Stayed here with the family, was close to all entertainment facilities, and a little bit of a walk to the Falls. The room was clean and tidy. Reception was very helpful.
No gymnasium is available at this place.

Overall good, location is great nearby all activities, breakfast was good, but bathroom need more cleaning/renovation

I couldn’t wait to tell all prospective guests how perfect this hotel is! Being budget minded, I looked for the lower priced option.
Not knowing the lay of the land in Niagara Falls Ontario, I trusted reviews to help with whether the location was any good.
IT WAS!
Now if you are a high end casino loving type, you might want to stay where there are bars and a view of the falls.
I am 72 and traveled with a 10 year old.
Eating at Skylon gives you a Birds Eye view of the entire area. I’ll share pictures.
We were a 0.8 mile easy walk to Skylon. We did NOT have a view of much except graciously when asked at the desk, we were upgraded (free!) to a room (a suite!) with a view of the ferris wheel.
A view of the falls would have been a waste. We walked 14,000 steps and enjoyed every one… once in our room, we bedded down and only glanced at the ferris wheel. But it gives you a good sense of the area nonetheless.

Clifton street, the exact street this hotel is on, but with a name change, is, for younger people, the place to be. It is like a mini mini carnival with attractions, blazing neon lights, shops, and also at the west end, nice choices of cuisine.
We golfed in a below ground neon painted black lighted 18 hole course with time enough to do each hole several times. We ate DQ. We looked at fun souvenirs. There were lots of young adults having fun making me think it might be a local hang out on weekends for clean fun.
No bars. No casino signs. There was a tiny roller coaster, Hong Kong, Hulk etc.
And we were 3 blocks west of any noise at all.f remember… the river runs north/south.

I picked it for location but also for the terrific heated pool. (I detest cool pools) and parking on site.

You just can’t go wrong.
I’ll include pictures from Skylon. The hotel is in the back of the closer hotel with a V on top. You’ll see for yourself the lay of the land.
PS: desk staff ALL friendly and there was an ice machine outside my 6 th floor room. I had a Frig too although mine was a suite.

Our experience with the Days Inn was great but not that kind of impressive but we are okay with that as long the room is clean, the staff are helpful, accommodation is reasonable for an overnight stay, parking is a little bit walkable, having normal breakfast but fill in your morning. I think that wasn't bad at all. It was great!
28 September 2023 3:42
With the exception of one member of front desk staff who was a bit abrupt. This Inn is good value for money. We have stayed here on our previous visit to the falls and would definitely stay again as it is good value for money and also parking which is a bonus, as everything is within walking distance.
20 September 2023 23:45
We stayed there only couple of nights. Upgraded to heart tub room which was awesome. The hotel looks a bit dated- the decor looks like from 80s but in a good way (please don’t change that!). Rooms are very clean and spacious. Loved the extra towels available in our room. Tea and coffee facilities are on the ground floor and available 24hours. Breakfast could be improved (very limited options). Receptionists were lovely. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Thank you!
29 August 2023 16:40
Daily parking $12, continental breakfast included, wifi signal is good. Room is clean. Walk about 8-10 minutes to falls and old casino. Swimming pool available. Shower water temperature is hot enough water pressure is alright. Staff is friendly. A/C is cool!

Con: The mattress is a bit old. A/C is loud in the room.

Renovation needs improvement in the future, but is acceptable for the bang of the buck.

Overall recommend, have a fun trip everyone.

Front desk customer service was the absolute worst! The woman that checked us was condescending, obnoxious, arrogant, rude, impatient, acted like she owned the property. She treated me like I wasn't a paying guest. I highly recommend customer relations training.

The room was clean but how about some water as a welcome "treat" for guests, considering there's no mini fridge? ! Breakfast line was almost out the front door, 1 single small toaster. Be better!

If it weren't for the location I would have given 1 star just by the way we were treated at the front desk. That did it in for me. Never again!
04 August 2023 20:50
No option for zero stars.
Front desk was the worst I’ve ever seen or dealt with. Our booked room wasn’t right, 5 additional requests were made and none of them honored. Was told I was a liar by manager, red head lady with glasses, tried to tell me that additional requests are never honored and there is no exceptions.
Rooms were very out dated, beds were like trampolines, breakfast room seats maybe 10, lines out the door. Pool was dirty, woman skimming pulling out large wads of what appeared to be snot or slime. Hot tub was nice but a lot of thick off white foam on surface when jets running. Sauna was very small, maybe three people could fit, but hot. Overall this place needs a complete overhaul starting with management and then decor/amenities.

STAFF & LOCATION ARE GREAT!

Room & Parking, not so much. And please remember, that is none of the staffs fault.

ROOM 208 (along with many other rooms on the 2nd floor) had a strong chemical smell. So strong that the entire 2nd floor had guests opening their doors and blasting the AC/Fans.
By the 2nd night, it was smelling better. AC was not loud & bathroom was fine.
***NO FRIDGE or MICROWAVE
Communal Fridge can only be accessed by staff (very limited space; 1st come, 1st served)

Pay for parking. Limited spots attached to the hotel. More parking in the back, across the street (longer walk, but not so bad)
22 January 2022 15:24
Save Your Self the Time and Money.

1. No fridge
2. Not anywhere near the falls or good view
3. Room old and had a fly in it
4. TV has basic Antenna with bad quality channels and no brightness on screen
5. No Breakfast
6. No maintenance in rooms
7. No microwave in rooms
8. No free parking and even if you pay good luck finding a stall
9. AC either too warm or too cold and loud
10. Didn’t feel like a days inn or a quality hotel
20 December 2021 15:30
Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Homeless people in the hallway at night police in the middle of night people running down hallways banging every door. Heater blowing antifreeze when you turn on 53 dollars for parking 3 nights and no place too park. My door card not working too nights in row
14 December 2021 4:02
An absolute SCAM!

We called in two days before we arrived and confirmed with their CSR that the price for the entire weekend would be $240. After arriving and checking in, without any regards to anything as we thought everything was just as we had been advised the days prior, we had been lied to. The manager said that price would have never been offered and he continued to shoot down my "idea" by speaking over me saying "no no no no thats not possible".

If you not only want terrible customer service and to be told one thing and then pay for another, then this is definitely the place for you.
03 December 2021 12:37
Dirty rooms, cracked walls, stains on carpet, broken hot tub. Above that the staff is rather unpleasant.
Breakfast was a brown bag with a croissant and juice box.
29 November 2021 23:27
Very clean and comfortable close to all the attractions and restaurants and casinos the only downside was the elevator was slow but it didn't matter was there to enjoy myself
28 November 2021 10:58
The best aspect of this Days Inn is the people.

Checked in around 8pm and due to an issue we weren’t able to get the King size bedroom we has booked.

Staff were courteous, polite and offered us a comparable room. We were happy.

Next morning we met Carrie, who is exceptional. She is alert, smart and most importantly understands the importance of a pleasant customer experience.

She greeted us cheerfully and made sure that we were happy with our accommodation. She is a superstar.

Thanks to Carrie and staff, we had a pleasant stay and would highly recommend this well managed Days Inn location to anyone.
22 November 2021 7:30
Poor Covid protocols. A group of around 30 arrive, crowd in lobby, with a third of them not wearing masks or wearing them properly. Staff said nothing
28 October 2021 13:56
No basic amenities. Not even a kettle.
We found human hair inside bathroom towel.
Staff not service oriented.
We ordered a room with 2 beds and got only 1.
So many problems for a 2 stars hotel. So not worth it!
22 October 2021 19:56
I'll start by saying this Hotel is older although the location is excellent. The room I staying in was pretty nice and spacious. The bed was a quite hard but I was told it's new and that's why. Bring your own pillow. They really need better pillows. The staff here are really good they helped so much. The breakfast was in a bag to go. Juice box, fruit, granola bar, small croissant. The pool was only for those with a vacinne passport and the hot tub was closed.
22 October 2021 6:58
This is positioned really well for everything. Very clean and well run. Would revisit again without hesitation.
20 October 2021 10:21
Musty Room. Stayed for one night with my daughter. Paid 160 plus taxes and Parking. Thought parking was included when booked through Priceline. I asked to be be moved from the musty room but wasn't. Now both my daughter and I have itchy watery eyes and runny nose. Had to book pool in advance but when we got there there was a lady and daughter there. No staff by the pool. Found a few pieces of hair in bathroom, gross. Poor view from room facing the Marriott. Noisey, you can hear every door open and slams. No fridge and to top it off a pesky fly in the room. Would've been nice if the staff told us there were 2 elevators and a bit about the amenities. Location was good. My first time writing a review about anything but had to.
02 October 2021 15:00
Good things: Location convenient, budget friendly, a/c in room kept room cool, nice hot water for morning shower, decent TV, wifi, surprisingly quiet for being on a busy street, bed was decent. Front desk staff service excellent. Continental breakfast decent and "COVID SAFE", pool was open and quiet, close to WEGO stop, great coffee (free) 24/7. Not so good: One small elevator, parking cheap but difficult to access (overflow lot 5 min walk), no refrigerator (ice machine).
30 September 2021 21:30
I am still staying in this hotel with my two toddlers, there is no fridge in the room as we were expecting! They are asking for extra money to rent the fridge. We need to give extra charges for the parking which is too expensive for this type of motels. Room and washroom is clean.close to all the attractions. Breakfast is not good. We would give 2 starts because of basic equipments are not there in the room especially for small kids and if breakfast they included it should be good enough to experienced.
28 September 2021 19:19
Good and friendly customer service and the check in process was quick and easy. Just need some touch up renovations. Breakfast wasn’t good at all!
13 September 2021 12:56
View from room 417.
Clean and amazing service.
Free breakfast!
Best bang for your buck in Niagara!
11 September 2021 11:53
03 September 2021 7:28
The only good about this place is the beds, the pool rules are wayyyy too strict, saying to make a RESERVATION? ! They don’t include that when setting you up with a room and the staff people were very slow, some weren’t even wearing a mask when talking to the customers. I hope this review helps them understand to make things more clear.
01 September 2021 22:23
I am taking the time and effort to write about a very unfortunate experience.

I telephoned the hotel to book my stay.
As soon as I mentioned that my stay
was booked with WagJag, the manager, Sean I formed me that this hotel was NOT honouring the WagJag
coupons.

Imagine, my surprise, with COVID, this was my first opportunity. I was very disappointed.

I have had good experience with partnership with WagJag & various hotels in the Niagara Falls area.

I am hoping to work out some sort of
compromise with the Days Inn by the Falls, hotel and WagJag

On a ete mit dans une chambre tres bruyante qui m est pas insonorise on entend tt les voiture et moto
26 August 2021 13:15
Really surprised that with all the time they have had to do simple repairs and cosmetic repairs that they have not. 145.00 for a room that tub wouldn't drain.old baseboard heater in bathroom is covered in rust.and why is the toilet paper holder 3 feet away from the toilet? Bed was comfortable.room small though.not worth that kind of money.paying for location not quality.
19 August 2021 22:30
16 August 2021 10:20
On the website it did not state anywhere that you had to be 21 to book a room (i even called before hand). I booked a room online being 18 and i drove 3 hours to the hotel.we arrived and the staff told us we could not stay there.they were very rude towards us and didn’t help us with a refund or other locations to stay at other than a sketchy hotel.thankfully the Hilton accepted us in with no questions asked and being super polite.
13 August 2021 13:50
HORRIBLE! I wish there was an option of negative star rating because they don’t deserve even one star. I booked best room at their hotel and paid extra to get the best. (At least I was expecting that) My experience: To begin with, the room was stinky and mossy smelling. Washrooms were not clean and whirlpool had stains. AC was so loud that I wasn’t able to sleep. No fridge/ no microwave and no tea coffee maker in the rooms. The breakfast was pathetic so don’t waste your money.
29 March 2021 18:22
I suggest spend a little more and stay at a different hotel. Yes the prices are cheap but the stay was kind of a let down.the breakfast was not good at all.it had outdoor parking.the view was just bad as it looked out to the street and the falls are not visible at all.again I know you get what you pay for but it just wasn't a good experience.
06 February 2021 13:24
Great hotel experience for a great price. The only issues that we experienced were:

- The breakfast during COVID was seriously lacking. It was a small muffin, a Nutrigrain bar and a juice box.
- There was a dull buzzing noise in our room which made it somewhat hard to fall asleep.
08 February 2019 16:43
This was an okay cheap stay. There were quite a few questionable stains all over the room. Bathroom was decently clean thank God. The rooms are not sound proof so you can hear everyone beside you and down the hall. The elevator opens before it reaches each floor, every time - so be prepared to freak out every time it stops. Smells pretty musty. Free breakfast is fruit, bread and cereal, first come, first serve, limited availability. Best part of this hotel is the location - it's in walking distance to all attractions and restaurants. So if you're looking for a cheap and convenient location, with low expectations, this hits all the stops!
07 January 2019 9:49
The bedrooms are a little old and the matresses not comfortable, however, the price for the night is cheap compared to other hotels in the zone. I would suggest that they could offer better breakfast. It is sad that there is not a lot of fruit options and the coffee is horrible.

This will be the last time that I bring my family to the Days Inn at Niagara Falls. For the past 20 years, I have been coming to Niagara Falls for leisure time with my family and always chose the Days Inn as the place to be. It was right in the centre of everything and you definitely got your money's worth! However, after my last visit, I can unfortunately say that we will not be back.

We travelled from London to pick up our cousins from the Buffalo airport. However, they were stopped at the border customs because they're minorities so why not. The border officers told us they would not be out of there before the next evening at the earliest. Great. We travelled 2 hours to be a day early for a last-minute change of events at the hands of the border patrol officers. Better yet, the room we booked them at this hotel will need to be refunded. After spending a few hours there with my wife and having to call endless people to provide the dozens of pointless documents the officers were requesting, it became very and we were simply told to "go home and check back in the morning". Now, I have the pleasure of dealing with incompetence as I attempt to return an unnecessarily booked room thanks to circumstances caused by the Border services.

When we returned to the hotel, I spoke with the worker at the desk and explained to him my situation and asked desperately for a refund. He told me that it would be okay as long as I got approval from Expedia (who I booked from). Well, instead of getting my much needed sleep after this terribly long day I sat on the phone with Expedia for 45 minutes and eventually got to someone worth speaking to who told me that all I needed to do was speak with the hotel front desk because it is them who need to initiate the refund through Expedia.wonderful. Being too exhausted, I simply went to sleep and decided i'd deal with it in the morning. Now, I approach the rudest lady I have ever had the displeasure of sleeping. I explained to her my situation and was greeted with a mere, "no, I cannot do that" or "no, it's not possible to do a refund. We have to pay a commission to Expedia. " I offered to pay the commission as long as she refunded the hotel room. Again, a blunt "no. " I explained how the room was completely untouched and she used the excuse that they could have offered it to somebody else. Yeah? We booked that room at 11pm. There were more than half of the hotel's rooms available at the time. Save your BS. Absolutely the worst service a customer can receive. Worse yet, this was the cherry on top to a disastrous day.

I have never in my life had a problem with Days Inn up until today. What did I do when I needed their assistance? I was given different answers from their front desk workers and made out to be a fool as I waste my time on hold for a seemingly pointless call. In the end, I have NOT been refunded and years of loyalty has gone down the drain as I will urge all of my friends and family and hopefully those thinking of coming to this wretched place to turn around and pay a few extra dollars for better comfort and TRUE customer service. Do NOT come here if you value any sort of humanistic decency at the front desk.
10 November 2018 1:43
Close to Clifton Hill. Rooms are a bit out dated but bathrooms are clean. Parking a little expensive at $12 dollars per night. As stated on the website, there was free breakfast and was one of the reasons why we chose this hotel, very disappointing to see that this was less then a continental breakfast. And there was a tip jar in the breakfast eating area, not sure why tips are expected as it was only cereal, yogurt, fruit and bagels. Based on that, it was not worth the price we paid consider there were other hotels offering full breakfast for the sale price. My standards are high and this place did not meet my expectations.

I will not come back here again.
27 October 2018 0:28
Had a very pleasant stay on a girls weekend to Niagara Falls. The rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Location was prefect. We were able to walk to everything. Every staff member we met was great. The ladies at the front desk even recommended a restaurant where the locals eat thus being a lot less expensive than most other restaurants in the area. The only reason I took a star away was the breakfast was very bare. Not many options so we ended up skipping breakfast the second day. Other than that I would definitely recommend this hotel for a visit.
23 October 2018 3:32
Good sevice and rooms. There's also a pool in it, the problem are the luck of dinner and lunch and the terrible wifi. Agter that everything is perfect
22 October 2018 5:38
You really get what you pay for here. Dirty sheets, 90% sure toilet and bath tub was not cleaned, "breakfast" consisted of dollar store toast and yogurts with the most horrid coffee I have ever tasted. Wifi was so slow and didnt work 99% of the time. A/C was good. Location is close to main attractions like Clifton Hill, Falls and many restaurants. Staff was friendly. Probably wouldnt stay here again, Id say if you have a little extra cash to spend on a hotel, avoid this place.
19 October 2018 11:06
We stayed at this hotel and were very disappointed. The only good thing about this hotel was the location, close to Clifton Hill and 10 minute walk to the Casino. The hotel is old and dirty. The carpets in the room were disgusting. There were not enough plugs to plug in our phones or computer. Wifii was very slow and would not connect to any websites. Bathroom was old, the wall heater was old and rusted. The bathroom fan did not work, bathroom door did not lock. The wallpaper was coming off the walls. No fridge in the room. Noisy hotel, could hear the person in the bathroom next to us doing their business. Room had a funny smell to it. Breakfast was only bagels and cereal. The lineup for the breakfast room was awful.they need to put in another toaster. People were crammed in like ants. I asked staff for another room and they said they were booked solid and would not move us. Dont waste your money at this hotel, spend the extra money and go to a nicer hotel. Hotel needs a total revamp. Never again!
01 October 2018 4:41
The rooms are clean, but like a older hotel not enough outlets.
The breakfast is weak.we have been to a few Days Inn and by far the breakfast could use some work and the coffee is terrible!
It's close to Nigra Falls and Clifton Hills like a 5 to 10 min walk.
29 September 2018 13:23
Clean and affordable, only issue was that had to park in overflow parking as the parking lot at the hotel was fairly small.
20 September 2018 21:28
Basic simple hotel ammenities. Overpriced, outdated, parking is $12 plus tax per day. WiFi connection was awful. We told staff about the wi fi and front desk lady said it was all hotels in the area where all having connection problems, which was a lie. If you read the reviews you will see that their wi fi always sucks and is always an issue. Rooms are clean but needs an upgrade. The breakfast was a huge huge disapointment. Breakfast area was busy and there was a long line up for one bread toaster. Breakfast is only cereal.bread.muffins and fruits, which were out of stock when we arrived at 845am. For the rates they charge you would expect a decent breakfast, they dont even give you eggs. The coffee was awful. Our 2nd day we ate breakfast elsewhere. The swimming pool water was cold and merky. I have stayed at many many hotels in Niagara over the past 13 years and this hotel is on my top 3 worst hotels list. We Wont be comming here ever again. For the price we paid.you can get a way better hotel in the same area with breakfast and parking included. Keep looking. Dont ever stay here.
18 September 2018 13:19
The rooms were quiet and clean.
It was walking distance to clifton hill and the falls.
Lacked a fridge in every room. And Ice was only available on the first floor.
Great if you are on a budget.
09 September 2018 16:48
The rooms were big and had a hot tub in it.the elevator was a bit slow but the staff and continental breakfast were great. I would definately recommend
04 September 2018 20:54
Staff was nice. Dresser didn't work. And every time the cleaning service came in, we had to go get our keys switched as it would lock us out of.the room.
03 September 2018 4:08
I had to come up to Niagara for work purposes and there was a pre auth signed but when I got here they were given ID and the front of the Visa for the numbers but wouldn’t allow me into my room unless the back was given I got really upset about this as that’s a security purpose, the lady over the phone when I called said that all I needed was ID, not the case. The front desk was very rude about this and took about 1 hour for check in. Rooms are big I will give that but the beds are horrible! If u want to sleep on a 2x4 these are the perfect beds, we ended up trying the pull out couch which wasn’t much different. I spoke to the manager about my situation and after I had that knot in my stomach of not being heard and I wanted soooo badly to leave this hotel but they would have charged me so I didn’t have a choice but to stay. I had a very bad experience with this hotel and will NEVER stay again I would have rather stayed across the street at the oasis as I have before and they are wonderful staff there. It’s close to downtown which is nice but the Jack club across the street is crazy loud and keeps u up until about 2 am and it doesn’t matter what room your in as we had spoken to a few other guests. Just be cautious when booking here
02 September 2018 15:55
The place is really good for the price! Me and my gf booked this place for us two for $250! Although, the breakfast isn't too great. Just bagels, bread and small muffins. Overall solid place with a great value and exceptional customer service.
01 September 2018 19:17
It was ok. They should update the rooms and add more plug ins. Only cold food and toast for breakfast (no eggs and bacon like other days inns I have been to) Other than that it was clean.
