Very clean hotel, the room was spotless and everything was nicely out together, bathroom was clean aswell the shower is huge. Tv in there is 65 inch new tv smart tv. Complimentary breakfast was great aswell. Arsh in the front she is so kind and helpful she really made my stay 10X better. Whenever me and my boyfriend gotta get a hotel surely it will always be here.

This hotel has been my go to, me and my wife come here often and its been a great stay, prices are reasonable with how clean and spacious it is. Keran the manager and the staff are excellent. Service is great and would come again.

To start with, the room was very clean. Excellent customer service by Arsh, she even helped me to make waffles. Great stay at reasonable price and everything was awesome about the property.

Bad experience with this hotel. Smell bedsheet, dirty desk and chair. Some guest is smoking in the room and the hallway is full of smell. Front desk won't answer your question directly and try to avoid responsibility. Won't recommend

The service was disgusting from the staff with a very bad attitude will never be coming back to this location

Not happy at all with my experience. The breakfast taste was sour and when said something the abrupt and bad attitude reply was “We make it fresh every day”

The room itself is fine, it appears to have been recently renovated or at least modernized; all the electrical receptacles are new so there won't be an issue of wall warts falling out. The TV is a Toshiba 4K but I couldn't figure out how to use the built in fire stick which is saying something as I'm quite technically inclined. The cable TV service is atrocious, more snow than a blizzard in the antarctic. I was able to connect my laptop to the TV using an HDMI cable and watch videos through that. The internet is veeery slow, peaked around 4 megabits/second (VPNs are not blocked). Breakfast was okay, toast, waffles, donuts, cereal, coffee (I don't drink coffee so I can't say if it was good), orange and apple juice (apple juice wasn't very good). I didn't talk to the staff but they seemed friendly.

Coming from overseas and do not know the area i decided to book this one. My day on arrival the front desk service was bad. The next day we went for break and it was old not happy at all hope this helps others

La chambre n'étais pas très propre, on sentait la poussière au sol, une tâche sur la literie, petite salle de bain. Très sommaire. Ça dépanne mais trop onéreux à mon goût.
Le service était bien en revanche c'est juste ça me point positif.

The rooms were ok, but the hallways were dank and musty. There is no elevator, so try to stay on the ground floor. They were stingy with towels and also gave one key, and I had to ask for another key.
There is usually no one in the lobby. I think they go somewhere in the back to watch TV and you have to call them from the phone on the desk.

The room was clean, the concierge was professional and quick. It was quiet and peaceful good for sleeping, and the location is convenient with so many restaurants close by.

From check in everything seemed great. Once in the room we encountered one problem after another. Dirty towels, dirty sheets, a filthy shower curtain, no front desk person available most of the time. The list goes on, I do not recommend this hotel

It's obviously an older hotel, staff are friendly but don't go out of their way to help you. I had stayed on a weekend and the breakfast is till 10 a.m. The 2nd time I stayed on a week day and the reception didn't mention breakfast and I forgot to ask and got there 10 minutes after and was only given a cup of tea and a couple of apples. The TV wasn't functioning the night before and I phoned and was told Roger's was down. Being somewhat curious I found there was a way of hooking up to the hotel wifi and accessing streaming but this was through my own curiosity and clicking. Passwords were required but already entered so the hotel obviously had these preset but I was not offered this info. If it wasn't right across the street from my relatives I'd probably use a different hotel.

I got a brand new refurbished room, j’ai eu une chambre complètement refaite en neuf SUPER. Petit déjeuner (aller au restaurant) c’est comme pour dépanner, pas plus! Bien situé, les frais engagés sur la carte: remboursement trop long! J’aimais vue ça! Ce qui m’empêche de revenir à cette hôtel! Une seul employée qui fait la réception et vérifie les chambre!

OVERPRICED! The rooms were large and clean enough, the hotel was quiet. There are two floors, and no elevators to the second floor.
The breakfast is just horrible, everything was bland, and very unappealing. The coffee is horrible and the cream was sour and when we asked for different cream, they just put the carton back in the fridge and said they had no more.
We paid $255 for a very ordinary room and a pathetic excuse for a breakfast. Never going there again.

This hotel is fraud and they stole my money. I left my wallet in the room and I come back and it’s gone

This place tried ripping me off. I booked a room to use during the day (I had 7 hours to kill between sound check and my show). I was in the room from 1pm till 6: 30 pm.

When I received my folio, they not only charged me a late check out fee, they also charged me an additional room rate the following day which is absolutely ridiculous as I was at the air port at 8: 30 am for a 10am flight.

They haven’t remedied the charge as of yet. Till they do, this review stands.

After a couple days they still wont clean the room, management threw towles in hall and stated the room was cleaned! Tried to checkout but could not get refund for the days i booked in advance, crack house, stay away or make sure you can deal with addicts that are 99.9 of cliental
