Days Inn by Wyndham Orillia

We were very happy with our recent stay here. The last few hotels we have stayed at this year have all had at least 1 thing not working, tv, fireplace, jacuzzi etc but It was excellent Herr. Everything worked and was very clean. The continental breakfast was great and they have a coffee / tea machine right when you get into the lobby which can be used 24/7 so you can grab some coffees before heading back to the room. It was a nice easy walk across the street to Rama as well. Next time we stay in Orillia area we will stay here again.

I booked this hotel because they have the swimming pool for my kids. When I stayed, the swimming pool was closed so disappointed. The boiled egg in the breakfast is not fresh.

Pretty good experience would be nice to do a deep clean atleast once a month Carpet, behind furniture beds fans etc but overall not the worst could use a air freshener that constantly working inside the rooms smells like old age home!

3 star hotel. Furniture and taps somewhat dated, but very practical and efficient for your shower or bathtub. 2 very comfortable double beds, TV, telephone, refrigerator, microwave. Coffee maker, etc. Very spacious. Breakfast is fine. I liked.

Rooms were a good price, and the room was clean.
They have a Shuttle Car to take you to the Casino Rama. The price for the shuttle 1 way is a good deal,
The price for both ways to the Casino and back to the hotel is an awesome deal, too.
All the staff, including the Shuttle car driver, were very nice and helpful.
The breakfast was very good.

Close to Casino, but pool was closed till further notice.

Friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable. Breakfast options can be better. Overall, a pleasant stay.

This is a very well-built Hotel and your night sleep will be quiet from interior and exterior noise the beds and sheeting are very comfortable it's just steps away from Casino Rama but you'll still have to pay 16 bucks unless you can split the shuttle bus ride one way with a few other people who happen to be waiting for the bus.you must make arrangements with the driver to get back to your hotel by 1: 00 a.m. Or you're going to be stuck there looking for a taxi that's never there late at night outside the entertainment complex.this hotel has three floors with one elevator that's it but there is an ice machine easily found on each floor.the breakfast is nothing special if you can call it that at all, ice cold hard boiled eggs is not my idea of continental breakfast. I was shocked at the small size of the TV that looks big enough to fit a bathroom countertop. And top volume is only at 30.did you hear that? No I didn't think so.this hotel is definitely clean and modern. But its way overpriced for its value especially on weekends but then again it's the closest hotel to Casino Rama you pay for that luxury.

Very nice room. The service was not nice. The receptionist was strange.
Plus, breakfast is included in the price.

Across the street from Casino Rama, it's a nice small hotel. Clean rooms. Continental breakfast in the morning. All day coffee and they had fresh baked cookies in the early evening. This was my second stay there.

Convenient location across from Casino Rama, we had a concert to attend so this was great.

Great service at the front desk. The room was absolutely spotless (room 215). Breakfast was fresh and easy to self serve. Will stay again.

First time ever staying at this location. I am very impressed with the customer service I received. Once I returned to Kingston I realized I had left my custom pillow in my room. I called immediately and spoke to the manager, Ellen, went above and beyond to arrange to have my pillow returned to me in Kingston. I highly recommend this hotel base on the experience I received. My pillow should arrive in a couple of days. My lesson learned to double check before I leave the Days Inn to make sure I have my pillow. Thanks again Ellen for all your help. I truly appreciate it.

We booked this hotel because it was close to Rama where our family stays. After driving over 7hours and reaching after midnight, we were greeted with a not so friendly receptionist who ended up threatening to call the police on us. In the end it was a misunderstanding on our end but she dealt with it in an unfriendly way from the beginning. Not worth the money at all, considering the price was hiked up during that time

Stayed here more than once. Walking distance to casino rama. About 8 minute walk. Clean and staff is polite and professional.

We went to Mara beach and stayed at Days Inn. The rooms were clean and the good part was breakfast. This time pool was closed due to maintenance. Good stay.

My stay here was just ok. Nothing to write home about. It was clean and neat, but the door looked like it was kicked in, light was coming in through the crack.couldn't lock properly and had to use extra latch. All the doors seemed to be that way. Pool was closed, as was the fitness room - regardless of whether or not customers use it, they should be open for business especially in the summer. Lamp was broken and there was no body wash in the dispenser. Told front desk after the stay, not much of a response.very ho hum instead of saying "I'm really sorry about that. " Nothing. For almost $300/night, I'd expect a little more class. There was none here. Breakfast was alright but nothing special. Would I stay here again? For a $100 more, I'd rather stay right at Casinorama or get a really amazing deal. Would never pay full price for this stay again.

J'ai aimé la chambre, propreté, literie, salle de bain, emplacement, vraiment pour le prix payé un bon endroit pour visiter les environs et le petit déjeuner inclus était correct, yogourt, céréales, café, oeufs, gaufres, muffins.

Stayed for boots and hearts weekend. Our room and beds were clean. No bed bugs seen or found which is great. They keep the place clean. Breakfast was good. Only down side was we can hear people above us stomping around and people in the next room. Pool was out of order also, we were looking forward to swim. Other than that we had a good stay.

The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately I booked this hotel for the pool and the website did not indicate the pool was not open.
The bed had a very large concave on one side and was difficult to sleep in: very uncomfortable, not good for your back. One expects hotel beds to be comfortable.
The hotel had no cream for your coffee at breakfast.
The hotel has a great location close to the amenities Orillia has to offer.

It's in a convenient location near the casino. However, our room smell strongly of cigarettes. The staff were friendly and nice. The pool was close which was a bummer.

Nice atmosphere. Very good breakfast bar. If you need anything they looked after what you needed.
