I think we have found our little hide away from the RAT Race in the CITY.

Great place very welcoming and clean. The sanitary measures are perfect. They are using SAFEGENT from Europe which is the best product on the market.

Went there June 11 for 1night and booked a jacuzzi suite as a surprise for hubby. Very prompt service and I was helped by Anu and she made our stay very enjoyable.

Cons:
Complimentary breakfast unattended, smoke detector kept going off and no one responded
Did not clean our room (we stayed 2 nights) and made sure the occupied sign was not on door when we were out

Overall an okay stay for price.

Clean and nice hotel, staff are friendly, only if u go to bed early don't choose any room on the ground floor otherwise u ll hear lot of noises for people coming late.

Booked a king room for a wedding we had near hotel. Arrived at 315 and there was only 1 other car in whole parking lot. Walked inside to checkin and there was one worker standing there. I asked to check into my room and he told me no check in is at 4pm. I said well we are the only people here and we have a wedding at 430 that's why I requested early check in when I booked. He said fine but he was charging me $25. I look at bill and he even added tax so 28 dollars for 45 minutes. Room had no ac on and was so hot and musty. I would gi elsewhere be aware!

When we booked online the lady at the front desk called us to make sure we got what we needed. She was very nice. The room was ok. The toilet was plugged, the lights didn't work. The Little fridge didn't work. Over priced for what you get. We will not be coming back here again.

The website that we booked through said that we were booking a suite and that the hotel was pet friendly. To begin their idea of a suite was a jacuzzi in the corner which was not even in the description of the room. When we finally got across what a “suite” means we took all of over belongings up to the room. The hotel only has a freight elevator by the way. I then brought in over dog and the person at the desk went crazy saying that there are no pets allowed. I told her her that when we booked I specifically put in pet friendly and their hotel came up. I was told that 10 years ago this was a different hotel. You may want to fix this after 10 years! We had to leave and they kept our $400.00+ dollars it was such a scam. I called another hotel and even though they didn’t have any rooms they helped us find something. This was the worst customer service that I have ever encountered and would recommend that this hotel be avoided at all costs.

We stayed at this location for a Badminton Tournament and we had such a pleasant experience here for the 2 nights we stayed. Anu, one of the staff members took care of us since our initial phone call, as well as when we got there on site. I would definitely recommend staying here during your time in Leamington. Happy to re-book a stay here the next time I am in the area!
